I purchased a phone from AliExpress, and after using it for two months, it stopped working. I contacted Umidigi support via email, and they advised me to flash the phone using SP Flash Tool and select the upgrade option. After following their instructions, the phone still did not work properly. They suggested I contact the seller for a replacement or repair. I am in need of a replacement for my phone.

I have not received the refund from a dispute that was accepted by the seller. Aliexpress refunded the amount to a different credit card that is not mine. It belongs to an unknown person. Order Number: [redacted][redacted] After many attempts, I finally managed to chat with Aliexpress. They said they would review my case and send me an email... that was a week ago and I haven't heard back since.

However, I can no longer locate the order in my AliExpress account. I have not received any information regarding the order status, shipping date, delivery date, or whether the order was canceled or not processed. I usually receive an email confirmation for my orders, but in this case, I did not receive any. Despite contacting UMIDIGI Global store, the response indicated they did not receive the order either. I tried seeking help through the platform, but the process was complex and did not lead to a resolution. Attached is proof of payment for £[redacted].62 made on 27th November [redacted] using my Sainsbury’s Bank credit card. I recently placed two separate orders with an AliExpress seller and just noticed that both orders have the same tracking code, even though I paid for shipping on each one. I ordered two Mi Band 4 devices and I'm concerned that only one item might be shipped with the same tracking number. If that happens, the system could mark both orders as delivered when I've only received one item. This feels like a scam - each order should have its own unique tracking number to avoid confusion and ensure accuracy in delivery.

I made a purchase in November from store [redacted]5 and initially was told my order would arrive by Dec. 14. However, the delivery date was pushed to January, which was unacceptable for me. I requested a refund and was informed by AliExpress that the store had 3 days to respond, after which the refund would be issued automatically. Despite this, I have not received any responses from either the store or AliExpress. As a result, I am considering seeking legal advice as I am facing difficulties in obtaining my refund.

I am experiencing multiple issues with my orders for Christmas gifts. Although Christmas isn't until the 25th of December, I bought several items for the occasion. I made sure to ask each seller if I would receive the items by the 28th, and they all confirmed. However, now I am being informed that the deliveries won't arrive until February, which is unacceptable. I have kids eagerly awaiting their Christmas presents, so this situation needs to be resolved. I have tried contacting the sellers, but they are not being helpful, just stating that it will take many days for the items to arrive, despite assuring me of an earlier delivery date.

I recently purchased a pair of headphones with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) but noticed that the ANC feature was not working as expected. Despite reaching out to the seller for a refund, they requested video evidence of the issue, which I found challenging to provide as ANC is based on listening experience and not visual proof. The dispute was escalated to AliExpress, but without the video evidence, AliExpress ruled in favor of the seller, denying my refund request. While this isn't a significant financial loss, I am disappointed by AliExpress' decision-making process that heavily relies on video evidence for sound-related issues. I still hope to receive a full refund for the faulty ANC headphones.

In the confirmation email, it mentioned a possibility of providing an installation video if needed. I reached out to AliExpress for assistance, but they required an order number, which I seem to have trouble finding. The package was dispatched from Spain, and DHL contacted me for address verification before swiftly delivering the item. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my AliExpress account. I initially signed up with the email [redacted] earlier this year but later deleted that email and created a new one. When I tried to update my email on the AliExpress app, I encountered a glitch preventing me from doing so. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I am now locked out of my account as I do not recall the password. It is urgent that I regain access as I have pending orders. Please assist me promptly. My new email is [redacted]. Hello, I ordered a promotion on AliExpress for 5 tubes of 5ml eyelash extension glue with free shipping via AliExpress Standard Shipping for a total of $[redacted] Mexican pesos from the store "Lava Lash Official Store." Everything was going well until my package was marked with a "FAILURE in departure from the sorting center" and then later marked "Received by the carrier for return," meaning it was returned to the sender. I tried to contact the seller about the issue, but they did not respond to my messages. Now I am unsure whether to open a dispute for a refund or wait for the order to automatically close in 48 days. I had a friend who purchased a pair of shoes and a wig for me from AliExpress on December 26, [redacted], using coupons. Typically, wigs from AliExpress arrive within 7-15 days, but it has now been a week since the order and I haven't received any updates. Unfortunately, my friend is unable to provide me with any information as her phone is broken and she can't access her AliExpress account or email since the passwords are saved on her Apple device. She shared the confirmation email with me, containing the order number [redacted]. However, since the order was placed using her AliExpress account, I am unable to track the package. This is concerning as I have a vacation planned in 13 days and I really need the items. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

I purchased the GT 156HD v2 display tablet on 7/10/19. While setting it up for my daughter on Christmas day, I faced issues synchronizing the pen. Even after charging the pen overnight, the display now doesn't turn on. I suspect the power cord might be the problem since the tablet keeps connecting and disconnecting and the LED lights showing power are not working. I am looking to exchange the product or receive a refund. Unfortunately, my purchase history was deleted by Aliexpress, but I can provide bank statements as proof of purchase. I've been trying to reach out to Aliexpress for help without success.

My account may have been compromised, leading to a loss of 67.23€ on January 4th and 5th, [redacted]. I received an email that appeared to be from Aliexpress, stating my account needed to be updated within 48 hours or it would be canceled. Although I typically wouldn't respond, since I hadn't used my account in a while, it seemed plausible. The email contained a link that directed me to what seemed to be the Aliexpress website, where I was asked to input my account information, including my VISA details. Upon doing so, I discovered seven unauthorized transactions from my bank account. I promptly contacted my bank to block the card and then attempted to access my Aliexpress account, only to find that my password no longer worked. I am unable to log in to investigate further. My account name/email is [redacted] How can I proceed?

I placed an order for 3 items on AliExpress 10 days ago with a successful payment using my credit card. Upon checking the My Order section, it initially indicated that the seller was reviewing my order and would ship it soon. However, the next day, I found that the order was closed with a message citing account security concerns. The message advised me to reorder without a coupon or place an order later. Despite contacting customer service about the issue, I have not received any further emails as promised within 3-5 days. I am disappointed to not have received a refund or any details regarding my order. I am hopeful to either receive the order or a refund promptly. I selected free delivery during checkout, but after the payment went through, I noticed a $22 shipping charge added without my consent. The seller mentioned it was to avoid customs fees. When I tried to cancel the order the next day, they informed me about the reason for the additional charge. I mistakenly opened a dispute under "customs problems" instead of addressing the unauthorized fees. The seller now states the package is in transit, but I am more concerned about getting a refund for the money I was charged without my consent. Additionally, I ensured not to save my credit card details for future purchases, but it was unexpectedly saved during the payment process.

I am confused as to why I have not received my refund yet. The dispute has ended, and it shows a refund of 00.00. I returned the dress, and it was delivered on December 20th. I have been trying to contact AliExpress for days without success. As a diamond customer on your site, it is stated that diamond customers should receive refunds within two days at most, but I have been waiting for nearly two months now. If I do not receive my [redacted] GBP, I will take this matter further because this feels like theft! I am extremely disappointed with this app that lacks customer support. I will not accept buying a product that is of poor quality and completely different from the description, returning it, and still losing money. I would appreciate it if AliExpress took urgent action.
