I've been attempting to buy an item for a customer, but every time I try to make the purchase, it either says "order closed" or prompts me to file an Alipay dispute. I uploaded images of my card and ID on the dispute, but it seems they suspect fraudulent activity, even though it's truly me making the purchase with my own card. My customer is eagerly awaiting the product, so I really need the order to go through smoothly and be shipped. Thank you.

The Umidigi Official Store on AliExpress has truly tarnished the reputation of the platform. Despite claiming to have [redacted] phones in stock, the shipping takes over a month, indicating a lack of transparency in their operations. Their unresponsiveness to customer messages and poor customer service only adds to the frustration. It seems unlikely that I will receive the phone I ordered and paid for a month ago. The store needs to prioritize honesty and accountability to regain customers' trust. Anyone doubting my experience can verify it by checking the feedback and forums. Their practices have severely impacted AliExpress' image. Thank you.

I am in need of assistance regarding my recent order. The order number is LX[redacted]20CN, and the seller, TDHHX store, initially sent me incorrect information which led me to open a dispute before receiving the goods. AliExpress refunded me $0, and upon receiving the items, I discovered they were damaged. Unfortunately, I am unable to open another dispute to seek a refund. Despite reaching out to the seller for the past six days, they have been uncooperative and unwilling to assist or provide a refund. I have been unable to find any helpful information on the AliExpress help page.

My order number is LX*********CN. The seller, TDHHX store, initially sent me a wrong message, causing me to open a dispute out of concern before receiving the goods. AliExpress refunded me $*. When I finally got the goods, they were broken. Without the option to reopen the dispute, I am unable to recoup my losses. I have been trying to communicate with the seller for * days, but they are uncooperative and unwilling to offer a refund or assistance. I have not found any helpful support on AliExpress' help page. The seller is claiming the damage occurred during shipping, but I am seeking a refund from AliExpress.

I purchased a makeup pouch from We Are Family Store. I needed to update my address as it was incorrect. Although I could have canceled the order since it had not been shipped yet, I decided to contact them to see if they could update the address or if it would be easier to cancel and reorder. Unfortunately, they shipped it to the wrong address and changed the status from "to be shipped" to "shipped." They have only apologized for the inconvenience caused. Since they are not being helpful, I am reaching out here for assistance. I would like either a refund or for the pouch to be delivered to my correct address.

Despite my working cell phone, I couldn't receive SMS. Recently, I logged out of the phone app accidentally and faced the same issue with SMS verification, halting access to my orders (Peppa pig toys, dog mat, and baby doll clothes). Every time I attempt to log in to AliExpress, I face this issue. I am suffering from various severe illnesses, including early-stage cancer, which has left me unable to use my hands. When I reach the verification step, they ask to send a code to my phone, which I cannot operate due to my condition. I have inquired about changing the verification method to send it to my email at [redacted] I am feeling very overwhelmed, especially now that my hands are giving me more trouble.

I purchased a projector from AliExpress on November 11, [redacted], with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days from Spain to Germany through the seller Xiaomi MC Store. Unfortunately, the delivery time has been extended four times, and after numerous attempts to contact the seller, the order's status was updated to shipped on November 30 with a nonfunctional tracking ID. Today, 10 days after the supposed shipping, the seller provided a new tracking ID, necessitating an additional 10 days before I can open a dispute. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. I purchased an MI Band 4 from AliExpress, with an expected delivery by the end of November. Unfortunately, over three weeks past the due date, the item has not arrived, and the shipping status indicates it is being held by customs. I purchased a pair of Adidas Ultra Boost sneakers on October 16, and the seller informed me that the package was lost. I opened a dispute to request a refund since the item would not arrive by Christmas. Originally, the refund was supposed to be issued by the eighth, but now they are delaying it until the 15th. They claimed to have shipped the order, but the tracking information shows it was delivered to the wrong address in Danforth, ME [redacted], while I am in Collinsville, IL [redacted]. Recently, the store raised the price and wants me to refund the original amount. After checking reviews, it appears that no one has received this item from them, leading me to believe they never intended to deliver it. It's frustrating that they have held my money for over a month without sending the item. I will only accept a refund of $67.00 to cover the cost of purchasing elsewhere. I tried to open a dispute but the system won't let me. It says my order has been shipped and is on its way. There won't be any tracking information available for this shipping method in my country. The seller typically delivers within the promised time frame, but if my package doesn't arrive by the specified date, I should open a dispute. I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Hello, I purchased an item on AliExpress over a month ago in anticipation of using it for winter. Unfortunately, I have not received it yet, and winter is nearly over. Dear AliExpress, Regarding my orders from Home Improvement Mall on June 4, [redacted]: - I ordered 2 Woodturning Chisels and 1 Handle (F, G, D) with Order ID [redacted][redacted]. They arrived well-packaged, but one small part was damaged. Despite informing the seller, I did not pursue a resolution due to it being a low-cost item. On August 26, [redacted], I ordered 1 Woodturning Chisel F with Order ID [redacted][redacted]. The package arrived in a plastic bag and outer plastic wrapping with the heavy part missing. After contacting the sender and courier, I was told a replacement would be sent. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived in a similar inadequate packaging, causing the chisel to fall out before reaching New Zealand. Communications with Home Improvement Mall have been frustrating, with long delays in responses and unresolved issues regarding the poorly packaged items. Despite my efforts to provide evidence of the damaged packaging and missing chisel, the situation remains unresolved. I have never experienced such poor service in over 60 orders. I accidentally ordered a large quantity of a product and tried to cancel it immediately, but the seller took about 24 hours to respond, saying the item was already shipped. I don't want the order as it was a mistake and not needed for my business. I opened a dispute, but was informed that my buyer protection was invalid.
