I made a purchase with order number [redacted][redacted] on September 7, [redacted], at 03:58 from seller - Shop [redacted] Store. I paid for the item using my Visa card, and the price was supposed to include free shipping. However, the seller only provided shipping details at the last minute, and the details seem to be false as it shows a tracking number for an item sent to Brisbane, Australia, while I am in Tasmania. Unable to cancel my order through the Aliexpress App, the seller asked for an additional A$[redacted] on WeChat, claiming it was necessary to ship the item with a lithium battery by airfreight instead of by ship. I suspect a scam, especially since air freight to Australia is currently limited. I have shared all the relevant screenshots with Aliexpress on the seller/buyer chat ID: [redacted][redacted] and await a response.

Hello, I am having an issue with an order that was supposed to be shipped from France. Unfortunately, the supplier claims to have no stock in France and is asking to ship from CN instead via messaging, even though the order is marked as "shipped." I do not want the delivery from CN due to long shipping times. The shipper is requesting me to cancel, but since the order is already in the "shipped" state, I am unable to do so as there is no cancel button available. Opening a dispute is also not an option as the shipment, which was never sent, is in "transit" status, which prevents dispute. Eva is unable to assist as the issue does not seem to be in her catalog. I am requesting Aliexpress to intervene and cancel/refund the order promptly. Please review the messaging between the seller and me for a better understanding of the situation. Dear , I initiated a refund request on 31/08/[redacted] regarding Order Number: [redacted][redacted] for Human Hair 3 bundles Yaki straight Brazilian Hair Weave extensions. I reached out to MEETU for the refund and requested a return label on 09/09/[redacted]. MEETU informed me they do not provide return labels, so I asked for their address and paid £15.75 for postage. On 10/09/[redacted], I shipped the parcel back to MEETU with Tracking Reference Number: RN[redacted]17GB. Despite this, MEETU only refunded me £5.00 via Paypal, which I inquired about without a response yet. I clarified that I am owed a refund of £42.43, the amount I paid for the hair, however, MEETU has been unresponsive and sending generic messages, wanting to close the case. I seek assistance as I simply want the correct refund of £42.43 for the hair I returned to MEETU. I tried to reach out to Customer Service through live chat, but the response was not helpful. In August, I placed order number [redacted][redacted] for a neoprene jacket and pants. However, upon receiving the items, I realized the size didn't fit. After contacting the seller, I was advised to open a dispute for a refund since the correct size was out of stock. I followed the instructions provided by AliExpress to return the items, but encountered an issue with obtaining labels for both the jacket and pants. I mailed the package on September 7 using the postal service with tracking number PQ5Q1K[redacted]128947F. AliExpress closed the dispute and refunded the amount for the pants but claims the jacket was not returned. I urge AliExpress to verify that both the jacket and pants are in the package, unused and in their original condition, so I can receive a refund for the jacket as well.

Order number [redacted][redacted] - I have not received my package. According to the China mail tracker, the package was delivered, but my local delivery service states it is still in transit. Upon checking with DHL post service, it indicates the package is preparing for delivery in Saulheim since 10.09.[redacted], which has been 10 days in preparation. Despite DHL website showing the package in transit, customs mentioned that a package stuck for over 5 days is considered lost. The package number is LE[redacted]26CN. DHL has not provided any explanation for the 10-day delay in delivery, and I have requested an investigation, which could take up to 14 days for a response. If DHL cannot locate the package, I am seeking a refund. I am unable to directly request an investigation as a private recipient, and it is the responsibility of the seller, Aliexpress, to inquire with DHL on my behalf. I kindly request Aliexpress to follow up with DHL regarding the status of the package.

