On April 27, [redacted], I purchased order number [redacted][redacted]. After using the product four times, it malfunctioned in November, with its usability time decreasing gradually. The seller's page mentions a 12-month free warranty. I initially contacted them regarding the issue, receiving a response indicating the battery might be different. However, upon further inquiry, they ceased communication altogether. This situation has caused me significant distress. I encountered a similar problem with a different seller on Aliexpress before, where the communication eventually ceased. I am concerned that this might be a recurring issue on Aliexpress. I seek assistance with this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with order ID [redacted][redacted]. My contact email is [redacted] I have not received this item nor have I received a refund. The dispute on AliExpress was closed without me getting a refund. The seller mentioned contacting AliExpress because they shipped the order through them. As the order was returned to the seller instead of being delivered to me, AliExpress needs to confirm this with the seller and issue me a refund of $16.99. Thank you.

I have not received my order and the purchase protection has expired. After opening a dispute, the seller requested cancelling it and waiting 24 days for a potential refund if the order didn't arrive. Despite reaching out after the agreed time, the seller has been unresponsive for over a month, failing to provide a refund or answer my messages. I have evidence in the form of chat screenshots to support this situation.

I purchased two FreedConn C-Max E devices from you, which are two motorcycle headsets, along with a FreedConn L3 remote control for the motorcycle handlebar. Despite my attempts, I couldn't pair the devices to have the remote control signal reach the helmet. The manufacturer explained that the devices are not compatible. I require a headset with a remote control due to my disability. FreedConn advised me to purchase 2x T Max S to use the L3 remote control. I would like to return the items and exchange them for the recommended products. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I made a purchase through AliExpress and the shipment never arrived. It turns out that the postal service in my country lost the product. They sent me a letter stating that they will refund the product, but it will be refunded to the seller. I contacted the seller with the document but they have not provided a solution. Dear AliExpress Customer Service Team, I am reaching out regarding dispute order [redacted][redacted]. The reason behind the dispute is a customs-related issue in Belgium. Customs informed me that my order is being held due to a missing original invoice, and I have provided evidence of this in the dispute by uploading pictures of the letter from customs. In response to my dispute, AliExpress mentioned that the package is delayed in customs and advised me to wait patiently for the delivery. They also recommended contacting customs for clarification on the reason for the delay and to ensure I am responsible for customs clearance. It appears that AliExpress might not have fully acknowledged the details I provided in my dispute comments regarding the missing invoice required for customs release. I urgently need the original invoice to proceed with customs clearance and receive my order. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your swift response. For the past week, I have been unable to access my Aliexpress account. Whenever I enter my username (phone number: +[redacted]3) and password, I keep receiving the error message: "Network Error. Please upgrade or contact us (00)". Even when I try to reset my password, the same message appears. I have several pending product deliveries, and I am unable to check their status. I am seeking assistance on how to regain access to my account.

I placed an order for a nail kit in May. After not receiving it, I contacted the seller. Despite them mentioning a resent in July, I have yet to receive the item. The seller cited delays due to the pandemic and offered to resend or issue a refund. Opting for a refund, I later inquired about its status, and they advised me to open a dispute with customer service. However, when I sought guidance on the process after the dispute period had passed, they stopped responding. Any assistance on how to proceed with getting my refund would be greatly appreciated.

My tracking number is EX[redacted]35SG. I have not received my order. Despite AliExpress stating that the buyer confirmed delivery, I have not personally received it. Originally scheduled for delivery between 5-10-[redacted] to 25-10-[redacted], it was postponed to December [redacted] due to pandemic disruptions. Surprisingly, the order status was changed to delivered without me receiving it. I posted my tracking number on AliExpress in November [redacted] but no action has been taken. I have not received the parcel, but according to the buyer's order, it was supposed to have been delivered, which is not true. I request an investigation as all deliveries are completed with the correct address and signed documents. When I inquired about my parcel, I was provided with a Germany phone number to call, even though I reside in Malaysia and the delivery address is in Malaysia. Furthermore, I received a local post office tracking number that does not exist. I am extremely disappointed with the service. Please assist me in locating the parcel or provide a full refund. I spent a lot of time trying to track my package. I finally figured it out, but it shows as delivered and confirmed, which I have not done. I am upset because it says I confirmed it, but I have not. My son was looking forward to this for Christmas. I cannot dispute it now, and the seller has not responded to me. I want either my money back or the product.

I am reaching out regarding an order from Aliexpress that I have yet to receive. The order with ID [redacted][redacted] was due for delivery on 11/30/[redacted], but despite checking my address, the package has not arrived. I opened a case with the supplier, only to find out that the store where I made the purchase has been canceled. After going through recent reviews, it seems many other customers are facing the same issue of not receiving their packages, even when marked as delivered. Unfortunately, Aliexpress sided with the supplier in our dispute due to insufficient evidence on my part. I tried contacting the post office for details, but was informed that the supplier needs to request information directly. However, the supplier has not been responding to any of my messages.

I purchased a thermometer and an oximeter on AliExpress back in June, but they only arrived in September. Unfortunately, both devices are not working well. They give inconsistent temperature and oxygen/pulse readings, making them unreliable. I have been in communication with the seller for several weeks now, but they are refusing to provide a refund. Despite sending them pictures and videos demonstrating the faulty products, they have chosen to ignore the evidence.

I am trying to purchase the DHS GoldArc 8 table tennis product on AliExpress. However, when I attempt to confirm the payment, I receive an error message stating: "Due to a system error, this transaction cannot be completed. Error Code: CSC_[redacted]." I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as using different browsers, changing internet connections, and even asking a friend to make the payment from their account, but I continue to encounter the same issue. As a resident of Ukraine, I can confirm that my AliExpress account details match the Monobank Visa card I am using. I have also attempted to purchase a different product without success. I am uncertain when it is expected to arrive as the tracking page is in Chinese and I am unable to comprehend it. My package number is SY[redacted]0. I placed my order on the 18th of October, with the tracking page indicating a tracking time of 17-21 days. I initiated a dispute for the return of the item, which was accepted. There is a free return option, but I overlooked how to proceed with it. I shipped the item at my own expense to the return address: HuiTong International Co. DE-RTN-AE Treseburger Straße 22A [redacted] Berlin via Deutsche Post / DHL with tracking number: [redacted]05. I am unable to enter the correct tracking number they are requesting, as I used a different one: 1Z7W916Y[redacted], sent via UPS. The item I sent via Deutsche Post / DHL arrived at the return address on 11.12.20. I am now seeking Aliexpress to acknowledge the return and process the refund of €27.34.
