I received a parcel containing two items that were of much lower quality than described on the seller's page. After winning a dispute, I am waiting for a refund once I return the items. However, I am disappointed that I have to cover the return shipping costs, which are even more than what I paid for the items initially. This would result in me essentially paying for nothing. The seller is not responsive to my messages and seems to be delaying intentionally, knowing I have a limited time to return the items. I am seeking advice on how to achieve fair resolution and avoid supporting what seems like a scam.

I recently purchased a new computer, a different brand from what I was used to. I initially enjoyed the touchscreen feature, although transitioning from Apple products was challenging. However, the touch screen began malfunctioning, registering touches in the wrong places. Despite reaching out to the seller, their responses were slow and unhelpful. I followed Microsoft's troubleshooting steps, which temporarily resolved the issue, only for it to reoccur along with touchpad problems. As I rely on my computer for work, encountering a complete screen blackout in Cambodia after just two weeks of moving there was extremely frustrating. Unable to resolve the problem, I had to purchase a new computer, causing financial strain. The lack of support from the seller and Aliexpress has left me feeling helpless. I'm desperate for a solution and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I opened a dispute for a return and refund on AliExpress after they provided a tracking number showing the order was returned to their U.K. warehouse. However, AliExpress closed the refund claiming the seller has not received the product back. I have continually asked the seller for the tracking number, but they insist they haven't received the items. The seller sent the wrong product, leading to the dispute being mistakenly canceled. I have contacted AliExpress numerous times without any response regarding the return. The seller agreed to the return for one order, which was sent back to the U.K. warehouse, but no refund has been issued. There is another order without an order number that was also returned, but the refund process hasn't been completed due to the seller not confirming receipt of the product. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to find a way to contact the U.K. return warehouse.

I placed an order for 2 St. 9 V batteries from Shenzhen Sheng Shijia Ltd. Store and received a package with 2 flashlights instead. The shipping tracking indicated Luxemburg D Logistics as the last station. I suspect there was a mix-up with my order. I need the batteries urgently and would like a return slip to send back the flashlights. I couldn't find any information under My orders, Refunds, and Disputes using the order number provided. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I purchased a Cubot X30 over a month ago, but the seller is a scammer. They haven't sent me the phone despite their advertisement promising delivery within 5 days. It has been 45 days, and this dishonest person hasn't sent me the phone or processed a refund. They insist on me canceling for another reason to issue a refund, which is unreasonable since they've ignored all my messages and inquiries. I tried seeking help through chat support, but even they seemed to dismiss my problem. I demand that the phone be shipped to me immediately via express mail, with the seller covering the costs, or I will take legal action against the seller and AliExpress for holding onto my money without delivering anything. This situation is a complete mockery, customer abuse, and disrespect. It's unacceptable to withhold funds and ignore a customer. I ordered on August 27th, and still no response – absolute disgrace.

I asked the seller to cancel the order, but they seem unwilling to cooperate. I noticed that the purchase status changed from "to be shipped" to "shipped" after I requested additional images. The seller mentioned a cancellation fee, which seems unreasonable considering the mix-up with the doll. I am reaching out for your assistance in processing a refund. Hello, I'm having an issue with a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. The seller claims it was delivered, but I haven't received it. I placed an order with Order ID: [redacted][redacted] on 28.09, which was 10 days ago. The seller has still not shipped my order, and I have to wait another 5 days. I tried to contact them multiple times, but I keep getting the same repeated response. I even tried to reach out through Ali's customer service, but I always get an automated response and the issue is not properly explained. There is no option for a live chat with a real person. It's a real disaster. I have now canceled the order, and I hope to get my money back. Dealing with such a seller, I hope I never have to try buying something from them again. I have also lost interest in ordering anything else from Ali. It would be great if having a live chat with someone was not so complicated.

I ordered a radio for my BMW E87 and paid €[redacted]. I received the item 3 months ago without any instructions. After 2 weeks, the radio had issues connecting via Bluetooth, receiving radio signals, using GPS, and crashed multiple times requiring resets. Despite claims of having a fast processor and Carplay, it is slow and does not connect properly to phones. When I tried playing music from an SD card, the radio crashed multiple times upon startup. I contacted the seller multiple times about these problems but only received repetitive questions and no solutions. Shipping the defective unit back to China is expensive, and removing it would leave me without a radio. Requesting a refund or replacement has been fruitless so far. I now seek assistance with resolving this issue in accordance with consumer protection laws.

I ordered two chairs on 15/06/[redacted] and have yet to receive them. Instead, I received a letter with the bill for the chairs (€[redacted]) and 6 batteries, sharing the same tracking number provided by AliExpress. The seller informed me the chairs were shipped by sea, extending the protection time, which I agreed to. After a month with no package, the seller said it's in my country's customs but couldn't give a new tracking number. Protection time ends in 5 days, and my expensive order leaves me uneasy without extended coverage. I trust the seller, but I want more safety measures.

I am extremely disappointed with the store's services. The product I received is damaged, with the plastic covering the screen in poor condition, making it difficult to use the tablet. The product page states I can return it for a refund. I opened a dispute, agreed to return the item, and requested a full refund for the damaged product. However, when trying to communicate with the seller, I only received automated responses instructing me to close and reopen the dispute, with no human interaction available. The product cost me $23.75, but the seller only refunded me $3.92, which is unacceptable. I am adamant about receiving a full refund for the damaged product I paid for and will return it to the seller promptly.

Hello, I'm D.D. from Bulgaria. I ordered a FORSINING Multifunction Watch from Time Master on AliExpress in November [redacted] (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]). I received the watch on December 5th, but it didn't work. After contacting Time Master, they offered solutions that didn't suit me well, such as paying for repairs or return shipping. Regarding Order No: [redacted][redacted] I am writing to address an issue with an order I placed for a tablet bag with a keyboard on 25/09/[redacted] through Twenty-second Century Digital Store. Despite receiving an order confirmation on 26/09/[redacted] with my correct address, the goods were shipped by the retailer on 29/09/[redacted]. However, when tracking the parcel through DHL, I discovered the final destination was listed as Schwarzach, not my address. I have contacted the seller via email on 09/10/[redacted] and 12/10/[redacted] regarding this error, but have not received a response as of today, 16/10/[redacted]. This recurring behavior has been noted by other buyers, where undeliverable items are falsely marked as delivered, causing confusion and inconvenience to the actual buyer who has paid for the goods but not received them.
