I made a purchase for a Seicane Radio head unit on 1/19/[redacted] around 9 pm central time (US). According to the sales page, it was supposed to be shipped within 3 days. However, as of Feb 12th, [redacted], the order has yet to be shipped despite multiple unfulfilled promises from AliExpress. I urgently need a precise shipping date as my car radio has been out of commission for nearly a month. I am hoping for a concrete response regarding the shipment, not just more empty assurances.

On February 8th, I placed an order for a laser level that was supposed to be shipped from Spain to Hungary within 6-7 days. I made a request to the seller to ensure that the pendulum is locked, to which he agreed. However, the next day, the shipping time suddenly changed to 20 days because the seller claimed they were on holiday. I asked for a solution, possibly shipping from another warehouse, but the seller insisted I cancel the order. Upon canceling, the seller is now refusing to accept the cancellation, which seems like he is retaliating against me.

Good evening, I am reaching out from Italy with a query regarding an item - a pair of fringe dancing trousers for girls. The item is listed for kids but can fit sizes up to [redacted] cm. Are the measurements provided ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] cm) in relation to the child's height? My father-in-law sent me a gift which arrived in the Philippines on January 10th, but as of February 13th, it has not reached Cebu. Customs has not provided any information about the parcel or guidance for my father-in-law. I instructed him to contact the seller, but the seller insists it's my responsibility because I am the recipient. When I inquired with the courier, they mentioned it's solely their role to track the package. There seems to be a lack of communication since if there were any issues with the parcel, ideally the sender or seller should be informed. As the recipient, I am unsure of what steps to take next as I only have access to the tracking information.

Good morning, Regarding the mentioned order, I have concerns and I am dissatisfied with the processing. There has been communication through my Aliexpress account. I paid for the item immediately, and the amount was deducted from our bank account right away. Supposedly, the payment is still "under audit" and not yet marked as received. The guaranteed delivery time of 5 days from Poland may not be met. We are a dental laboratory and rely on the timely delivery of the welding machine. My package took three months to arrive, and I filed a dispute. The response was supposed to be on February 6, but AliExpress did not intervene by the deadline. I received my package yesterday, but it arrived damaged. I believe I should be refunded immediately instead of having to wait to return the item, provide tracking, and wait for them to receive it before getting a refund. This process seems unreasonable to me.

My name is Julia Taormina. I purchased a long black wig with bangs for about $10.48. The delivery was initially scheduled for December but was repeatedly delayed. The latest expected arrival date was January 15th. Despite waiting, it is now February 13th, and the package has still not arrived. Hello, I have tried to order from Aliexpress several times. However, I keep getting this error message "Aliexpress error CSC_[redacted]." Two days ago, everything was working fine. But today, unfortunately, it is not working anymore. I have spent many hours today trying to place my order. Always unsuccessful! What can I do? On the 24th of January, I purchased 18 rotating bases as a guest. After realizing the delivery would be too slow, I decided to cancel the order. However, I never received a refund of $[redacted].22 nor did I get the products. The store owner messaged me to cancel again, but as I used a guest checkout, I don't have access to the original invoice. They provided me with order #[redacted][redacted]. I have not yet received my order, Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. A dispute was opened because the tracking number shows the parcel is in Brazil instead of being delivered to Bulgaria. Aliexpress has deemed my reasons as "Invalid" and stated that I should pay for the customs clearance and tax. I have tried to contact the seller, but have only received two automatic replies. In the past, Aliexpress has resolved my issues promptly, so I am confused by the current situation. I believe there might be a misunderstanding. Can someone please look into this matter further? I have discovered a package waiting for me at an 'InPost Paczkomat' through alipaczka.pl. To collect the package, I need to enter a 'pick up code' received via SMS, which I haven't received yet. In my conversation with InPost, I learned that the phone number attached to the package is not mine, it's different from [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. They are unable to disclose the registered phone number but assured me they would look into it further. In addition, they mentioned sending an email to AliExpress to verify my correct phone number.

I placed an order on AliExpress, but due to extended processing time, I decided to cancel the order. The system instructed me to wait for the seller's response within 6 days, after which it would be automatically canceled. On the sixth day, when I checked the AliExpress app, the system indicated that I needed to wait until February 12th (about 4-6 days from that point). Today, on February 19th, I checked the app again hoping to see a "refund processed" status, but it still shows "waiting for seller process" with the option to cancel the order enabled. I attempted to cancel, but it requires the seller's agreement. I feel deceived by AliExpress, not the seller. Perhaps due to the current outbreak, there might be an increase in these situations. I am expressing my frustration in case any action can be taken, although I understand it may not be possible. Thank you for your attention.

Dear Support, Please assist me with my AliExpress Dispute Results for Order No.: [redacted][redacted]. I received an email today regarding the dispute. I was unable to respond to the AliExpress offer before. When I checked yesterday, there was no update on the status. The problem persists as I am still waiting for the seller's response. The resolution from AliExpress is not satisfactory. The phone I received is faulty; the speaker did not work from the start. The refund offered does not cover local repairs or spare parts. The seller has not been responsive to my messages either fully or partially. I am requesting a full refund if the Official Store sellers cannot provide the necessary application to ship back the undisturbed rugged phone. The seller has not been helpful with the return policy and has rejected the 1-year guarantee repair. I have been waiting for a reasonable resolution since January 2nd. I placed an order on December 20, [redacted], for about 20 items using my credit card. It's February 19 now, and I've only received one item. I find it frustrating that some of my items are in dispute, and I want a refund for the ones I didn't get. The sellers keep extending the delivery protection time, and I paid $75 for everything but have only received a $1 or $2 item. It's confusing why it's taking so long to receive the items when it shouldn't take 60 days to ship something globally. The priciest item costing $18.86 was supposedly delivered and refused, which isn't true as I haven't seen any mail carrier. I am puzzled about the delays and need assistance understanding the status of my order and getting refunds if necessary.

I purchased a Samsung S7 SM-G930F motherboard from the seller Samuel T. After checking my bank account, the payment is pending to AliExpress.com Melbourne. However, I can't find the order in my AliExpress account anymore. I checked the deleted folders, but there are no deleted orders there. I am now unsure how to reach out to them about this issue.

Good evening, I have made numerous purchases through this platform using different cards. Recently, I started using a credit card and it worked, but now I see an error message "payment obstructed". I contacted the bank, and they mentioned the issue is with the platform. I have successfully used this credit card on other virtual platforms. I would appreciate your assistance.

I created a second AliExpress account to make a purchase after the first account had payment issues. I believed the transaction failed due to an error message, but later realized it went through when I saw the $96.83 charge on my credit card bill dated 1/20/[redacted]. However, I cannot access the second email account to check for notifications or order status because I forgot the password and the correct email. Now I'm frustrated as I need to log in to that email for live chat support. I don't have the order number, but I have the reference number from my credit card statement: [redacted]D4A0DL7P3G (Reference number) and [redacted]80CA (transaction number).

I made a hair purchase on February 7th through the "AliExpress" app for $[redacted].73. Despite the significant time that has passed since then, my order has not arrived. I reached out to the seller to request a refund as I no longer wished to proceed with the purchase, but the communication has been difficult.
