Good morning, I am currently experiencing issues with 10 products that have exceeded the protection period, and I am unable to open a dispute for them. The first item is some tracking guides for # UR[redacted]05CN from seller Eisen Toy Store. The seller is requesting my credit card number for a refund, which I am hesitant to provide as Aliexpress already has all necessary purchase information. I kindly request a refund to the account used for payment or clarification on whether the seller has already received the funds and requires my details again. The second item is a pair of headphones with tracking # UB[redacted]73SG from seller COHAI STORE, who mistakenly shipped a USB instead. Though the seller promised a refund, it has not reflected in my account yet. I am awaiting the arrival of the remaining products or refunds from the sellers, but have had no communication from them thus far. Looking forward to your prompt assistance.

I raised a dispute due to a non-delivered order from Aliexpress. The seller did not respond, and Aliexpress refunded me. Surprisingly, the product arrived ten days after. I now have the item without paying. I appreciate the product but feel it's unfair not to pay for it. Despite reaching out to the seller with no response, I wish to settle this matter and pay for what I received. I am grateful for any assistance you can provide in resolving this. I received a car diesel heater from AliExpress (Order No: [redacted][redacted]) after 59 days, falling under the 60-day non-delivery refund guarantee. Unfortunately, the item arrived severely damaged and non-functional. AliExpress provided two options: a 50% refund with keeping the item or a full refund, but with return shipping costs that could amount to 20% of the item's value. Neither option is acceptable to me, so I have escalated the dispute and am currently waiting for a response within 5 working days to hopefully receive a full refund. I firmly believe that it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that items are delivered in proper working order and adequately protected during shipping. Any damaged goods should warrant a full refund. Sellers should be accountable for packaging items securely for shipment. If damage occurs during shipping, the seller should address this with the shipping company or have shipping liability insurance. If a product arrives damaged and the seller requests a return for a full refund, they should cover the return shipment costs entirely. AliExpress should support such requests and hold sellers responsible for inadequate packaging. Sellers, in turn, should hold shipping companies liable for any damages caused during transit if they fail to pack items correctly. Ultimately, buyers should not suffer when receiving defective items.

I placed several orders, but most have not arrived, and the ones that did were defective. I contacted the sellers but have not received any responses. The app shows the products as received and confirmed, even though I only confirmed the ones that actually arrived. There isn't an option for me to report the missing orders and request a refund, which is frustrating. This has been a disappointing and frustrating user experience. I will not be placing any more orders for myself or others in the future.

Despite being a regular shopper on AliExpress for two years without any issues, this time, the package seems to be missing. I usually collect my orders from AliExpress without any problems, even a recent purchase from Beautiful Princess Hair, which I had to pick up from a FedEx location. I made a purchase on Black Friday for a wig at a discounted price due to a glitch. The company is now informing me that they won't be able to ship the product until March, despite their website stating a 3-4 day delivery to the UK. After reaching out to them on January 2nd, they requested an extension until July for processing, which makes me concerned that they do not intend to fulfill the order. I prefer to receive the item rather than a refund.

I have been communicating with the seller ‘becausesimplestore’ for several weeks regarding a bulk order from their store on AliExpress. The products we received are significantly smaller than what was described - a 60ml tub of putty for cleaning keyboards. Additionally, there was a substantial delay in shipping despite me providing a specific delivery date. I am looking to either receive a full refund along with the correct products or a significant partial refund, as the items received are not suitable for resale due to being different from our original order.

Aliexpress is a popular online shopping platform that is highly recommended and utilized in Nigeria. However, there are untapped opportunities in the market due to certain challenges. In Nigeria, not all areas have reliable internet access, hindering some individuals from accessing the website. Establishing a physical store in the country would provide easier access to Aliexpress services for these customers. Having local customer support representatives would address issues that often arise from online shopping without direct contact. This would greatly improve customer satisfaction. Nigeria has a large market for e-commerce and electronic products offered by Aliexpress. Introducing physical stores would enhance access to Chinese goods and boost sales for Aliexpress. This initiative would not only increase Aliexpress's revenue but also create opportunities for training personnel in service provision and repairs.

However, the message showed a 0 amount, so I declined the offer. A few days later, AliExpress intervened and offered a full refund, but I chose not to return the product due to the high return shipping costs from the UK to China being more than the item's value. Dealing with this issue caused me both time wastage and monetary loss. This kind of customer service could harm AliExpress' reputation and business. They have agreed to provide a partial refund of $15, which will be converted into a discount for my next purchase. The supplier instructed me to contact Customer Service to make a payment-free purchase, with the price to be adjusted by them later. I have been shopping on Aliexpress for over 2 years, and I have never encountered a refund turning into a discount for future purchases, essentially obligating me to buy from the same supplier. On November 29th, I placed an order (Order Number: [redacted][redacted]). The seller shipped it on December 5th. On December 24th, I canceled the order because I received the same item as a gift. On December 28th, the seller agreed to the cancellation request. Despite not receiving the order, the dispute was closed by the seller claiming I returned the merchandise late. I have repeatedly explained that I never received the item, so I couldn't return it, but they insist the return was late. What should I do now? I purchased a car seat full cover from Taxa Store. Before making the purchase, I asked the seller if it would fit the make and model of my car. The seller assured me it would fit, even after I sent pictures of my car and seats. Unfortunately, after almost three months of waiting, the back seat covers don’t fit properly, leaving about 2 inches of the seat uncovered. I opened a dispute but due to the holidays, I couldn't provide more evidence. Now that I have all the evidence, including my conversation with the seller, they are ignoring me. I am disappointed that AliExpress didn't offer a refund. I am a long-time shopper and honest, just looking for a fair resolution, perhaps a 75% refund. I believe I should receive a full refund, but I’m willing to accept 75%. I can share more evidence if needed. I hope AliExpress can reconsider and resolve this issue fairly. Dear Sirs and Madams, I would like to apologize for any language mistakes in my message. Last December, I attempted to order three skirts. During the ordering process, I received a message stating that the order had failed. After several attempts, I received seven messages from AliExpress confirming successful orders, including the initially failed ones. I have received five skirts, two of which are duplicates. I have already paid for the three skirts through Klarna today and need assistance with returning the other two. I did not receive any return paperwork for China and was informed that I would need to pay 43 Euros per package for returns. I wanted to buy scarves as Christmas gifts for my friends. On December 3, [redacted], I contacted the seller to inquire about expedited shipping with options like DHL, FedEx, or UPS for it to arrive before Christmas. They mentioned I could choose and pay extra for it. I asked for the cost, and they stated it would be visible during checkout. After placing the order and paying for expedited shipping, they informed me it would be shipped within 1-2 days. I requested a tracking number, and on December 10, they stated the item was shipped, later providing an ePacket tracking number on December 12. When I voiced my concerns about the delayed arrival and the incorrect shipping method, they mentioned I had only paid for expedited shipping for one item. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue and request a refund, the seller kept evading the matter. I escalated the problem by filing a dispute but encountered obstacles in getting a resolution. The back-and-forth communication has been frustrating, and I feel misled by the company's practices.
