Hello, I recently purchased a jacket from a seller, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a counterfeit product with noticeable damages. After some investigation, I discovered that the jacket lacks the necessary serial code and has different tags compared to the authentic version. I even contacted Parajumpers for clarification, and they verified the item's inauthenticity. Despite this evidence, the seller has not responded, and AliExpress suggested a $0 refund. I am perplexed by their decision given the concrete proof of the jacket's fake nature. I have preserved the email exchange with Parajumpers for reference. Thank you, Monis

Hello, I made a purchase with order # [redacted][redacted] through the app on my Android device. After I received the order, I initiated a dispute for free local returns as I needed to return multiple items. Although I received only one return label for all the items, I was asked via email to provide tracking information for the other items. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate where to add this information on the app. Now, even after the return has been received, I have only been refunded for one of the items.

I purchased an Amazfit Stratos in April [redacted] from the Global Amazfit Store with Order Number [redacted][redacted]. I mainly used it for running and biking, but the second time I wore it for swimming, it stopped working after about 5 hours. When I try to charge the battery using the USB cable, the screen remains black. Unfortunately, the seller has not responded to my inquiries. I placed an order on November 30th and paid in cash on December 1st. However, I never received the payment confirmation. Upon checking, I found out that my order was canceled due to non-payment on the app. I sent the payment receipt to the sellers, but they haven't resolved anything yet. I would like a refund or for my order number 8[redacted] 7[redacted] 1[redacted] 74, which consists of a jacket and a sports set, to be processed. Hello. On November 17th, I purchased some headphones on AliExpress, (Order number: [redacted][redacted]). They arrived defective, so I opened a dispute. AliExpress offered a refund of 50.63€, which I accepted. A few days later, AliExpress closed the dispute with a refund of 35.45€. My question is: What is the reason for the difference in the refund amount between the initial offer and the final one? Could this be a mistake? Thank you and regards.

I have been eagerly awaiting my refund. Despite the seller confirming that they received the hair I returned, I am still waiting for my money. The seller keeps delaying the refund, and even AliExpress customer service has not been helpful. This situation is causing me financial stress, and I urgently need my refund. I tried contacting Mike and Eve from AliExpress support, but have not received a resolution. I would appreciate any assistance in expediting my refund process.

I am having trouble with a product I ordered (Order [redacted][redacted]). The item is not functioning, and I need to utilize the warranty. I attempted to reach out to the seller, EBM-Net, Store No.[redacted], on December 3rd via Aliexpress messaging but have not received any responses after initially providing photos and videos of the scooter display as requested.

I recently purchased a Doubleshock 4 game controller, a knockoff of the PS Dualshock 4, from 3C-Global Store. Unfortunately, the product I received is defective. It does not wirelessly connect to my PC running Windows 10 as advertised, and the D-Pad stops working after a few seconds of use with the USB cable. I promptly contacted the seller upon receiving the item and provided a video as proof, but they have been unresponsive, asking me to wait while they contact their supplier. To add to the frustration, the product page has disappeared. Despite reaching out multiple times within 15 days of receiving the item, the seller kept stalling until it was too late for me to open a dispute. Now, all I get in response is a smiling emoji. I have screenshots of our conversations available for review if necessary.

We received our order, but unfortunately, it arrived incomplete. We ordered 4 cups, 4 saucers, and 1 teapot, yet we only received half of the items. One box contained the teapot, and the other box only had 1 cup and 1 saucer. We are missing 3 cups and 3 saucers from our order. It was disappointing to pay for the complete set and receive it in separate parts. Please send the missing items to us promptly. If not, we will have to file a formal complaint. Thank you.

I purchased headphones on AliExpress and paid with my credit card. After reading reviews, I asked the seller to be careful, but they advised to cancel as it may not meet my expectations. I canceled the order on 08/12/19 as instructed, but I have not received the refund yet. I need the refund to buy new headphones. Appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I contacted AliExpress customer service about purchasing a Playstation and Xbox gift card, but I am concerned about their legitimacy. I removed my address and card details from AliExpress and will no longer use their services. Despite attempting to reach customer service multiple times with no response, I decided to report this to the FTC to investigate the potential fraudulent activity. I want to address this issue as it seems like an alarming situation where customers may be losing money involuntarily.

I was recently threatened to return a product I never received, so I contacted customer service who claimed to be Amazon partners. They instructed me to purchase a gift card, which I did, but fortunately, I didn't have enough money in my account for the transaction to go through. After contacting Amazon directly, I was able to return the item. However, I am still concerned about being charged for something I never got. As a precaution, I removed my card details from AliExpress, deleted my account, and reached out to the FTC regarding this fraudulent issue. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance I received and would like to understand why.

I am disappointed as I won't receive a refund for a phone I ordered and never received. About two months ago, I placed an order for a Oneplus 7 phone. When the package arrived a month later, it was empty, devoid of the phone. It appears that the phone was stolen during transit. The package was encased in a plastic bag with a note indicating it was damaged abroad during transport. The note is from Posten.no, the Norwegian post office. Despite presenting videos, pictures, and all available evidence, the seller on AliExpress refuses to issue a refund. I am frustrated by this situation.

Hi there, I hope you're doing well! I recently made a purchase from a seller called "VERFANS Online 3C Store." Unfortunately, after 2 days, there was no progress on my order, and the seller was unresponsive to my messages. Upon further investigation, I discovered that this seller has a poor reputation with many customers reporting undelivered products. I've decided to cancel my orders, but now the seller has updated the order status claiming they have been shipped. This situation is unacceptable. I'm requesting a full refund as I do not want to receive the products. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

On November 28th, I placed an order for five items but unintentionally ended up being charged twice. I initially added items to my cart on my phone and later copied the order to my computer to complete the purchase. After finalizing the order on my computer, I removed the items from my phone's cart to avoid duplication. To my surprise, I was still charged for both sets of items. I promptly cancelled the duplicate items and contacted each seller, but only one refund has been processed so far. It has been 20 days, and I am still waiting for refunds for the remaining four items. I'd appreciate guidance on how to proceed to receive the outstanding refunds. Thank you.

I made a purchase of four items on AliExpress back in August totaling around 80 euros. Despite not receiving the items, it took months to get a refund process initiated, which only started happening in December. Unfortunately, one seller named HOGO APPAREL STORE has been problematic and has not refunded the 35 euros owed to me. The delay and lack of communication from AliExpress have been frustrating. I received the package and sent it back to the seller, but I couldn't afford to pay for tracking. AliExpress now requires a tracking number for the refund process. I can't invest more money than the package's worth in adding tracking. I'm hoping the merchant will refund me, including the shipping cost, once they receive the package. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased two lights from this company, but one of them was defective and the other was incorrect. I returned both items, but I only received a refund for one of them.
