Problem with the seller and AliExpress as well, product: Airtract (christmas gift) - Order ID: ****************. Huge frustration with the Aliexpress approach, which ignores the customer's response. Absolute disinterest in the documented fact that the seller lied and acted unfairly. Aliexpress did not provide us with clear information about the transport and without interest closed the dispute in favor of a fraudulent seller. You wanted to provide proof from the carrier, but you also did not provide us with information on which carrier was supposed to deliver the goods to us. In addition, the link to the transport detail on the Aliexpress website shows that the package is still in transport. You have indicated that if we do not provide confirmation from a carrier we do not know or will not respond to, you will close the dispute. But we responded with our statement and Aliexpress ended the dispute and deprived us of money. We have neither goods nor money! Unless you change your approach, we will no longer shop at Aliexpress because we would always be worried about our money.**This is how we reacted to the conclusion of the dispute about two weeks ago:*Dear Aliexpress, now we have received an information from the shipping company: "The number you provide (***********) is to a completely different recipient. Please contact the sender to provide you with the correct package number." As per information on Aliexpress sites is our package still in transit. How is it possible that you did not verify this information before closing the dispute and allowed yourself to decide in favor of this erroneous * fraudulent conduct from the seller side ??!! We are very angry because we have neither christmas present for our daughter and nor our money !!!*We have sent feedback to these addresses a week ago as well, and we don't have any response yet: *****@***.com, *****@***.com, *****@***.com. We also contacted the seller and he does not respond !
