I have been experiencing issues with sending messages to sellers on AliExpress for the past few weeks. Despite multiple attempts, the messages remain unread and do not get responses. Additionally, when I send a message, it does not move to the top of the email list, making it challenging to locate previous conversations from October. The notification system also seems to be malfunctioning, as even after reading messages, the new message indicator remains unchanged since October. There is a persistent error message when trying to contact customer service, and the AliExpress website shows a maintenance page, directing users to check back later for any updates. It's frustrating that there isn't a USA phone number or email address provided for customer support. Your assistance in resolving these communication issues would be greatly appreciated. Order Number: [redacted][redacted]. I am disappointed as the product I received was not as ordered. The seller has blocked any attempts to resolve the issue through dispute but has agreed to refund the money. However, communication with this seller has been extremely difficult. I have been provided with inadequate and unhelpful information, which demonstrates the seller's intention to keep my money by not fulfilling the order correctly. I am demanding an immediate refund and will be posting a warning about this shady seller. Customers should have better communication options with AliExpress, as the current system does not allow for proper description of issues before procedures end abruptly. This has made it impossible for me to report the seller's fraudulent actions since the product delivered is not what was advertised. The interactions with the seller confirm their fraudulent behavior. Please review all communication with the seller; it's quite an intriguing case of incompetence.

As a diving master, I encountered an individual low on air during a dive, prompting me to share my spare tank. Even though our air supply was limited, I refrained from overexerting myself to prevent harming us due to the risk of decompression sickness. Before delving further, I wish to emphasize the importance of aiding others when required. My refund claim got rejected, leading me to address this situation. My ordeal transpired in Asia, encompassing various countries. While I may request assistance, my primary goal is to highlight my unique circumstance rather than being reduced to a mere statistic. My concern pertains to AliExpress failing to uphold their buyer protection policy appropriately. Despite enduring delays due to the pandemic, switching sellers did not yield a resolution. I insist on reclaiming my funds and am prepared to exhaust all avenues. It is incumbent upon AliExpress to fortify their protocols. I suspect encountering an SEO individual from AliExpress or Amazon during my diving expedition, adding to the complexity of this matter. My quest for a secure transaction remains paramount.

Despite declaring repayment, the seller is refusing to honor the warranty conditions and provide a refund for the unusable product. Numerous attempts to resolve the issue have been met with ineffective communication from the seller, making it seem like they are not comprehending the situation. After being informed that my messages will no longer be accepted, I have had to declare the transaction as illegal and label the seller as a thief for taking my money unjustly. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced money being stolen by sellers on AliExpress, as a similar incident occurred with WH-E-Commerce Store under Order Number: [redacted][redacted]. Despite following procedures and attempting to communicate through various channels, including a lack of response via the provided link, the dispute and resolution process seems impossible to navigate on AliExpress. It is disheartening to see sellers getting away with theft without proper support from the platform. I purchased a machine that arrived in my country, but an issue arose. The seller hasn't been responsive after receiving the returned machine. I spent $[redacted] on the purchase. The seller acknowledged receiving the product on September 1st via DHL. I reached out for a refund, but the seller kept asking me to wait due to slow transportation and the pandemic. Now, I'm unable to request a refund as the transaction was closed by the seller once I got the machine back. Although the seller received the item, they claim they never did. The DHL tracking data (Tracking Code: [redacted]) shows delivery to MIYABAYASHI MS in KOBE on September 1, [redacted], at 12:04 local time.

Hello! On 28.11.[redacted], I ordered a cooler cover for my Honda VT600 from AliExpress from Cai Xiaolian Baigun, district Zengcha, Road 76, [redacted] CN Guangdong, People's Republic of China on 03.10.[redacted]! Upon receiving the item on 29.10.[redacted], I noticed that it was rusty and the chrome was peeling off! After consulting with the seller, I sent the item back to the address provided by the seller! Email ([redacted]). Until now, I have not received a refund of the purchase price + shipping costs from the seller! As I don't speak English and AliExpress only responds in English, it's a big issue for me! There is a refund of 55.33 euros pending! Please reply in German when responding! I purchased 3 USB flash drives but didn't receive a confirmation email. My email is [redacted]. The payment went through and the website is secure with SSL encryption and no credit card information is stored. The server seems to have a problem with card details entry. Hello, I placed two orders on Aliexpress for a $70 belt each. The seller had assured me that the second belt was made of genuine high-quality leather in our WhatsApp chat, but upon receiving it, I found that it was not genuine leather but rather a synthetic material with powder inside. I opened a dispute, but an Aliexpress representative denied my claim, stating it did not match the product description. I provided detailed information about the product in my order, but the representative did not thoroughly review it or communicate with the seller. After purchasing an item and making the payment through Paypal, I received conflicting emails regarding the payment status. Unfortunately, my account was locked for security reasons due to unusual sign-in activity. Despite numerous attempts to verify my account with a phone code, I did not receive it. To address this, I created a new account to contact customer service. However, they informed me that assistance may take up to 3 days. Feeling frustrated with the situation, all I want now is to cancel the item order and close my account with them.

I believe I've been a victim of a scam on AliExpress. After purchasing an item, the seller claimed they didn't have it, then said it was shipped but it never arrived. The tracking information provided seems invalid, and the seller is unresponsive to my messages. This experience has greatly damaged my trust in the platform. The courier doesn't have any record of the barcode, making it impossible to track the package.

I have attempted to file a refund dispute on the AliExpress website for Order ID: [redacted][redacted] involving a software product purchased from the Shop[redacted] Store for 9.99 EUR. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my order as it seems to be lost. Although the tracking information indicates that the items have been delivered, I have not received them. I contacted DHL through email and received official documentation confirming the loss of the package. I have sent this document to Aliexpress customer service three times without any response. I've been communicating with Canada Post regarding receiving notifications about packages being delivered when they haven't arrived. Canada Post opens a service ticket for this issue, but if it isn't resolved within 3 days, I'm supposed to contact the seller for them to open a service ticket as well. Unfortunately, the sellers never follow through. If this is part of their agreement with Canada Post, why do they not adhere to it? This would allow me to be reimbursed at no cost to them. At times, they completely disregard the situation, and I'm left wondering how to receive my items or a refund. Even opening a dispute hasn't been helpful, as the status shows as delivered, resulting in me losing out every time.

Hello, I need help with an invoice issue. On October 5th, I purchased a press oil machine from the YTK official store with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. I used my credit card to pay €[redacted].00 and the machine was delivered by FedEx IP on October 21st. Subsequently, I received invoices from YTK official store and FedEx Express Italy Srl for Italian duty and tax on the machine's value. FedEx also provided copies of the import customs bill, the Chinese exporter's invoice from RUIYAN CO. LTD. I am puzzled by RUIYAN CO. LTD issuing a commercial invoice in USD [redacted].00 when the machine's actual cost is USD [redacted].93, which equals €[redacted].00 that I paid. I have never had any dealings with RUIYAN CO. The status on the financial aspect of the order indicates 'Refund Processing' since 21 September. I am eagerly awaiting the refund to be returned to my card, but upon checking, no refund has been credited. The completion of the refund is pending on AliExpress's end despite numerous attempts to communicate with the seller, who unfortunately could not assist me.
