Dear Alibaba Co., I made a purchase from one of your sellers last December for 18 pieces of the 24v electric Linear Actuator with metal gear, 150mm 100N 90mm/s stroke. Initially, the seller quoted a price excluding shipping, which we were unaware of. After my colleague sent the payment, the seller informed us about the shipping cost discrepancy. We tried to rectify this, but the order was cancelled before the additional payment could be made. Waiting for the refund on AliExpress, we were informed it could take up to 20 days. However, the refund has not been received yet. Neither our bank nor the seller has any record of the returned money. Kindly investigate why the amount of $* has not been refunded. To: Cst Brett Bursey, Cape Breton Regional Police Services I wish to bring to your attention the ongoing criminal fraud involving the sale of solar panels by Ali Express in cooperation with Love Tech Digital, Team Sale Trading Company, and Tingui Trading Co Ltd. Despite their claims of providing [redacted]-watt solar panels, upon testing, the panels are found to produce less than 1 watt. I have initiated a report with you, Cst Brett Bursey, and am in the process of pursuing criminal charges. Ali Express has agreed to refund me varying amounts ranging from $2 to $13 per panel, whereas I was fraudulently charged $75 to $90 per panel. They have also offered a full refund for some panels if returned within 7 days with a tracking number. The shipping cost back to Canada exceeds $[redacted] and will take over 9 days. I am seeking the corporate address and attorney contact information to pursue a civil lawsuit in Nova Scotia against these companies and their CEO. I intend to press criminal charges against these deceitful companies for their misleading practices, as per the Criminal Code of Canada sections provided. I decided to cancel my order on Monday, February 24, as my package was not going to arrive on time. The seller agreed to issue a refund, but they keep requesting me to cancel my refund and provide them with my password to give me a direct refund. This request seems unreasonable. I require more information about the policies of Aliexpress. I would like to discuss the following policy, which can be found on Aliexpress by clicking on the money-back guarantee icon displayed when viewing products that offer it: Policy details: "Note: You are eligible for a single free local return for each order. Should you request multiple returns within one order, only the first return will be free of charge. Any additional return requests will still be serviced locally, but you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to the assigned local return address. Therefore, we recommend consolidating returns to avoid incurring extra shipping expenses." I aim to confirm the interpretation of the statement, "If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address." My understanding is that customers can avail of complimentary return shipping for only one item per order. Thus, if a purchaser places multiple items in one order, they are entitled to free return shipping for only one item. If the buyer submits another order with a distinct order number, they will still receive a complimentary return but also for only one item per order. Is it accurate? Does the policy indeed allow for only one free return per order?

I placed an order on November 29th for a Chuwi i10 Air from the official Chuwi Store on AliExpress. The order number is [redacted]. After receiving the item in two parts, everything seemed fine until I started using the pen, which came with the tablet. Unfortunately, every stroke with the pen scratches the tablet, causing damage. Despite contacting the seller, they only advised me to be careful, suggesting the screen protector might be causing the issue even though the tablet didn't come with one. I am unable to resolve this problem with the seller and am seeking a refund or repair, as I cannot effectively use the tablet in this condition.

I purchased a pair of TWS earbuds from a seller. Unfortunately, one of the earbuds has a very faint sound, only about 20% of the volume of the other one. I reached out to the seller immediately and provided a video of the issue upon their request. The seller suggested cleaning the earbuds, which I found strange for a new product, but I inquired about the cleaning process with no response received. Despite sending multiple reminders, I did not hear back from the seller in time, so I had to open a dispute on AliExpress. It was challenging to explain the situation fully within the [redacted]-character limit. The seller misrepresented that I did not follow their instructions, leading the dispute to be closed with a prompt to accept or deny the resolution. Feeling frustrated, I accepted but now struggle to reopen the dispute due to file upload errors. It's incredibly difficult to prove the earbud's fault in a video when the sound is too low to capture effectively. Shipping the item back to China from India would be costly, so I am willing to pay half the price since one earbud is functional.

Hello, I would like to report a discrepancy in the charges on AliExpress. The items in my cart total $[redacted].75 but I am being charged $[redacted].31, which is over 3% more than my bank's exchange rate fee. I did not place the order due to this difference, and I have screenshots showing the discrepancy. I provided proof from the bank that they charge a 3% fee, and I need AliExpress to track the transaction. Even though I did not make the payment, I want to understand why there is a difference in the amount they want to charge me. Hello, I've had an account for some time now and made a recent order. However, in the past two weeks, every time I attempt to place an order, I encounter a pop-up at checkout saying, "Oops! Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again." I've tried refreshing and even updated my card details, but the error persists. When I reached out to the online chat service for help, they asked irrelevant questions that didn't address my problem.

I have encountered issues with multiple sellers on Aliexpress who asked me for additional payment after I had already paid and the transaction was confirmed. Despite reaching out to Aliexpress customer service through chat three times, the sellers have not sent the items I purchased. They keep delaying the shipping period without explanation and do not respond to my messages. I have been waiting for over a month, and some sellers do not even acknowledge my inquiries. I have had to cancel orders because the sellers did not send the items after receiving payment. The sellers also did not refund my money. This pattern has been ongoing since January. I believe there should be better communication regarding shipping, payments, cancellations, and disputes between buyers and sellers on the platform.

Hello, I placed an order back in January and have yet to receive it. The order was made on January 27, [redacted], at 15:37. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. I have been monitoring this order for the past two months, and despite being told it has been shipped, the tracking information shows otherwise. The estimated waiting time keeps getting extended, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the shipping progress is not being updated, even after contacting the store online. It seems like many other customers are facing similar issues with this store, and I am concerned that it might be a fraudulent operation. Interestingly, the day after I placed my order, the item I purchased was supposedly the last one available. I am inquiring about the delivery company used in Germany and if there is a local tracking number available. If DHL was the service provider, a tracking number is usually provided along with the recipient's name for verification. It's important to have a signature as proof of delivery. Dispute Reference [redacted][redacted] Hello AliExpress, I placed an order with FeiyuTec on 27.12.19, and I received a product different from what I ordered. I opened a dispute on 07.01.[redacted]. The package was returned on 21.01.[redacted] and eventually delivered on 22.02.20 after three attempts. The seller opened the package in a video and found it empty, despite the original receipt stating a weight of 1.415kg for the package, while the ordered item's weight is 1.2kg. I received notification that my dispute with the seller on AliExpress has concluded, but to my disappointment, I am not receiving a refund. I returned the speaker docks ordered under [redacted][redacted] and provided a video as evidence to AliExpress. Despite evidence, I had to pay for shipping to return the item. The USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]73 confirms the package reached 57 Industrial Road, Berkeley Heights NJ [redacted] on 2/15/20. My attempts to update the tracking number on the dispute page were unsuccessful. Contacted various email addresses and phone numbers provided by AliExpress with no response. I am frustrated as the speakers have been returned, but AliExpress denies me a refund. I have filed an appeal, but my hopes are low. If not resolved, this will be my last purchase on AliExpress.
