I reached out to my bank, but they couldn't assist since it's been over 24 hours. The total is approximately €66 and €17, and I am looking to have the money refunded.

I made a purchase on AliExpress, and the item was marked as received, even though I haven't gotten it. I reached out to the seller to check if it was sent to the wrong address, but I haven't received a response. I just realized that AliExpress protection only lasts for 15 days, which have already passed. I'm concerned because the item was costly. Hello AliExpress, I ordered a seat car cover on 1/10/[redacted] for US$7.37. After waiting for the parcel, I received a request for additional shipping payment months later. The seller suggested I file for a refund, which I did. Currently, I have only received US$2,[redacted].65 of the total, leaving a balance of US$55.20. I have been trying to resolve this issue as the cover is needed for my vehicle. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I purchased reusable stainless steel capsules that were delivered on 15/5/20. However, the capsules I received are not the ones I ordered. I contacted the seller who acknowledged the mistake and initially offered to resend the correct screw top version. Despite this, they have not followed through. Instead, they have suggested I reorder with a 50% discount, which does not seem fair considering the inconvenience. I have requested to exchange the incorrect capsules for the right ones, but the seller has not agreed. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact AliExpress for assistance due to technical issues. Order I'd: [redacted][redacted] Date ordered and paid: 25/05/[redacted], 17:48 I tracked my package from China to Heathrow customs, then to Birkenhead D.O, and it shows delivered. I'm disabled and haven't left the house in 3 months due to Corona virus. The seller said it's the wrong tracking number and wants $30 more or I can open a dispute. This seller is dishonest, advertising free postage but then asking for more money. This behavior will give your company a bad reputation. As a small online retailer, I made purchases on AliExpress in March/April but have not received 90% of the items. I am unable to reach anyone for assistance and lack proper tracking details. I urgently require either the delivery of my items or a prompt refund of the full amount so I can restock for my business. Currently, I am facing challenges keeping my business operational without these products. Despite the impact of Covid-19, I see other businesses resuming normal operations and wish for a resolution promptly.

Despite declining their offer of a cheaper substitute, they advised me to request a refund through AliExpress by selecting "item not in stock" as the reason. Ignoring subsequent inadequate communications from the seller, I found that the seller has now falsely marked the order as shipped, providing a fake DHL number. Consequently, I am unable to open a dispute, leaving [redacted] euros tied up for another two weeks. I seek your intervention to resolve this matter. My AliExpress login matches the email below.

I recently purchased a set of fairings online. Initially, they mentioned providing me with a discounted price, which I agreed to and made the payment of $53. After confirming the transaction via email, they informed me that my order would take some time for painting and other processes. However, I was then notified that due to an error on their part, they needed me to apply for a refund. I contacted AliExpress to dispute this issue, and they acknowledged that the seller was at fault and assured they would handle it. Despite this, the seller cancelled my order, and AliExpress restricted my ability to appeal the situation. The seller is now proposing gifts in exchange for applying for a refund, but I am not interested in their offerings. I simply want to receive the product for which I have already paid. It has been over a month, and I believe it is time for them to fulfill their end of the deal.

The seller mistakenly used the wrong town name on the address label, resulting in the item being returned to them by DHL. I placed my first order, carefully selecting items with free returns. Today, I received a dress that is too small, being more than 3cm smaller than the specified measurements. I am confused about the return policies as I can only return one item free of charge, but the other items haven't arrived yet. I fear waiting for them might exceed the free return period. How long do I have to return items for free? Is it 15 days after the order's closing date? How does this work when there are varying "order closed dates" in the same order? If I return an item under dispute, does that impact the "free returns for any reason" policy allowing one free return as well? Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order for a light a while back with a delivery window of 15-60 days, set to end soon on June 15th. Upon checking the tracking status showing no movement since April 21st, I reached out to the seller for information. The seller offered to extend my customer protection period, first until June 27th, which I accepted due to an upcoming move in July. However, despite notifying them of my relocation plans, the seller extended it further to July 4th and then to July 14th. This extension prevents me from opening a dispute for a refund. I purchased the "Sabbat E12 Ultra TWS" earphones on AliExpress with Order ID [redacted][redacted] on March 6, [redacted]. The initial delivery time was 40-60 days, which was later extended to 90 days on the order page along with a promise of a full refund if not delivered within that timeframe. My account email address is [redacted], but Yahoo has changed it to yahoo.COM, causing login issues as I can't receive verification emails. To verify my identity, my phone number is +34 [redacted]62, and my last order on Aliexpress was for a Google Nexus 7 ME571K tablet motherboard on June 10th, paid via Paypal for $20.77 due to a card problem. Changing my account email to yahoo.COM would resolve this matter.

I ordered items from the seller Changelin Powers Store with order number [redacted][redacted], but they were never delivered. Opening a dispute is not possible as the process gets interrupted. After checking the information, it seems the package has been shipped by the seller and is currently in transit. For this shipping method, there is no tracking information in the destination country. Since your order is still within the buyer protection period, please wait patiently. If the buyer protection period ends and the package hasn't arrived, please open a dispute. Aliexpress will close the order in 1 day, 5 hours, and 23 minutes. What can I do to get a refund?
