I returned goods to the seller due to an issue, and they agreed to provide a full refund including postage. However, after receiving the goods, the seller asked me to open a dispute. I submitted evidence to AliExpress with the order number [redacted][redacted], where I included the receipt showing the full address and postcode, as well as pictures and a video of the product to prove its condition upon delivery. I purchased a wig from DOLLFACEHAIR WIG STORE on August 9, [redacted]. The order I received was incorrect - I paid for a large size with a side parting, but I got a medium size with a center parting instead. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they initially agreed to sort it out. However, they later asked me to return the wig at my own expense for a refund. They requested an additional $20 for the larger cap, which I paid along with shipping costs. After some back and forth, they asked for another $20 due to material cost increases, which I refused. Eventually, they agreed to refund me $48. However, they sent the refund to my PayPal account instead of my Visa card. Despite my attempts to rectify this with the store, they have been uncooperative. I seek assistance in getting the $48.89 refunded to my Visa card as originally intended.

I purchased a smartphone from a seller called Asia Pacific who has a great rating. I paid 38 euros for DHL shipping. The seller provided fake tracking information, and DHL confirmed that the order was never shipped. Aliexpress is delaying the cancellation process for 10 days. I am frustrated about paying for DHL when the item was not shipped. I am seeking a refund and want to cancel the order.

I purchased a smartphone from a reputable seller named Asia Pacific and paid 38 euros for DHL shipping. The seller provided a fake tracking number, which DHL confirmed as never being shipped. I reached out to DHL for verification. Aliexpress, who is affiliated with the deceitful seller, is restricting me from canceling the counterfeit shipment for 10 days. I bought an item from a seller, but the first one arrived damaged. I was supposed to receive a refund and opened a dispute. Giving them another chance, I reordered the same item, but the seller claimed it was no longer available due to being discontinued and asked me to cancel. I complied and canceled the order, expecting a refund. However, I have now received a message saying the order has been shipped, despite being told the item was out of stock.

Hello, I purchased a Roomba from a seller on Aliexpress located in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, the product arrived not functioning properly. Aliexpress acknowledged that it was the seller's fault, but they are requesting me to return the item to China. Despite my order being from the Czech Republic, I am faced with having to deal with the return to China due to the battery in the robot vacuum. The cheapest shipping option via UPS amounts to [redacted] CZK, which is equivalent to [redacted] dollars, almost half the cost of the vacuum itself. I have not mishandled the product, as it has not been operational since it arrived.

Yesterday, I made a purchase on AliExpress for a wig that cost £[redacted].98. However, I did not receive an order confirmation and cannot find the order in my history. I reached out to the seller, and they informed me that the order does not exist. Despite this, the payment of £[redacted].98 has been deducted from my account, and I have evidence of this transaction. I am feeling puzzled and frustrated. My main goal now is to have my money refunded. I spoke to my bank, and they advised me to contact AliExpress. Unfortunately, I am having difficulty finding a direct way to reach out to them.

Hello, I have been a customer of Aliexpress for a few years, but I took a break of nearly 6 months from ordering. Last month, I placed an order for 4 items and noticed that my account did not have any of my past information such as my address and previous orders. After making the orders, I only received 3 out of the 4 items. The missing order, which was the most important one, never arrived. Recently, I checked my account again and noticed that my old information reappeared, but the new orders were not there. Without any details about the missing order, I am unable to contact the seller, track the order, or file a complaint. Could you please assist me with this issue?

I recently received an email informing me that I need to make a payment for an order that was already successfully processed on December 3rd. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. I already received a confirmation email when the order was placed, so I should not have to pay again. It has been over a month since my money has been held. The seller waits until the last minute of the deadline to force me into accepting a solution in their favor. The product I received through trust in aliexpress was defective after only two days of use. Despite providing evidence and applying for a refund promptly, your company allowed the seller to delay unnecessarily. Due to this delay, I have been unable to purchase a replacement product and missed out on time-sensitive offers. I have offered a final solution to the seller and am awaiting their response. Any further delays or practices will harm your company's reputation. I request a prompt resolution as withholding my funds is causing me undue mental distress. Hello, I bought two displays from your seller Shop519316 Store. The merchandise underwent customs inspection and it was found that the purchase invoice was for 38 USD instead of [redacted] USD. This false declaration resulted in an 80 Euro penalty from DHL. I regret that I cannot recover this money, but I wanted to report this bad experience that will make me lose trust in your marketplace. I have recently made multiple purchases from an AliExpress store with Spain listed as the origin country. Last week, I received a letter from the Customs office stating that my parcel may be held due to possible taxes. I reached out to the seller, who assured me that there is no need to personally handle the Customs claim. The deadline to address the shipment is looming, as the Customs letter requests action by December 13th to avoid return. Despite assurances from the seller that it's just a delay, I am concerned about the parcel unexpectedly coming from Singapore in one package since I am aware of potential taxes on items exceeding €22. I seek advice on whether to heed the Customs letter's instructions or follow the seller's guidance to wait without taking any action.

I placed an order on AliExpress at MELOVE store for decorative mirrors on a roll. I ordered 2 units, but the tracking shows it was delivered, and I didn't receive anything. I reached out to CORREOS BOLIVIA, but they have no record of it. I opened a dispute. Later, I ordered 2 more rolls on Black Friday from the same company, and Ali asked me to close the dispute to combine both orders. I agreed, but now the tracking shows the order as canceled. I never canceled the order. What should I do now? I need a response or a refund, please.

Hi, I recently noticed that my order ID [redacted][redacted] was automatically updated to 'completed', even though I have not received the item yet. The tracking status has been stuck since August. When I raised a dispute, the seller asked me to close it and granted an extension on the order twice. Despite the extended time, the item has not arrived, and I find myself needing to dispute the order again. The seller is still urging me to wait and close the dispute. This situation has been ongoing for almost 4 months now, whereas I typically receive items within 1 month with updated tracking. I am concerned because the order status changed to 'completed' without me receiving the item. Given that the dispute process is still underway, I am unsure about whether I will receive a refund, especially since the order was marked as completed automatically today, following my dispute request yesterday.

I recently purchased MI AirPods from your website. However, upon trying to pair them, only the right bud (master bud) was functioning while the left bud was unresponsive. I have initiated a return request on your website, and the response instructed me to mail back the product to the address provided. My concern is regarding the printing of the package label as requested by them. I am unsure whether I should print it out or write it manually, as this instruction is unclear to me.

I contacted Eco-Worthy for documentation, and they claim it is not their product, suggesting I seek resolution from you. The issue is the lack of connection documentation; for three months, I have been unable to figure out how to assemble it. If not resolved, I want to return it. Despite the tracker's good performance, I can't understand the messages, which seem beneficial. I requested a refund, but the seller accused me of having the package despite not having received it. Despite my efforts to provide evidence that I never got my package, AliExpress sided with the seller who sent the item to the wrong address in Enfield instead of Loughton. I'm frustrated that I proved my case, yet AliExpress plans to refund the seller in full. My £60 is gone, it's been over a month, and I continue to have no package or proof of delivery.