Order Number: [redacted][redacted] I have not received my package and am unable to track it through China Mail. Upon tracking it with DHL, I see that the package has been in preparation for delivery for 10 days as of 10.09.[redacted]. The German post service confirms that the package is still in transit and has not been delivered. I have requested an investigation from DHL, but as a private person, I am not legally authorized to do so. I need AliExpress to intervene and request an investigation from DHL Group in Germany with the package number LE[redacted]26CN, store address, billing receipt, and package value. I am experiencing a problem with Aliexpress.com. There have been 4 repeated charges of $4.50 within a few days that I do not recognize. I tried to contact customer support through live chat but got directed to a secure site asking for more payment. This is confusing, and I am seeking assistance without having to pay extra. I paid for an item but never received it. The seller claims it's stuck in customs, but I confirmed with customs that they haven't seen it. Despite multiple attempts to contact AliExpress support, I've received poor service and unhelpful responses. They opened a dispute late, didn't issue the promised refund coupon, and now claim the dispute is closed without a refund. I'm frustrated with AliExpress's handling of this situation and feel both the platform and the seller are neglecting their refund policy. I will provide evidence of these issues if needed. I noticed a transaction of $[redacted].96 that I did not approve on September 13, [redacted], processed on September 14. There is no record of this order in my history. I have attached details from my card for verification. Please review the evidence I provided, a screenshot from my bank account, and issue a refund of $[redacted].96. I suspect it is a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction and I would like to know where I can report this activity. I did not make any purchase for this amount, so I cannot provide product details. I encountered an issue with a male sex doll I was interested in purchasing. Initially priced at $[redacted], it suddenly increased to $[redacted] when I proceeded to view it. Planning to buy it within 25 days, I placed it in my shopping cart. When I revisited the site, the price had escalated to over $[redacted], and the item was no longer in my cart. Now they are claiming it is unavailable. I believed that items in the cart were secure for a certain period, but this experience has made me hesitant. I wonder if the product was genuinely for sale and if this website can be trusted since my chosen item was removed from the cart without warning.

I am facing an issue with my Aliexpress order that I hope someone can assist me with. After placing my order, the seller provided fake shipping information and later increased the price of the item from $17.70 to $22.65. My order was then cancelled without my consent, and the seller suggested I cancel the order with a different reason to facilitate a refund. I am disappointed that there is no direct chat with an agent available. I have two orders, [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted], that seem to be taking a long time to arrive, possibly in Macedonia. The local post service there holds packages for extended periods, causing delays even for air shipments. I am reaching out to Ali Express to see if they can communicate with the Macedonian Post to speed up this process. We pay high prices for air delivery, and it is frustrating to experience such delays. I hope Ali Express can assist in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I bought a motherboard from an AliExpress seller, but I received a different item. To resolve this, I opened a dispute. The seller requested that I return the item for a refund, but the return shipping cost more than the item itself. After discussing with the seller, they offered a $15 discount if I reordered the correct item. I made a new purchase, but the seller provided a fake tracking number. When I confronted them, they admitted the item was out of stock and would not be sent. They used the fake tracking number on AliExpress. I am now seeking a full refund as the seller's actions seem dishonest.

I previously had success with disputes on undelivered items resulting in refunds, but now I'm being asked to provide proof of non-delivery without a clear method from Canada Post or other postal services. Similarly, for items that arrive damaged or differ from the description, I used to receive refunds through disputes. However, now I'm expected to return the items to China, which is cost-prohibitive considering the shipping expenses surpass the item value. When encountering fraudulent or ineffective items, the resolution process should differ. My current challenge lies in unresolved disputes due to the mentioned complications: 1) Unreceived items not refunded pending unattainable proof of non-delivery. 2) Items not as described requiring return to China at exorbitant shipping fees. 3) A fraudulent high-priced item that warrants seller intervention to prevent further sales. Hello, I tried to contact customer service via phone but received no response, so I am reaching out via email. I bought a calculator on Aliexpress on Sept 6 (Order number: [redacted][redacted]) and it arrived on Sept 22 with visible damage. The seller refuses a refund, claiming the item is still functional and their profit margin is low. After opening a dispute, the seller has ceased communication. I ordered a package worth $[redacted], but it was delivered to the wrong address. I have proof that it was delivered to a different city. After a dispute on AliExpress, they require me to provide a missing parcel document from the shipping company. However, they did not accept my evidence. The seller's evidence, which AliExpress accepted, shows that the package was delivered to a city in Israel named Dimona instead of my city, Rehovot. Now AliExpress wants me to contact a Chinese shipping company, which seems unreasonable. In other platforms like eBay or Amazon, this wouldn't be an issue as the seller is responsible until the item reaches the buyer.

The product does not align with the description provided, and I would like to initiate a return. I appreciate that you have sent a return label; however, it's intended for UPS. The nearest UPS location is more than 15 kilometers away, the package weighs 15 kilograms, and I do not have access to a vehicle to transport it. I kindly request a return label for Deutsche Post (German Post) to facilitate the return process. Additionally, I am currently facing health issues and need to undergo treatment at the hospital. Due to this unforeseen circumstance, I will require a few extra days to arrange the return shipment. I must admit that this whole situation has been quite disappointing and frustrating for me. Maintenant, après avoir demandé un récipient en aluminium au lieu de celui en plastique, je souhaite renvoyer les boîtes à leurs frais et obtenir un remboursement total de 27,80 pour les deux.
