Hello, my name is Ohad Sharabi. I recently purchased a watch on AE, but upon receiving it, I found that it did not match the description. After discussing with the seller, we agreed that I would return the item for a refund. It has now been over two months, and neither the seller nor I have been able to determine the whereabouts of the package. The seller failed to collect it from the post office, leading to this complication. I have reached out to AE multiple times seeking a time extension for buyer protection. Despite reassurances from AE that I will receive a refund, I have yet to receive any emails or updates. My dispute was rejected, and I am disappointed in the outcome. I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter promptly to ensure I receive my $[redacted] refund. I do not want the funds transferred to the seller. I was offered $30 for delivery costs once the package is returned to me so I can resend it to the seller. Upon receipt of the $30, I will return the watch to the seller and provide the tracking number. My order ID is [redacted][redacted]. I kindly ask for your urgent attention to this issue. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase an item online but encountered issues with payment methods. The merchant did not accept PayPal or Alipay, only credit card or Western Union transfer, both of which were unsuccessful after attempting with two different cards. I tried to appeal the issue but received no response from AliExpress. Additionally, my attempts to cancel the order were also unanswered by AliExpress. This lack of communication and the complicated online system has left me unsure if my credit card was charged or if the order was successfully canceled.

I am experiencing an issue with my recent order from Panda Store on AliExpress. I purchased a 1-year subscription service, but the quality of the service significantly declined after the trial period. Despite agreeing with the seller on a partial refund and continuing the service, I've lost access to the service and only received half of my money back. I believe I should not be charged for a full half-year subscription when I only used the service for a few days. I've tried to resolve this issue by contacting the seller multiple times without any response. Additionally, after reaching out to AliExpress for help in getting a refund of $19.38, I have not received any assistance. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution in this matter and have decided not to make any further purchases on AliExpress in the future.

I placed an order for Qibest makeup items for my wife back in September [redacted]. The order was for 15 pieces, and I promptly made the payment. I was informed that the items would arrive by the last week of November or the first week of December. Despite waiting patiently, the shipment never arrived. The seller assured me that if the parcel didn't arrive within another two weeks, I would receive a refund. When I contacted the seller for updates, the responses were unhelpful, and there was no clear information on the whereabouts of the shipment. After checking with my local shipping company using the tracking number RB[redacted]65LA, I found out that the parcel had not even left the country of origin. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a seller. I have not received the package that is showing as delivered in the AliExpress tracking system. My order number is [redacted][redacted], and the tracking number is LE[redacted]97CN. Despite opening a dispute that resulted negatively, I contacted the German post. They mentioned that the seller should inquire about the package's whereabouts. Today, an agent at the German post hotline informed me that the parcel was sent to Mülheim in Germany and was received by the recipient at the local post office (Hauptbahnhof 2). I feel uneasy about the seller's behavior, as they initially pressured me to cancel the order. Now, they are citing customs issues and claiming the parcel was returned to them, which I find suspicious.

Hello, I purchased a product on AliExpress using my Visa card but the order did not appear in "my orders" section. The transaction is recorded in my bank account, but I have not received any confirmation email from AliExpress. I have tried contacting the seller regarding my purchase of a GPS tracker TK319-L, but I have not received any response. AliExpress has already charged me for the order on the 8th. I purchased shoes for my wife with Order Number [redacted][redacted] at a price of €44.64. Unfortunately, the shoes do not fit and I would like to exchange them. Despite reaching out to AliExpress and the seller, I have not received any response. The dispute was closed without any communication from the seller. In Germany, I have the right to return items within 14 days, and I wish to do so. However, I have not been provided with a return slip (shipping code) by the seller. After shopping online for over a decade, I have never encountered a request for such sensitive information like copies of my driver's license, credit cards, and account statements just to make a purchase. Despite making previous purchases without issues, I was unexpectedly "flagged" after attempting to buy a few items from your store. I am disappointed that despite my interest in buying over forty t-shirts from your site, I am hesitant to provide the personal information you are asking for, as it puts me at risk of online identity theft and fraud. To maintain a positive relationship with your customers, I kindly request that you cease requesting this information and allow me to continue making future orders without complications. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to close my account and leave negative reviews. Thank you for your consideration.

I purchased a total of 12 items through four separate orders on AliExpress, two from my account and two from my husband's. Despite it being our initial experience with the platform, it has now been approximately three months without receiving anything. Four products are still listed as in transit, and the remaining eight have been marked as delivered. I've attempted to communicate with all the sellers and have requested refunds for items with no success. I did receive refunds for four products, but two sellers have been promising delivery and advising against worrying about the protection period. Now that the protection period has lapsed, I am not receiving adequate responses and no products are showing up. I am seeking refunds for these items. Hello, I recently received my eagerly anticipated snow boots after waiting for about 7 weeks. However, upon inspection, I am quite disappointed with several aspects: 1) The boots do not match the description provided: a) The actual color differs significantly from the photos on the website. b) The design and material of the bow are not as pictured on the site. 2) The boots exhibit quality issues: a) One boot is noticeably longer than the other. b) There is a strong odor of glue coming from the boots. c) The absence of the brand logo raises concerns about authenticity. 3) Despite ordering a size up (38) from my usual size 37 as recommended by the seller, the boots are too small and uncomfortable to wear. I have raised these concerns with MIYAGINA Store, and I was taken aback when they suggested I leave a 5-star review in exchange for a replacement pair of boots. This approach to garner positive feedback is concerning to me. Can anyone advise me on how to address this situation?

I received two watches, both of which stopped working after just two days. One watch won't connect to my IPHONE 5, and the other has no display. I have sent pictures and videos as evidence, but the seller keeps asking me to perform the same troubleshooting steps without offering any real solutions. Despite my efforts, the watches remain defective, and the seller has been unresponsive to my recent messages. I believe it's unfair to receive faulty products that stop working so quickly, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from the seller. I have been trying to speak with a live agent from Aliexpress for a month now to resolve a refund issue regarding an item I purchased that did not fit my model. Despite my repeated attempts to address this, the process has been frustrating as each time I reach an agent, I have to explain my situation all over again. They initially requested that I pay for the return shipping, which I shouldn't have to since the product didn't match my model. They assure me they will investigate and provide a solution, but I never hear back. The delays in communication and lack of follow-through have left me feeling frustrated with the service.

However, despite the payment being processed, my order list remains empty, and I have not received a confirmation email. I purchased a Funko Pop Vinyl on AliExpress from a seller assuming it would be well-protected due to its size and collectible box. However, the parcel arrived in poor condition. After requesting a replacement, the seller agreed only if I purchased another item. Despite agreeing and selecting the cheapest item from the store, the replacement parcel arrived in the same damaged condition. Furthermore, they sent the wrong item I had purchased for the replacement. I am unsure how to proceed as I doubt the seller will send another undamaged box. I am hoping for either a £15 refund or a replacement box in good condition.

I purchased three suits from a seller, and since they arrived in separate packages, I requested a refund. I made the purchase before Christmas and covered the return shipping costs. I recently bought 30 USB sticks in wooden boxes, but two payments were debited instead of one. The package arrived without any paperwork. I have a Royal Mail tracking number (LA[redacted]02CN) for the parcel's entry into the UK. On Monday, January 13, [redacted], £91.38 was taken, followed by another payment of £93.24 on Tuesday, January 14, [redacted]. The first payment shows on WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM, and the second on ALIEXPRESS.COM. I seek clarification on why two payments were made. I request a refund for one of the payments, as it appears I was charged twice. I can send an email with a bank statement attachment to show the double charge. Looking forward to your response.
