I am unfamiliar with the process of opening a public dispute. I have verified with my postal service that the packages were not delivered here. I doubt they were ever sent. They falsely confirmed the orders instead of waiting for my confirmation upon receipt. Despite me informing them to remove items I didn't get, they ignored me, confirmed all goods, and charged me. I recently purchased a TV box from AliExpress for $[redacted].15. Unfortunately, the item has been malfunctioning and experiencing constant lagging since I received it. Despite reaching out to the seller in China, they could not provide a solution beyond suggesting a simple internet reset, which did not resolve the issue. I insisted on returning the defective product and the seller agreed, but mentioned that the shipping cost, totaling $[redacted], would be my responsibility. This fee seems excessive compared to the product's value, leaving me in a dilemma where returning the box would cost more than keeping it even though it's not functioning as advertised. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding order number [redacted][redacted], I encountered an issue with the device only after 2 months of use. Initially, it was a battery problem, which eventually led to the device completely malfunctioning. I have been device-free for 8 months now. Following the seller's instructions, I sent the device for repairs. However, it has been more than 4 months since the device was shipped for servicing, with no resolution in sight. The seller is unwilling to replace the device or issue a refund. Despite reaching out to customer support 11 times, little progress has been made in the past 8 months. I am still left without a working device and out of pocket. I am pleading for someone from AliExpress to reach out to me, as all my claims are well-documented in my communication history with the seller. This extended delay is truly unacceptable, and I am feeling frustrated and disappointed by this whole ordeal - 8 months without a functioning device that I paid for.

I purchased a Seagull [redacted] mechanical handwinding wristwatch from Shenzhen CXH Trading Store and it has been the most frustrating customer experience. Though the watch was marked as delivered and signed for, I never received it. The seller was unhelpful and implied it was my problem. When the watch eventually arrived, a button fell off after minimal use. The seller agreed to replace it, but the return process was complicated and expensive, with issues at customs. After expressing a desire for a refund due to the poor service and quality, the seller refused due to negative reviews I left about them. They now want me to give positive feedback in exchange for the replacement watch. I insist on a refund for the watch, return shipping costs, and compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. I cannot afford to lose $[redacted] on a faulty product and deceitful seller.

I have always been pleased with the excellent service and quality provided by your platform. However, on October 18, [redacted], there was an unauthorized change to the postal code of my main address on file. This alteration led to difficulties with several shipments, as the changed postal code caused the packages to be returned to the sender. Although I have now rectified the postal code error on my account, I am still facing issues with four shipments. I am reaching out regarding case number [redacted][redacted]. We have been attempting to contact the department in charge of refunding sales tax. Despite sending our sales tax exemption certificates multiple times along with our order numbers, we have not received any human responses, only automated messages. This lack of communication is disappointing. Our investigation has revealed that AliExpress or Alibaba does not possess sales tax registration with our state's tax authority. Consequently, the sales tax collected from us has not been submitted to the appropriate tax authority, which is concerning. The apparent unwillingness of AliExpress to cooperate reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and compliance with regulations.

I mistakenly entered an incorrect email address when registering for your shop. My account is associated with a nonexistent email address due to a typing error. I have attempted to contact customer support through their chatbot, email, and Facebook, but have not received any responses. I have sent emails and messages requesting to change my email address, but have not had any success. My only goal is to correct the false email address to the correct one.

I purchased an item from KuWFi Official Store which I have received. Unfortunately, the product was meant for MAC. The packaging clearly states it's for MAC, but to use it, I would need to install a program like Parallels to make the MAC act like a PC. I do not wish to buy this program. I contacted the seller who initially tried to evade the issue, but eventually agreed. Now, I have been instructed to return the product. Why should I bear the shipping cost for a product I am returning not due to personal reasons but because of a seller's misleading information? Can you assist me? I ordered items from AliExpress Premium Shipping. However, I have not yet received them, even though the delivery timeframe of 15 days has passed. The latest tracking update shows that my package arrived at a delivery facility in Tel Aviv, Israel on January 5th, but there have been no further updates. I have tried tracking the package through various local and international delivery companies without success. As I opted for the AliExpress Premium Shipping service, I expect a more accurate and timely update on the whereabouts of my order. I recently purchased two black Note 8 phones and they have been sent. I opted for DHL delivery, but I am unsure of their current location. Subsequently, I also bought two white phones a few days ago, paid for both together, and selected DHL delivery. The seller has not dispatched the white phones. After reaching out via email with no response, the seller finally informed me that the phones are at the nearest post office. I risk losing the package if not retrieved. Despite paying for DHL, the lack of information is concerning. The order for the unsent white phones has been canceled, and I am unsure about the return process. Recent experiences with AliExpress have been confusing, especially with the challenge of real-time communication. It would be more helpful to have direct and efficient support for customers.

I placed orders during the October and November sale, but now they are all missing, including ones going back years. I am most concerned about the recent orders as I can't track them and don't know who the sellers are. I only have one tracking number from January 1st which was found, but none of my other orders can be located. I've been an AliExpress customer for seven years, and I expect better customer service. I've tried reaching out to the seller, but I don't have their information. Even after chatting with Jeremiah, my Gmail account's order list is still missing. I was previously able to resolve this issue with another representative, but this time nothing is being found. I urgently need to confirm some orders, wait for others, and one is in dispute. I purchased a product on November 16, [redacted], specifically 8 cans of clay for a total of €5.20. According to the tracking page, my order arrived in my country, but I never received it. The seller mentioned it might have gotten lost and advised me to make a dispute to get a refund. After disputing, I only received €0.65 (the price of one can of clay), leaving me still awaiting €4.55. I recently received an email asking me to return the products, which I never received in the first place. The seller is unresponsive to my messages. I want to file a complaint against this seller as they seem dishonest. I am very disappointed with AliExpress, particularly with Funday Toy Store. My Aliexpress username is [redacted], and I have ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB from the seller "First Class Store." My Order ID is [redacted][redacted], and the order was placed on January 14, [redacted], at 19:57 AEST. Upon placing the order, the seller immediately requested that I confirm receipt of the goods and shifted the item status to "shipped," preventing me from canceling. The seller is pressuring me to click the confirmation button and is promising a refund once I do so. He is engaging in fraudulent behavior by insisting on payment to his personal bank account rather than through Aliexpress. I urge for prompt action in resolving this issue and refunding my money at the earliest.

I am reaching out concerning unauthorized charges on my AliExpress account. I have noticed multiple transactions labeled as "Business services" made by JOSEPH J HOFER on various dates. These transactions do not appear in the "my orders" section of my account, and I am unsure about what these purchases entail. Lately, I've been experiencing repeated payment declines with my AliExpress account. Despite using the same debit card successfully for payment just four days ago, I'm puzzled by the sudden issues. I confirmed with my bank that everything is fine on my end. I've tried reaching out to various agents, only to be informed they are third-party to AliExpress. I recently made a purchase and cannot locate the transaction in "my orders" section, only have the order number. After reaching out to the seller, they provided me with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the seller is refusing a return as I cannot open a dispute without a record of the sale. Surprisingly, they located it under a different account of mine. I have reset the password on that account but still cannot find the transaction. The order ID is [redacted][redacted], and the tracking number is LS[redacted]18CN. The item has been "in transit" for 26 days and is allegedly held up in Chinese customs. I understand it is too late to cancel the order, but I am willing to return it for a full refund.
