Dear, I am experiencing issues with the dispute process; returns are being initiated without my confirmation. The cost of returning items from Belgium to China is prohibitively expensive, making it economically unfeasible. I find it unfair as I provide substantial evidence with my claims. For Order [redacted][redacted], a refund of 5 euros was offered before returning the item, which seems unreasonable. Regarding Order [redacted][redacted], I reported a faulty cable and was told to return it without proper discussion about a replacement. I purchased a "High Quality Bamboo Flute Professional Woodwind Flutes Musical Instruments" in the key of C on March 17. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication from AliExpress, including an order number, and I am unable to reach them. I have noticed a charge on my credit card for the purchase. Hello, I am experiencing issues with the watches IWO11-12 I ordered from ALIExpress. There are quality problems such as an air bubble on the display and the bracelet not being in place. Additionally, I am facing application problems like the Ledong app closing when switched to Sport mode and the weather app showing the wrong location. I bought a watch on Aliexpress on November 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working after just two weeks. I contacted the seller to return the item for a refund. The seller asked me to ship the watch directly to them, not following the official Aliexpress return process. I shipped the watch back at my own expense, but after over two months, the seller claims they never received it and refuses to refund me. Despite providing evidence through the Aliexpress dispute channel and contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received a refund. An agent named Francis promised a refund after a month but it never happened. I've submitted evidence in two disputes, spending over $[redacted], and still have not received a resolution. I purchased some wigs on AliExpress, but upon receiving them, I wasn't satisfied, so I proceeded with the refund process as instructed. I even have messages exchanged with the seller and a tracking number to prove that I have returned the items. My order number is [redacted][redacted], and the tracking number is UH[redacted]51US. Today, I am reaching out because I received a bothersome automated message from AliExpress regarding my order finishing soon, even though I have already shipped the items back with the tracking number provided. Hello. I recently canceled an order after waiting almost a week for it to be shipped due to the seller's lack of response to my messages. Surprisingly, the seller shipped it after I canceled. I have purchased a replacement product and now I am seeking a refund for the original order. The seller's behavior was disrespectful, and despite my attempts at communication, they have not replied. I initiated a dispute, but no resolution was reached, and the seller retained my payment. I have tried contacting both AliExpress and the seller multiple times without success. I bought an electric scooter from Jue Shuai on AliExpress for around $2,[redacted]. They promised a 1-year warranty, but my scooter stopped working. After a repair shop inspection, they said I need to replace both electric controllers. I reached out to the company for replacements, but they only reply after several messages and weeks later. I'm currently facing an issue with a seller regarding an open dispute. I've encountered a problem with a seller who is refusing to refund me for a motorcycle chain I ordered. I paid for the item and have been waiting for DHL to contact me regarding customs documentation. Upon receiving instructions from DHL, I promptly paid my customs fees on February 28th. However, DHL informed me that the invoice provided by the seller was incomplete, missing the shipment fee. Despite contacting the seller multiple times via the AliExpress app to request the correct invoice, my messages have been ignored. I then attempted to explain the situation to customs and DHL, clarifying that as the buyer, I couldn't provide a shipment invoice as the shipping was free, but they insisted on the correct document. Frustrated by the seller's lack of response, I opened a dispute. The seller finally replied too late, as DHL had already returned the package on March 18th, blaming me for not clearing customs. I have evidence of paying customs, the seller's initial mistake with the invoice, their disregard for my messages, and their delayed correction after the package was returned.

Hello. I've been a long-time AliExpress customer, but recently encountered incredibly poor customer service from the sellers. I bought floral lace from the *Gunagzhou Capital Fabric Store* which was in stock when I placed my order and processed the payment. However, the seller informed me later that they ran out of stock and asked me to select a different item. I promptly cancelled the order due to it being out of stock, but the seller is refusing to cancel it now and suggesting I choose an alternative instead. Strangely, the product is still advertised in their store with a price, despite being unavailable. I seek assistance in getting my refund and cancelling the order due to lack of stock. Thank you.

I recently spoke with Aliexpress customer service regarding two orders (Order no: [redacted][redacted] & Order no: [redacted][redacted]) from TARUN STORE where I paid for express shipping through DHL. Despite initial communication, the seller has stopped responding and has not shipped the items. Additionally, I placed another order (No: [redacted][redacted]) from a seller named A PART OF LIFE HOUSE who requested an additional $25 for supposedly shipping to a remote area, although I reside in Stockholm city, which is not remote. I canceled the order, but the seller has not refunded my money. I have faced issues with multiple sellers on Aliexpress, and contacting Customer Care has not been fruitful. I suggest Aliexpress advise sellers to register with PayPal for buyer protection. It is challenging to resolve issues and communicate effectively with Aliexpress. This has led to sellers withholding funds. I am a loyal customer, but this experience has been disappointing, and I am considering ceasing future purchases on Aliexpress due to unresolved problems. Many customers share similar dissatisfaction with Aliexpress sellers.

I am having trouble returning a damaged item. AliExpress provided a return postage label but forgot to include the required manifest, causing Canada Post to reject the package. I tried to contact AliExpress, but their automated customer service system does not help with this issue. This return is time-sensitive, so if not resolved soon, I will be stuck with damaged goods. AliExpress' website seems designed to deter and frustrate customers, pushing them to accept subpar items or deal with a frustrating process that leads nowhere. I wasted hours yesterday without solving anything. AliExpress and Alibaba should address these issues promptly.

Hello, at the end of January, I made purchases from multiple stores. Payment has been taken from my account, yet I have not received any of the products after 60 days. The seller is suggesting extending protection, which I don't understand or need. I simply want a refund now. I tried to dispute the transactions, but there is no option for items not received. My friends who ordered after me have already received their items. Amazon deliveries only took two weeks, whereas AliExpress is taking much longer. I purchased an aspirator from ALiExpress in January [redacted] with order number [redacted][redacted], the TINTON LIFE VC812 Portable 2 In 1. Unfortunately, the product has stopped working. I contacted the vendor, Tinton Life Official Store, to explain the issue. I mentioned that the aspirator has an electrical problem as the lights are not working, and it does not respond to any commands. I ruled out an issue with the charging socket and ensured the battery was fully charged, but the device still does not work. Despite explaining the situation, the vendor does not seem to understand or acknowledge the 2-year guarantee that EU citizens have for electrical goods.
