The issue in GetHuman-lvgomes's own words
Since January that several sellers (* in total) have been asking me for more money, after I have paid and the payment is confirmed. I reached Aliexpress through the chat, * times, and complained to them about the sellers behaviour - they promessed to do something but did nothing and the sellers haven*t sent me the items yet. Sellers keep prolonging the period for shipping the item, they don*t give me any explanation, and never sent the items I paid for. I*m waiting for over a month and some sellers don*t even reply to my messages. *This keeps happening with every seller I make a purchase with. I*m tired of having to cancel every single order beacuse the sellers donpt send it and tell me to do it, but only AFTER I have already paid and the Bank removed the money. I tried to cancel some orders, but when I check the next day, the order is still there. Customer service told me the sellers didn*t accept my request for cancelling but they also didn*t send me the order or give me my money back.**I didn*t get the items I paid for (* in total - one was cancelled and money returned but the others not). I shouldn*t have to guess which seller sends the items I pay for and if they are not going to send my order then they shouldn*t accept the money in the first place. Everytime I make an order, the bank charges me a fee for it, and I have to pay to the bank for an order I never receive and the sellers force me to cancel it.*This keeps happening since January and I don*t get the order I paid for and still have to be paying and guessing which seller actually sends an item, when most don*t even bother replying.*I can*t even open a dispute or make a complaint, beacuse ther is no optino to do that. *I don*t understand how it*s allowed to Aliexpress to continue this way or even operate Internationally. I never prolonged the period for shipping but the sellers did, and made several attempts at cancelling but they didn*t let me and keep prolonging the period for shipping without explanations.*I still need the items I paid for, and want the sellers to be punished along with the people responsible for this in Aliexpress. Above all, the sellers should have indicated to which countries they don*t ship and should be obliged to warn the buyer before taking the payment. If I have to pay upfront and is easy to recieve other people*s money. Why don*t they have to be responsible for their behaviour or for delivering orders?*Also, buyers should be able to open a dispute with a seller to whom they have already paid, otherwise I have to keep cancelling every single order I make and the only answer some sellers gave me was to cancel the order and to please put something nice in the reasons for it!*I hope to hear from you.
