I made a purchase from the Xiaomi store on AliExpress using AliExpress shipping for a cellphone. It has been two months since I placed the order, and a month has passed without any updates on the parcel tracking system. Despite my willingness to wait, as I opted for a tracked parcel, the tracking information is no longer accessible. I have reached out to Xiaomi, AliExpress chat, and their Case Management Team, all of which have been unhelpful and reluctant to take responsibility. How can I go about locating the current whereabouts of my parcel?

I ordered an item from AliExpress. The item is not working properly, the brushes keep getting stuck on the robot vacuum cleaner. I tried to return the item to the seller and get a refund. The seller agreed to it. Despite presenting three different refund options to the seller, they only respond with "Sorry" or claim they cannot find the account, which is actually impossible. The information is correct, they could have refunded via PayPal, but the employees seem incapable or deliberately act ignorant in the hopes that I give up. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?

I have 5 pending orders; you blocked my account on Monday. I placed an order on Sunday, but you blocked my account on Monday. You know how to take the money out right away from my account. I would like an explanation. I hope to receive these 5 orders. I don't know the order numbers, but they include earrings, hair clips, a phone stand, a one-piece floral swimsuit, 2 trout baseball caps, and an eyebrow pencil. Hello. I ordered some bikinis in March, paying €[redacted] to receive them in a week. Initially, they said it would be shipped from China, and now we are in mid-May, I don't know where my package is or when it will arrive (after paying €72 for shipping). The store keeps telling me not to worry and just wait. I can't open a dispute because they keep extending the shipping protection!!!!!! I spent over €[redacted], and I want my money back!!! It's been over 60 days since I placed my order and have yet to receive my items. I am really unsatisfied with your service for the following reasons: 1) I paid on March 5th, but due to a delayed item, my order didn't ship until March 14th. 2) I specifically requested expedited shipping due to your mistake, but my request was not met. 3) Yesterday, the delivery deadline was extended by another 30 days without my consent via email. 4) I reported the delay to your customer service but only received a vague response. Unacceptable!

Unfortunately, no one from the AliExpress customer service team has been able to assist me, and there is no toll-free contact number available to resolve this issue. However, I am unable to register as I am informed that there is already an existing account associated with my email address. Therefore, I am unable to reset my password. Good morning, for about ten days now, I have been trying to communicate the issue that I have not received the treadmill, which supposedly was delivered in late April in Russia. Initially, in the chat, I was informed that the order was still in transit. Now, when it shows as delivered, I am being told I cannot open a dispute because it has been two weeks. I provided the correct address and have already made the payment. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to report it to the authorities.

The seller recently contacted me about my order, explaining that they couldn't ship it due to quality concerns. They suggested I either cancel the order or choose a different item from their store. The seller is advising me to frame the cancellation as my decision rather than their fault, but unfortunately, I cannot cancel at this point. Upon opening a dispute, the seller informed me that the only way to receive a refund is to cancel the dispute. They warned that failing to do so would result in a loss of funds and support from the platform. Since my order was never shipped, I simply seek a refund for the purchase.

The email I sent was bounced back with details provided. It seems that the recipient mailbox was full or the email exceeded the recipient's system limit. Suggestions were given for a solution. Dear community, I added a pack of [redacted] surgical masks to my cart for purchase. However, during checkout with a virtual Visa Card, I encountered a security error. Despite successfully using a different virtual card two days prior, I faced challenges when Alipay directed me to an Appeal page. I tried to upload an image of a credit card with a number I do not possess, preventing me from proceeding with the form submission. Frustrated, I canceled the order and the virtual card. To resolve the situation, I registered a new virtual Visa Card with Alipay successfully. Yet, when attempting to repurchase the product, I encountered the same security error requesting an image of a specific card I do not own (ending in [redacted]). This has left me at a standstill and seeking guidance on how to move forward from Aliexpress. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently ordered a Wavlink AC [redacted] from Home Appliance store. After placing the order, their representative informed me of a full refund due to the lockdown affecting mail services from other countries. Despite not canceling the order for that reason, they assured me of a refund. Within five days of the order expiration, they proactively initiated a dispute to maintain their store ratings. They provided a wrong tracking number for shipment, mentioning a different country instead of Pakistan, where I am located. This issue has been consistent across the four out of five orders I have placed on Ali Express with this store. Hello, on February 25th, I placed an order with order number [redacted][redacted]. I raised a dispute after the purchase protection ended due to not receiving my package. The seller did not agree to a refund, and AliExpress suggested waiting 10 more days for the package to arrive. After the additional 10 days, I was told my request was invalid and to wait another 10 days. The dispute began at the start of the month, but the seller keeps postponing it. The customer service or automated responses keep extending the timeline for almost 3 weeks. This situation feels frustrating as this is the second time I have not received orders from this seller, yet AliExpress is supporting them instead of resolving the issue fairly. I am unable to file a chargeback as my card has expired, and this delay feels unjust. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Hello, I purchased a Huawei Mate 20 Pro display LCD screen for $93 on May 18, [redacted], at 7:52 AM. During the payment process on AliExpress, I encountered an error page. Despite this, I noticed the payment had been deducted from my e-banking account. When I checked my orders on the site, I couldn't find any record of my purchase. The seller has not reached out to me either, leaving me with a $93 charge on my bank account but no order confirmation. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about the seller to follow up. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times before the shipment and made several attempts to cancel my order, providing reasons each time. Unfortunately, the seller declined my cancellation as they did not want me to report their lack of communication with buyers to AliExpress. Despite my honesty about the seller's unresponsiveness, they insisted I change my cancellation reason. When I refused, they went ahead and processed the item a few hours ago. Dealing with this seller has been a complete nightmare. I have reached out to customer service, but they have been unhelpful in resolving this issue. I urgently require a refund as I cannot afford to lose money. If the seller has already dispatched the item, I won't receive it as it was meant to be a gift. This situation needs immediate attention, and I have evidence of the interactions for reference.

I purchased a MiFi router from June Computer Accessory Store. Before making the payment, I specifically inquired if the device is compatible with the frequency in my country. After confirmation from the seller, I placed the order. Unfortunately, upon receiving the router, I found out it does not support my local frequency as confirmed by my service provider. I contacted the seller, who admitted the mistake and assured me they would resolve the issue by contacting their supplier. Despite my warnings about opening a dispute, the seller delayed any resolution until suggesting I go ahead and file a dispute. By the time I tried to do so on AliExpress, the window for disputes had closed. Now, the supplier has stopped responding to my messages. I have documented proof of our conversations.

I want to share my experience with an order I placed for a wavlink AC [redacted] at Home Appliance store. After the order was placed, they offered a full refund due to the lockdown affecting mail from other countries. I opted not to cancel my order for other reasons they provided. They informed me to open a dispute through the order receipt for a refund as they had not dispatched the item and had provided an incorrect tracking number. This situation made me dubious as the tracking number suggested the parcel was in another country, not Pakistan where I reside.
