Hello, on October 18, [redacted], I placed an order at JCD Store for 4x ChengHaoRan 1 Set Back Cover Glass Rear Housing for iPhone 5 Assembly Housing Top Bottom Camera Flash Lens + 3M Sticker for €1.66 and a shipping cost of €2.96, totaling €9.61. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. Recently, I discovered that the order was canceled and contacted the seller. The seller claims I canceled the order, but it was canceled because the seller did not ship it. I am unable to generate a refund through the AliExpress website. The seller states the money will be refunded the same way it was paid (Instant Bank Transfer). However, I have not received the refund yet. I would like to receive the order as I did not cancel it. Please advise on how to proceed, thank you.

Hello, I ordered 2 belts with the OrderID [redacted][redacted], but they never arrived. The seller claims they were delivered, but I never received them. After the waiting period, I opened a dispute but accidentally deleted it today due to my limited English skills. I've tried unsuccessfully to reopen the dispute, and there's no phone contact available. I fear my money is lost with no way to recover it. AliExpress doesn't provide many options to contact customer service, making this an extremely poor experience. I've had good experiences with AliExpress in the past but am disappointed with this situation. I left a negative review for the uncooperative seller. I'm hopeful you can assist me in resolving this. I am extremely disappointed by the handling of my issue. I urge you to address the problem promptly and refund the $12.03 I paid for the remote control that never arrived. Despite tracking the parcel to Israel, I never received it. After months of waiting, opening a dispute, and inconclusive visits to the post office, I was informed by Eli Express that they closed my complaint and released the funds to the seller without delivering the product to me. I believe I am entitled to a refund as I followed all instructions and was patient throughout the process. Customs clearance was not necessary for a $12.03 purchase. I suspect the package was lost or stolen. Please refund my money promptly to uphold your company's reputation. My longstanding loyalty to Eli Express should be respected and not marred by this unresolved issue. The complaint number is RS[redacted]Y. I trust you will resolve this matter satisfactorily.

Hello Aliexpress team, I'm having an issue with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. I placed the order on Sep. 25, [redacted], for a fishing reel that never arrived. The seller claimed my address was invalid, leading to the package being sent back. However, after contacting DHL, I learned the goods never left China. I believe this is fraudulent and request a refund of 73.87 euros. I hope to avoid similar situations with questionable sellers in the future. I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

I am encountering an issue with Shop[redacted]. Last year (January 29, [redacted]), I bought some MP3 players that were supposed to be Bluetooth-enabled, but they were not. When I raised the concern, I was advised against disputing the purchase, with a promise of receiving replacement items. However, no replacements were sent. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have just realized that my emails have gone unread. I am not requesting a refund. I reached out to Cents at Aliexpress on September 28 and Jean on October 16 of this year. They assured me they would contact Shop[redacted] and I should hear back from them within 72 hours. Hello Aliexpress team, I am writing to share the issue I had with one of your sellers and with you. On September 15, [redacted], I purchased an electric bike from the GEEK-TEC store for [redacted]€ with order number [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I never received the bike and a dispute was opened. I have been in contact with your support through chat, and each time I was assured I would be refunded for my purchase. As a French speaker, there was a misunderstanding, and I initially received [redacted]€ with the expectation of the remaining [redacted]€ after 20 days. Now, I am told it was a settlement with the seller and my case is closed. I feel like I have been scammed, and the seller's response does not match his actions. My first order with AliExpress was on June 14, [redacted], at 10:39 PM at MyGirl Store. Order number [redacted][redacted] for a 160cm sex doll priced at $1,[redacted].55 has not been delivered. I received a replacement product, but it's easy to verify it's not the right one as the weight is different. In another order, there were bricks added? I was told it was for customs clearance, but I suspect it might be to alter the data. There were no bricks in this order, nor was my correct product delivered, which FedEx supposedly delivered on 07/09/[redacted] at 4:01 PM. Since then, I've tried everything to make the seller understand their mistake and even offered to split the cost for a new order 50/50, but they haven't cooperated and have mocked me multiple times. I demand a full refund and the correct product to be shipped according to your regulations. I suggested the seller sends the correct product without a refund, but they blatantly dismissed my request and refused any compromise. I have no choice but to seek your assistance for my first AliExpress order and to see if you are better than Amazon in handling complaints. Thank you. Richard T.

Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with a seller from Shop[redacted] named Store. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. I opened a reimbursement claim and the seller only refunded me €6.35 out of the €12.69 I paid for a dress due to its poor quality. The dress has visible threads pulled across its width, resembling a hole and making it unwearable in its current state. I have attached a photo as evidence. When I requested a full refund through a message, the seller responded with a laughing emoji. I find this disrespectful as the seller has control over the refund amount. I am inquiring about the steps I can take to secure a complete refund since the dress, due to its condition, is ultimately unusable because of the seller's negligence. Thank you.

I expected a full refund from AliExpress following an unresolved dispute with the seller. The refund was guaranteed to be processed by October 31st but has not yet been completed. I have no faith in the seller and will not engage in any future transactions with them. I was assured by AliExpress that they would issue the refund. Shipping this item back internationally is not feasible for me, and I am only seeking what was originally promised to me.

On 03.11.[redacted], I placed an order with the store for a total amount of 18.45 euros, which I already paid with my Aliexpress.com credit card from Luxembourg. The seller Fishing Boutique Store has not sent me any confirmation email yet. In the meantime, I changed my account password and now I'm unsure how to retrieve the order number to contact the seller. Good evening, I am writing this email following the dispute I opened regarding order [redacted][redacted]. I placed this order on 28.09.[redacted]. On 9.10.[redacted], I messaged the seller to inquire why my order had not been shipped after waiting for 12 days! I did not receive a response, so I cancelled my order while still able to do so. The server confirmed my cancellation and that I should expect a refund within 3 to 20 days. On 12.10.[redacted], the seller messaged me notifying that my order had been sent - a joke since I had already cancelled it. I cancelled because I was certain I wouldn't receive it in time for Halloween. I request a refund now. If the seller still shipped or failed to update the tracking, it is not my problem but theirs. I no longer want the order. I request a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

I purchased baby shoes from AliExpress but mistakenly input the wrong postal code for my address. After contacting AliExpress to correct it and providing the new postal code, no one contacted me for delivery as promised. I reached out to the Netherlands post office in Rotterdam for assistance but they were unable to help. My local post office also couldn't assist and stated the parcel would be returned to AliExpress. I have been without information about an item with tracking code PQ6F6A[redacted]145950T since August. I have all the information provided by the post office in Spain, and the package is in pre-admission status, which means there is only information regarding the document, not the physical package. I have opened several disputes, but they get closed without resolution. I provide all the necessary details, but they are not taken into account. The seller agrees to a refund, but AliExpress does not. I believe this is disrespectful to the customer. I request that they send me the information they have about the delivery, time, date, and more to lodge a complaint with the post office, but I have not received anything. I demand a refund. I placed some orders a while ago, but I didn't receive them. After initiating a dispute with the seller, they provided proof of shipment. I contacted my post office, and they suspect the order was delivered to the wrong address. I obtained a reference number to provide to the seller for filling out a claim form in the United Kingdom. The seller needs to use this reference number to proceed. Despite giving the seller the reference number, they seem reluctant to follow through. I need assistance as the order was on behalf of another person, and now they are asking for a refund. The responsibility lies with the seller to complete the claim form. However, the size is incorrect, which has left me disappointed. I am reaching out to address my concerns regarding your delivery. I was expecting to receive a good and fitting dress with this order. Unfortunately, the size is wrong. I ordered size S with the exact measurements (as described on AliExpress) but what I received is not size S. The size chart stated the following: Dress Bust 85cm, Dress Waist 70cm, Shoulder Width 36cm, Pants Waist 62cm. However, the dress delivered does not match these measurements and is completely different. Dress Bust 100cm, Dress Waist 89cm, Shoulder Width 42cm, Pants Waist 76cm. (I have attached photos for reference). This dress is too big and does not fit me at all. I am truly upset as I cannot wear the dress. I purchased a children's toy, a Beyblade, from the Luke store on AliExpress on October 18th. Despite following the purchase process on the AliExpress website and completing the payment, I did not receive an order completion email or an order number. My account order history on AliExpress is empty, leaving me unable to verify my order details. I can only confirm that I transferred €27.16 from my bank account to AliExpress at 3:10 PM on October 18th. Despite emailing AliExpress multiple times with no response, contacting the Luke store revealed they have no record of my order. I kindly request a refund of €27.16.
