I made four separate purchases on December 10, [redacted], which included two wristwatches, an iPhone 8 case, and a flash drive. However, I have not received any of these items yet. When I checked my account, it indicated that the orders were "completed." After reaching out to the sellers, only one responded, stating that my order might be lost and advising me to open a dispute. I proceeded to open disputes for all four orders requesting a refund. Unfortunately, the messages I received from AliExpress indicate that I have received my packages, which is not the case. What steps should I take next?

I ordered a 4 in 1 Rechargeable Men's Electric Nose Ear Hair Trimmer that is also suitable for women's eyebrows, sideburns, and beard hair. I am awaiting a refund from a resolved dispute with order number [redacted][redacted]. After [redacted] days, I have not received the money yet. I need to know the issue and when it will be resolved. Additionally, I am closing the bank account linked to the debit card used for this order, so an alternative refund method is necessary. I would like to receive the refund via PayPal, but I am open to other options. Thank you!

Order ID: [redacted][redacted] Order Date and Time: 01:08 October 20, [redacted] On that day in October, I placed an order for a car vacuum cleaner from a seller on AliExpress. However, after waiting for two months, I still did not receive the item. When I reached out to the seller for an update, they assured me to be patient. To my surprise, I later found out that the auction had ended, stating that I didn't confirm receiving the product - which I never got in the first place! When I contacted the seller again, they avoided the issue. This dishonest behavior is a first for me on AliExpress. Unfortunately, since the auction is closed, I'm unable to open a dispute. I purchased a Fishing Rod Rack from the BSET MATEL FISHING MANUFACTURE Store (ID: [redacted][redacted]) back in September [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item arrived with a crucial missing part essential for assembling the base structure, rendering the rack unusable. Despite receiving a partial refund of USD9, I am unable to use the product as intended. I have reached out to the seller to request the missing part, but they have declined, citing the refund already issued. I am now left with a USD46.96 purchase that I cannot assemble. How can I resolve this issue and finally use the Fishing Rod Rack as intended?

I need assistance with an order I made with the seller vitally[redacted] on December 28, [redacted]. I initially had an issue with the size of the shoes and opened a dispute. The seller agreed to a $30 discount if I bought another pair. On February 9, [redacted], I purchased another pair for $[redacted] and requested the discount. They asked me to reorder at the reduced price of $90 due to a change on their site and cancel the $[redacted] order. After following their instructions, the seller has not been responding. Currently, they have $[redacted] of my money and need to return the $[redacted].

I need help with my recent order from the BITWBI Store. The order ID is [redacted][redacted], and I placed it on Jan. 10, [redacted]. The issue is that the seller hasn't shipped my order in over a month, and the status shows as "Awaiting Cancellation" for more than a week. Unfortunately, the seller is unresponsive, leaving me feeling helpless. I am unable to take any action as there are no available options next to the order due to its current status. I purchased a faucet on your platform. The seller messaged me to say they couldn't send it on time due to holidays in China, so it would be delayed by 50 days. I agreed to this. After a week, they told me it was still not possible to send it and suggested canceling the order for a refund. However, I haven't received the refund yet, even though it has been over 12 days since I canceled the order. I need the refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order on November 17, [redacted], for two mascot costumes from AliExpress (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]). The items arrived on February 8, [redacted], using parcel tracking No: CP[redacted]83CN from the Post Office. Although I have not opened a dispute with the seller for the late delivery, I received the products in poor condition. The costumes have ripped pieces, mismatched colors, and sharp metal parts exposed, making them unsafe. I contacted the seller on February 8, [redacted], but have not received a response. Good afternoon, I recently made a second purchase of a yellow abstract oil painting, this time in the size of 50 x 150cm. The purchase was charged to my Citibanamex Oro card ending in [redacted], through AliExpress on 6/12/[redacted] at 6:21:36 PM, for the amount of $[redacted].77 pesos. I have not received my product after over two months, and it does not even appear in lost orders. I urgently request delivery. In a previous purchase of a similar smaller painting, I had no issues with delivery within the established timeframe. Now, after two months, the purchase was evidently charged by AliExpress, but I assume the order was not properly registered. I am willing to provide proof of the charge via email as requested. On January 31, [redacted], I placed an order for a suit priced at $87.45 with an additional $28.08 for postage and tax, totaling $[redacted].03. Upon placing the order, I was redirected to a 'page not found' error and could not retrieve any order details. The payment was deducted from my account immediately, but I have yet to receive any confirmation or order number. I am awaiting confirmation that my order is being processed and will arrive in Australia by February 21st as I paid extra for ePacket delivery.

The seller changed the courier without my permission, leading to me not receiving my package. I was expecting Canada Post, not DHL. The seller was rude when I reached out, showing poor customer service. I'm turning to AliExpress for help and refuse to be mistreated. If the seller retains the items and my funds, I trust in divine judgment. I've requested AliExpress to review our messages for a fair resolution, but it seems they are favoring the seller. I just seek fairness; the seller has the products and should refund me, not demand more payment.

I was charged $[redacted].80 for something I didn't order, and DirectExpress said they're filing a dispute. I have to wait for a new card with new numbers since the one used was invalidated. Once I receive and activate the new card, my statement will transfer over. I just want a refund as soon as possible. Thank you, Ronald Magistro.

I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].80 from ALIEXPRESS.COM on my mobile bank statement, although I did not make any purchases with them. Despite requesting a refund through DirectExpress, the money has not been returned. I am now waiting for the necessary paperwork from DirectExpress to dispute this transaction. In the meantime, I will be reaching out to a legal aid lawyer and contacting Alibaba, as ALIEXPRESS.COM is affiliated with them, to address this issue. Hello, I need assistance regarding unauthorized charges made on my mother's Credit Card on your website. The cardholder's name is Irit Hengel, and the final 4 digits of the Credit Card used are [redacted]. She does not have an account with your website. We have already alerted the Credit Card company about the fraudulent activity. On the 16th, I received a package with 2 pairs of shoes, but I didn't want them. I returned both pairs on the morning of the 23rd in the same box. I have a bank receipt and a photo of the box. I've only been refunded for 1 pair of shoes, and the live chat isn't helping me with my issue. I want my €24 back. I would like another pair of shoes in a different size because the ones I received were too big. However, without the refund, I can't place another order. Please help me as I frequently shop on AliExpress.

I made a hair purchase recently and reached out to the seller regarding the shipping. Unfortunately, they were out of stock and offered an alternative which I declined. I requested a refund urgently for my birthday plans. Following seller instructions, I canceled the order citing "This item is sold out." Despite a slight confusion in cancelation reasons, I complied with their final request to cancel with the reason "I don't want this item anymore." I received a message confirming a refund in 3-20 business days, but I'm hoping to expedite this process given my urgent need for the funds. Thank you for your assistance.
