I am facing issues with a seller on AliExpress who deceived me and others by sending a different item than described. The seller used someone else's tracking code to mislead buyers. I ordered a Chuwi Aerobook Plus, but I received headphones instead. AliExpress support is asking me to contact customs, which I cannot do due to privacy laws. I provided evidence of the scam, including the order number [redacted] and tracking code [redacted], but the customer service is not approving my refund request. Communication is limited to short messages with long response times.

I encountered issues with a multimedia device I purchased. After paying €[redacted] for installation by an electrician, the product didn't work, showing signs of prior use. Following advice from Ali customer service, I opened a refund dispute with the seller. The seller, based in China, requested I return the item, despite my ordering from Germany. The high return shipping cost is a concern. Communication with the seller ceased, and I've contacted customer service multiple times, following their recommendation to wait. The seller rejected Ali's proposal for a refund without returning the product. Although willing to return the item, I find it unfair to cover the shipping cost to China due to the product's condition and the installation fee paid. Despite being advised to wait 24 hours to return the item, my deadline is close. I'm unable to reach customer service for further assistance beyond sending concise messages. I feel let down by both the seller and the customer service team.

I am facing some issues with the policies on Aliexpress website. The sign-in box is blocked by pop-up coupons, my speakers make noise when I go to the sign in page, which is not secure, and then I have to sign into my email to get a code after entering the password. This seems risky for cyber security.

On November 29th, I received a damaged face mask from Be in control Store via AliExpress. Despite providing photos and explanations, resolving the issue with the seller has been challenging. They asked for additional photos and now claim the damage occurred during transit. Unfortunately, the window for disputes has closed, and AliExpress seems uninterested in helping. It's worth mentioning that another customer also received a damaged mask and was offered one dollar as compensation. I sent an email today to the company outlining the situation. I filed a dispute on Aliexpress for Order ID: [redacted][redacted] regarding the Carbon Fiber High-kick Spoiler I purchased for my BMW 4 Series Convertible. The product arrived damaged with holes and did not match the description. I paid $[redacted] USD for top quality, but the seller sent a used and damaged item. The dispute was resolved in my favor due to clear evidence from pictures. The wing came off while I was driving on the highway, as the cheap tape provided did not hold due to the damages and holes in the wing. I contacted the seller, but they have not been helpful. Please assist in resolving this dispute and report the seller for their poor service and quality.

Bonjour, J'ai passé une commande sur votre site le 28/11/[redacted] et l'ai payée par carte bancaire. Le montant de 40,00 Euros a bien été débité de mon compte. Cependant, je ne trouve pas la commande dans ma liste. Il s'agit d'une paire de baskets Nike Air Max [redacted] noires et bleues en taille 42. Le paiement figure sur mon relevé de compte. J'ai envoyé un courrier suivi à l'adresse postale à Paris, mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse, ce qui n'est pas correct. My order GVALEMAD[redacted]40 has been in airline departure for 1 week according to the seller. I selected the 3-10 day option for this order, but I have been trying to reach them to get an update on when it will arrive. They keep giving me evasive answers and strange excuses, almost like an automated response, without offering any solution. The seller mentioned that sometimes orders can be delayed, but the issue is that I placed another order on the same day from the same place, and it has already arrived. The delivery company in my country contacted me saying the delivery address was invalid and that they have the order, but when I contact them to locate my order, they claim they don't have it...

I am facing an unusual issue that began when my Mum, as a guest user, ordered Whizzer HE03 IEM in-ear headphones. She used her email '[redacted]' and shared her card details for the purchase. Despite no confirmation email, the payment was deducted. Now, upon realizing she never received any emails, we only have proof of the transaction from her bank statement, and a notice from the bank regarding the issue. Unfortunately, due to clearing her browser history, retrieving details is challenging. I suspect a potential man-in-the-middle attack. Any assistance, whether refund or reshipment, would be greatly appreciated. Apologies for the lengthy message.

