Hello, I requested a refund for some orders on the same day I placed them because they were too expensive for me. It has been over 20 days since I cancelled the orders, and I have reached out to the sellers. Some sellers mentioned that the refund should happen automatically after cancelling, but I have not received anything yet. Could you please assist me with resolving this issue promptly? Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order for a massage gun on December 9, [redacted], from a seller. It took them three days to ship the order. Today, they claimed that the parcel was returned to them and requested an additional $18 for DHL shipping fees, stating it was due to a logistic problem. However, the item page mentions $[redacted] for DHL shipping fees. They asked me to open a dispute later for a refund but mentioned I need to wait 10 days after shipping before doing so. I am finding it difficult to trust their explanation and simply want my money refunded back to my account promptly. Thank you.

Last night my mom had trouble with her AliExpress account, so she asked for my help as I'm more experienced with the platform. Being a Gold member, I logged out of my account and tried to log into hers, only to receive a message stating that her account was locked due to suspicious activity. Surprisingly, when I tried logging back into my account, it showed that I had no orders, even though I had 17 awaiting shipment and 17 already shipped. It appears as if all my order history has vanished, giving the impression that I'm a new user despite using the app for over a year. The situation is concerning, especially since many of these orders were meant for Christmas gifts. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

I bought a women's purse for Rs [redacted] on AliExpress, but I received a mini diary purse valued at Rs 50 instead. I opened a dispute requesting a refund. The seller wants me to return the item for a refund, but I proposed deducting Rs 50 from the payment and refunding me the difference. Returning the item would be costly and time-consuming as the cheap item may take a while to arrive, and there's a risk the seller could claim not to have received it.

Hello, I am having an issue with a seller who is refusing to change the shipping address for an order that is still awaiting shipment. I need to update the country and shipping address for Order Number #[redacted][redacted] from the PZOZ Official Store. I was trying to send it as a gift to a friend in a different country, but the payment was not going through. As a result, I ended up purchasing it for myself in my own country, but I would like to change the address so my friend can receive the item instead of me. Thank you.

I bought an item that was supposed to be shipped from Spain, and I paid for the shipping from there. However, the seller did not send the item from Spain as promised. They assured me it would be shipped quickly with DHL, but instead, they provided me with a fake tracking number. There is no evidence that the item was sent via DHL. The tracking number has shown no updates for the past 15 days, and I have not received the item. I am frustrated with Aliexpress. Why is this taking so long?

I used the free return option for an item and promptly sent it back once I received the shipping label and instructions. According to the Canada Post website, the package arrived at the Aliexpress warehouse on December 6th, just 6 days after I initiated the return. Surprisingly, I was recently notified that Aliexpress is refunding me $0 because the wearhouse receipt has timed out. I am disappointed to lose my money despite following all the return instructions correctly. I am eager to discuss this matter further with a representative to seek a resolution.

I have canceled several orders, but one of them was processed despite my request not to receive the jewelry as I recently lost my job. Despite reiterating my situation, I received a notification this morning that the item was on its way. Below is the response I received from the seller: "Hello my dear customer, this is Mengtu Jewelry. I am glad to receive your message. Due to the time zone difference, there may be delays in my responses. If you do not receive your order, please open a dispute for a refund as this is an online purchase." Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I made a purchase approximately a month ago in mid-November. The ordering process went smoothly, and the seller was very communicative. Although the product was expected to arrive within a week, there was a family emergency that required me to travel to Holland due to my father falling ill. Typically, I've ordered wigs from the same seller on AliExpress, and these items usually come in a small package that can fit through my letterbox. I asked my flatmate to keep an eye out for any deliveries while I was away. Upon my return a few days ago, I was eager to finally try on my awaited item, but my flatmate informed me that it never arrived. Surprisingly, the tracking information on the website indicates that it has been delivered. I am puzzled about its whereabouts as I received updates until it abruptly stopped. Feeling disappointed about the missing item, I hesitate to file a dispute with the seller as I believe they are not at fault. The order number is [redacted]. The last tracking update shows it was delivered to the Borehamwood Service Centre in the United Kingdom on October 10th. I purchased hair products from Gem Beauty for $[redacted]. FedEx attempted delivery, but I missed it. I left a note the next day asking for it to be left at the front door, but when I got back, it wasn't there. No one in my household saw it either. This has never happened to me before with online orders. The vendor wasn't very helpful when I reached out to them. I just want a refund since I didn't receive the item.

Hello, I ordered 2 bottles of tpe glue, but only one arrived in the package. I notified the seller of the missing item and requested a refund for the second bottle. Unfortunately, I have not received the missing bottle or the refund despite several weeks passing without any updates from the seller.

Hello, I recently purchased a buckle for my rollerblades through Ally Express. However, the product I received does not fit any of the three standard rollerblades I own. The strap is much wider than the standard ones, making it impossible to install on my rollerblades. I followed the instructions and reached out to the seller with a detailed description of the issue and some photos almost a month ago. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from them. This is my first time using Ally Express, and I must say, my experience has been quite disappointing.

On Friday, December 13, [redacted], I bought 3 bundles of hair and a closure. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email or order number after the purchase. Although I used my AliExpress account, I showed the seller my bank statement, which clearly showed the deduction. I have text alerts for transactions, and I provided that message as well. The seller is refusing to help track the order and give me the necessary documentation to monitor it, which I find unprofessional and unfair. It's frustrating that my money seems to be mishandled.

Hi there, I've been using Aliexpress a lot lately and never had any issues before. However, I recently encountered a problem with a purchase. I bought two cameras for [redacted]€ and after about 50 days, one of them stopped working. I've been in touch with the seller, sending numerous pictures and videos as requested, but the seller keeps coming up with new questions. Now, they want me to send the camera back to China, which is almost as expensive as the camera itself due to shipping costs. I ordered a straight wig a few weeks ago with an expected delivery between the 13th and 16th. I received an email now saying my package was just picked up, but it might not arrive until February 4th, [redacted]. I really need this by Friday, December 20th, [redacted]! I hope to hear from the customer service team soon to let me know if it won't make it in time so I can make other arrangements.

Hello, I have noticed a duplicate charge on my bank statement for order number [redacted][redacted] from Ali Express. The total of $27.66 was charged for 9 orders, but I was billed twice for one of the orders, $5.86 each time. The seller has acknowledged the issue and mentioned a refund would be processed through the system, which hasn't happened yet. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Order # [redacted][redacted] for a guitar. The seller mistakenly sent a different item of lesser value. AliExpress instructed me to return it, which I did. Unfortunately, the seller did not collect the item from customs after being contacted several times. I have lost more than [redacted] euros in this situation and still don't have the correct item. Need assistance urgently.
