HELP!! Seller changed there listing pictures ** days after sending me the listing, approx **** orders were placed between my * stores in that time, seller used copyrighted pictures to promote his product from the *st listing so when he updated it ** days later they were nothing like the original! I've had to refund the **** customers because they obviously just opened a case against me as "item not as described" which they had every right to do because what they received was nothing like the sellers original listings pictures! I've now spent weeks opening disputes adding videos, photos, comments to the seller & Aliexpress, Appealing decision, contacting customer support, uploading images to them. I ever reported the seller for copyrighted misuses and got a case number from Aliexpress which I used in my appeals! I've stated hundreds of times that I dropship! Ive send on my account feedback, I've attached screenshots of all my cancelled orders through Shopmaster! I've even sent on details of the sellers feedback because I'm clearly not the only person that has been decieved by this seller! Now im getting a return*refund option from Aliexpress which I've stated a hundred times is impossible because I Dropship and they were dispatched Globally! Most of my buyers won't even add pictures for me to use against this seller which I don't blame them because there as pissed at me as I am at the seller. Aliexpress has admitted to me the seller was wrong in what he did. They have told me that it has been escalated but uve heard nothing yet, they have said that when the return*refund option ends just to Appeal it and my appeals will be looked into again. Thousands of Euros lost, both my stores shut down and weeks of my life consumed by trying to appeal what is a blaten disgrace of a seller who was suspended by Aliexpress for * weeks so clearly they knew he was in the wrong! And days after his suspension sends me on a link to him new store! I've used this seller for over **mths I trusted him. There has to be something I can do to get justice! TIA
