I bought a product a few months ago, but it hasn't been delivered yet. The shipping status in the app shows it was delivered, but the seller claims otherwise. On 28 December, when tracking my order on AliExpress at 11:25, it indicated the package landed at the local post office. Shortly after, it displayed that the package was held by customs, and then it showed the package was forwarded to the local distribution postal office. When I check the tracking app, it alternates between showing the package held by customs and accepted by the last-mile carrier. I also checked the main country's postal site, which confirms the package is forwarded for delivery. The tracking app's performance is inconsistent, showing different statuses regarding customs and forwarding. Can you please provide clarification on what is happening? The tracking number is RB[redacted]87SG.

I am seeking information about my refund status. I placed an order for a kitchen sponge holder priced at $1.50 with shipping costs of $10.09. I promptly canceled the order, and Lemon Smile confirmed the cancellation. However, I have yet to receive my refund of $11.59. I kindly request that Lemon Smile Store process my refund promptly. Hello, I placed an order for goods with the delivery number LG[redacted]98GB. Unfortunately, the postman couldn't locate my address in France, and as a result, the goods were returned to the seller. I requested either a refund or for the goods to be resent, but my dispute was denied with the explanation that the goods were delivered, which is incorrect as I never received them. I'm unable to reopen the dispute, and despite exchanging numerous messages with the seller, the situation remains unclear. I'm at a loss for what to do next since I am left without my goods or a refund. Thank you.

I recently purchased a phone, but I never received a confirmation email for the order. However, the payment was deducted from my account. I suspect I may have provided the wrong email address. I contacted support and was advised to wait 60 days before filing a complaint if the phone doesn't arrive. It has now been over 60 days, and the phone still hasn't been delivered. I have proof of payment to AliExpress in my bank account. At this point, I simply would like to request a refund.

On December 9th, [redacted], I purchased two Product Sets from HESAI 3C Tool Store. Unfortunately, only one set was delivered and the second set is missing. The seller requested additional payments over a period of 6 months to send the missing set but then ceased communication by blocking my email. All attempts to contact them have been ignored. The missing set is not expensive, and this behavior is unprofessional and unfair. I am seeking advice on how to address this issue.

Attention shoppers, it's important to be aware that some sellers are sending US buyers faulty and low-quality items just to get rid of them. Even with clear photo evidence, getting a refund is difficult as they ask you to return the item to China at your own expense, which can be at least $14 USD. The return cost often exceeds the item value, making it easier for these sellers to scam you and keep your money. Unfortunately, PayPal's refund policy doesn't offer much help in these situations.

This morning, my card was used fraudulently. A purchase of $[redacted].53 was made on AliExpress, along with other unauthorized purchases at the airport where I work. The thief was apprehended at the airport, and a police report was filed. I was working at 10:28 am and couldn't possibly have made this purchase. As soon as I discovered the theft, I reported it to my bank, and they are handling the case. I am seeking to ensure that the fraudulent purchase is canceled, and I recover the funds on my card.

Hello, I made a purchase on December 22nd. My credit card was charged €27.83, but I never received a confirmation email from AliExpress, and my shopping cart was still full. In summary, I did not receive an order confirmation, and my Visa card was charged! What could have possibly occurred? Will I receive a refund for this issue? I checked "My Orders," but there was no record of the order! In the meantime, I went ahead and placed a new order (with slight modifications), and this time the process went smoothly. I encountered an issue trying to purchase an item from the shop as they mentioned they couldn't ship to my location. Upon contacting the seller, they proposed sending a different item if I paid an additional fee to bypass the shipping restrictions. Reluctantly, I agreed and made the payment as instructed with the assurance that I would still receive the original item I desired. Sadly, when the package arrived, it contained the incorrect item. The seller has since ceased communication with me. I have kept screenshots of our entire conversation for reference.

Hello, I needed to return an item, and the seller gave me a return address to use. After not hearing back from them, I reached out via a dispute. The seller mentioned a free return service with a shipping label that differed from the one on the app. I sent the item back with signed-for next-day delivery and have the tracking details ready. However, I am unable to add this information to the dispute escalation within the limited time frame. I am trying to get in touch with them promptly. Thank you.

I placed an order on AliExpress, expecting delivery between December 12th and 24th. Unfortunately, the item has not arrived. I have opened a dispute, but the seller keeps insisting I cancel it to receive a refund. After contacting Canada Post and DHL Ecommerce, it seems the package cannot be traced. The seller is asking me to communicate, but I have requested a refund several times as it is now December 30th.

I purchased the Ivory/pink/yellow flower large pattern with beads applique patch from lacefabricshom-com, but the flowers turned out to be plastic, which was not mentioned in the listing. I am unable to use it. I have been attempting to submit a dispute for 2 days, but I keep receiving a message stating "site busy, try later." Hello, I am experiencing difficulty deleting certain orders from my account. When attempting to delete an order by clicking on the recycle bin icon next to the order details, I receive an error message stating, "no permission. You have already completed this request." This error occurs for several orders, not just one. An example of an order triggering this error is order number [redacted][redacted]. It appears to be a server issue because I am initiating the delete function, but the server fails to complete the task. This problem dates back to earlier in the year when I encountered a similar issue with orders in the spring or summer. The error persists whether I am using my phone or a personal computer with different browsers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered two of the same items at the end of November [redacted] for my kids for Christmas. Unfortunately, I only received one item after the shipping deadline. Despite contacting customer service, I was only sent one item instead of both. I was charged for two items, but I only received one. I am missing the second item from my package. I am displeased with this situation and would like to either receive the second item or be refunded for the item I did not receive. I placed an order with Sneaker Planet on 11/11/[redacted] for a pair of Jordan 11 sneakers, size 7, to be delivered before Christmas. Hello, my name is Melissa Morton. I made a purchase on ********** of several items, including a pair of Jordan ** sneakers in size *. I have been experiencing delivery issues with one store specifically. Despite ordering in time for Christmas, the sneakers have not arrived.