Hello, I purchased a scooter on November 11, [redacted], from the FLJ store on aliexpress.com. Unfortunately, I'm unable to ride it because the traffic police informed me that I need the Official Certificate of Technical Datas for this specific model from the manufacturer, which the seller does not provide. Despite requesting it, they only have an export certificate for the EU. Currently, my scooter is immobilized at home because of this issue, and the traffic police may impound it if I don't have the required certificate. My order ID is [redacted]. I am still experiencing issues with a shipment from AliExpress. Despite the seller acknowledging a delivery number during the dispute, the package was not delivered to me. GLS confirmed that the tracking number belonged to another customer's address. AliExpress sided with the seller. I wish to address this with AliExpress. This is a response from GLS: "Hello, For package no. [redacted]43, the delivery address is Pardubice, not yours. Please contact the sender for the correct package number. Thank you. Order No: [redacted][redacted] Hello, I received 2 batteries, and unfortunately, one of them seems to be defective. Despite hours of charging, it does not hold a full charge and drains quickly when used in my Nikon D90 camera. I would appreciate either a replacement for the faulty battery or a refund for one battery. I have attached a video showing the issue, where the battery stops charging after 10 hours. Your offer to return the product for a refund is not ideal as the return shipping cost would be significant. I propose receiving a partial refund for the defective item instead. Thank you.

I have two orders from AliExpress with Order ID [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. Both have not been received, and the post office is requesting $10 for each delivery. I believe the shipping fees were already paid as per AliExpress records. I am willing to pick up the packages at the post office, but they insist on additional payment. My trust in AliExpress is diminishing as my orders remain undelivered and my disputes closed without investigation. I urge AliExpress to clarify the situation with the post office regarding the additional charges and ensure I can collect the items without further cost.

On January 13-14, [redacted], I made a purchase on AliExpress for silk flowers from Boutique Florist Store. The total cost of the flowers was approximately $[redacted] USD, with an additional $45 Exchange Rate Fee. I arranged for my bank to wire transfer $[redacted] to the merchant's Citibank N.A. Singapore Branch. The wire transfer of $[redacted] USD was promptly sent, but as of today, 1/22/21, I have not received any confirmation or communication from Boutique Florist Store or AliExpress regarding my order. Despite this, I continue to receive emails referring to Order #[redacted][redacted] from other merchants claiming they have not received payments from me. I have clarified with these merchants that I did not place orders with them and did not make any payments. My communication with them has been understood. I have tried contacting Boutique Florist Store through AliExpress messages, but I have not received any acknowledgement of my order or its status. I am hopeful to receive the flowers I ordered by February 1, [redacted].

Hello, I have had no issues with AliExpress or previous sellers except for a recent order that is in dispute. The seller claims they sent the order along with a gift, but I never received it. It's difficult to prove what I never got but I can confirm the package wasn't empty. Despite this, I still haven't received the order I paid for in good faith. I've shared all the necessary details, and the seller sent me a video of the shipment, which didn't show my address or any package details. I'm waiting for proof of delivery for my order. Good morning. On Saturday, January 16th, I created a personal account and placed four orders, which I paid for with a credit card on the same day. Unfortunately, I did not receive the confirmation email for the orders and therefore do not have the order numbers. I attempted to sign in again but cannot remember the account name or may have misspelled the email address. I need help retrieving the account as I have products in my wishlist and I need to check the delivery status of the packages. I have tried the procedure to locate the account ID using the order number or credit/debit card, but it has not been successful. The first six numbers of the credit card used are [redacted] and the last four digits are [redacted]. The amounts paid for the orders were 19.69€, 5.19€, 13.04€, and 5.09€. How can I retrieve my account and check on my orders?

I recently purchased a graphics card from AliExpress, and unfortunately, it arrived faulty with artifacts and lines on the screen display. I opened a dispute, but there has been no progress. I contacted the seller from HuaPu Store, who requested a video of the issue. I promptly made and shared the video link on 18 January [redacted]. However, the seller has been reading my messages without replying. Despite my multiple attempts to share the video link, I have not received a response. I hope the seller will address the issue soon so we can come to a resolution.

Regarding order [redacted][redacted], I faced a situation where the seller suggested cancellation due to low stock. Without delay, I placed the same order with another seller. The seller agreed to issue a refund and handle any disputes as seen in our messages. Therefore, I am entitled to a refund irrespective of other factors. I want to clarify that I should not be held accountable for any issues concerning Israel Post Office. If the seller proceeds to ship the item after I canceled the order and I do not receive it, the responsibility lies with the seller to resolve the matter with the Post Office. Israel Post Office insists that the seller is liable for the parcel until it reaches the recipient. I have spent a considerable amount of time on this matter and appreciate any assistance provided. I threatened to report them to AliExpress, and their reply was dismissive and disrespectful, ending with them blocking me. Their response included statements belittling my choice of using AliExpress due to pricing and implying that international shipping delays are normal. The seller seemed indifferent to my concerns and displayed a lack of empathy towards customer satisfaction. I believe the seller's behavior is unacceptable, and I urge you to take action promptly.
