I would like a review of my recent purchase. Initially, I inquired with the seller about the thickness of the Cutting Mat, they confirmed it was 5mm. I have evidence of this conversation. I proceeded with the purchase based on their confirmation. However, upon delivery, I discovered the mat is only 3mm thick, not as agreed. I believe the seller misled me intentionally. The evidence provided includes a photo showcasing the discrepancy. I fulfilled my end of the transaction, but the seller did not uphold their side by providing the agreed product.

Dear Aliexpress Team, I am inquiring about the tracking of my products. They reached the Saudi Arabia Post Office Headquarters but could not be delivered because the recipient address was not found on the parcel. I tried to reach out to the seller, and they advised me to wait patiently for the items to be delivered. Unfortunately, I waited too long, and now the items are beyond dispute. I am having difficulty getting in touch with a customer service representative to explain my situation. I have always been a loyal customer on AliExpress but have never encountered this issue before. The undelivered items include about 9 pins from the same seller. I have also been receiving emails about several more items. I will attempt to resolve those on my own. I would appreciate assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I ordered €55 worth of goods in August, but after waiting for 6-7 weeks without receiving the package, I contacted the seller. They explained that the items were damaged during transit and were returned to them. They promised to resend the order, but a couple of weeks later, they informed me that they couldn't ship it from the original location. They offered to refund me through PayPal or send it from another location. Opting for the refund, after several weeks of waiting with no money, I chose the alternate location option. However, I was then asked to pay an extra 1-2 €. I paid the surcharge, but the process repeated itself. Now, after 4 months, I have received a refund, but only the additional charge, not the full amount I originally paid.

I purchased a wig from AliExpress, but the third-party seller has not delivered my order. I have been attempting to resolve the issue with the vendor to either receive the wig or a refund. The vendor is unwilling to refund me or send the item. I paid $[redacted].44 for the wig, and it's too much money to simply lose. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank, but they informed me that the vendor provided proof of shipment, which I never received. I am seeking a full refund. I ordered a blouse from Jean's Well International on 3.11.[redacted] for USD 17.83. However, on 20.11.[redacted], the seller notified me that my shipment was canceled due to the loss of the parcel and advised me to file a dispute. I filed the dispute on 22.11.[redacted]. Despite this, I have not received my refund yet. When I checked the status of my order, it showed that the dispute was resolved, but the refund amount was USD 0.00. I reached out to the seller for clarification, and they simply replied that they do not offer any services after the sale. I am confused about their policy – if they cancel the shipment, why am I not receiving a refund, and why are they not providing any post-sale services? I recently purchased a jacket, but received the wrong women's jacket instead. After contacting the seller, they acknowledged it was a warehouse mistake. I was given the option of a refund or a new jacket, and I chose the replacement as I really liked the item. Unfortunately, during this time, I had no jacket or refund. Despite reaching out via chat and email repeatedly, I did not receive any response. Eventually, I received a message stating that the discussion was closed, concluding the dispute. Hello, I placed an order for two garden trays on November 1st with the order number [redacted][redacted] from Lina's Home & Garden Store. I was able to track the package on the website, but unfortunately, due to India banning the site, I am no longer able to trace the package. My preference would be to have the item delivered, but if that's not possible, I would like a refund. It's unfair for customers or suppliers to suffer due to a sudden decision by a country. I have yet to receive my order. I reached out to the seller for more details on the supposed delivery location, but did not receive a response. Despite opening a dispute, it was rejected based on tracking information that falsely claims delivery. This is the first time I've encountered this problem. I am at a loss as the seller is not disclosing the specific delivery location, making it impossible for me to contact the post office. When inquiring about a possible return, the seller did not provide a response.

They are asking me to close the dispute and wait for the purchase protection to expire, which is concerning. I request a prompt refund of Euro [redacted].00. I am facing an ongoing issue with my recent orders on Aliexpress. I had ordered seamless construction inflatable dolls to use as mannequins for displaying clothing, jewelry, and shoes. However, I received inferior quality substitutes with visible seams at undesirable locations on both occasions. The first order #[redacted][redacted] costing $82.21 resulted in a partial credit of $32.88, leaving me paying $49.33 for a product I did not intend to buy. The second order #[redacted][redacted] worth $[redacted].19 prompted two credits, $34.26 and $31.97, leaving me paying $47.96 for an unsatisfactory item. The option to return the items at my own expense to China, costing over $80.00 per package from the US, is not feasible. I have been a loyal customer with numerous orders on Aliexpress and have never encountered such issues before. I am seeking a full refund and request that Aliexpress provide a return shipping label if they wish to have the items returned. I have engaged in a transaction with a dealer named Francis Granier from Guangdong Keen Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. I would like to address my recent order: [redacted][redacted]. The dispute has been closed, and I am unable to file an appeal, which I strongly disagree with. I am dissatisfied with the product as the earphones are significantly larger than the standard size. I have provided a photo illustrating the difference between the typical iPod earphones on the left and the oversized ones I received. They do not fit my ears comfortably due to their size. The seller's response stating, "Honey, the parameters you provided do not match the description on the picture you provided," is perplexing to me. In case the photo is unclear, I can provide exact measurements: the received earphones are 2 cm wide and deep, while my regular earphones are only 1.5 cm wide and deep. I believe this evidence is clear. Despite this, I remain unsatisfied with the product. What steps can I now take to address this issue?

Hello, I need assistance with a recent dispute that was closed without me receiving my package or refund. While at my local DHL Store, they mentioned that each package would have a unique sending number. I ordered two packages, but only one arrived while the other did not. I was given one tracking number by the seller. However, AliExpress claims I received both packages with the provided tracking number, which is incorrect. I am specifically missing the cage for the Sony A7 III. I have evidence of the weight of the package I received with the tracking number. Please reach out to me promptly. I have been trying to contact AliExpress and the seller for more than a month regarding my order. I opened a dispute within the appropriate timeframe, but it seems like the dispute was canceled without my consent. I have not received the items I purchased, and I am requesting a refund. Despite multiple attempts, the seller has not responded to my messages. Similarly, I have not received any response from customer service. Hello, I have encountered numerous undelivered orders from AliExpress. Despite AliExpress ruling in my favor for refunds, the sellers have not issued the reimbursements. I have tried reaching out via email, but there has been no response. Although AliExpress states the refund may take 2-20 days, I have not received any reimbursements till now. For instance, for order [redacted][redacted], AliExpress decided on October 13th that the seller should refund the payment, yet as of December 5th, I am still waiting. Similarly, for order [redacted][redacted], where AliExpress instructed a refund of 5.92 €, I have not received it. This has happened with over 10 orders. I have paid for these items and never received them, despite AliExpress mandating the sellers to issue refunds. Dear all, this morning I received a message from Glovo stating that my Aliexpress order with the code GVALE MAD [redacted]43 has left the warehouse for delivery. However, the address provided is incomplete, which I believe may have caused the delivery issue. The correct address is 43A, 1 C Paseo Juan Antonio Vallejo Nájeras Botas, [redacted] MADRID.
