Dear Sirs, Approximately three months ago, I placed an order for five silk and satin ladies blouses; however, I have yet to receive them. Around one month ago, I was notified that my order had reached the Netherlands. My order number is [redacted][redacted], and the tracking number is LX[redacted]90NL. I am concerned about the status of my order as I have neither received my items nor a refund. The seller also left a message that I was unable to read or respond to. I kindly request your assistance in locating my order or processing a refund. While I would prefer to receive my order, I am open to a refund if necessary. I ordered a heated winter vest from MRXS Sporting Online Store on 11/26 through AliExpress for $20.94. The order number is [redacted][redacted] and it should be shipped to Kenneth Dahl. Initially, the order appeared in my AliExpress account, but now it has disappeared without any tracking information provided by the supplier. I also did not receive a confirmation email for this purchase. When I try to get tracking information on Oberlo, it results in an error. Clicking on the order number on Oberlo redirects me to an AliExpress error page indicating my account is not authorized to view the information. My credit card statement shows the payment, but the order details are missing from my AliExpress account, making it challenging to track or confirm delivery with the seller.

I bought a pair of shoes from a seller who assured me they were authentic. After realizing they are counterfeit, I asked for a return, which was approved. Unfortunately, the seller now expects me to cover the return shipping costs, which are more than the shoes' price. I don't want to pay a lot for returning fake items, so I want the payment to be halted.

Order ID: [redacted][redacted] I purchased 5 Missrose lipsticks from Fantasy Makeup Store. Unfortunately, my order was completed, but the seller informed me that the product is no longer available and promised a refund. I am disappointed as I have not received either the refund or the lipsticks. This situation is both unfair and unprofessional. It is frustrating that the product was not marked as out of stock at the time of purchase. I question why the seller continues to operate on AliExpress if they are not fulfilling orders.

I purchased a dress and paid for expedited shipping for it to arrive by November 28th. The dress has not arrived. I recently received an email stating that the dress will arrive after December 11th. I did not choose this delivery date, and as I have a military ball on December 6th, I have no use for the dress. I am requesting a refund promptly as I intend to return the dress. I am unsure of the dress's location and would appreciate a quick refund process.

I purchased a dress of very poor quality. The seller advised me to open a dispute, opt for a free local return, give them a 5-star rating, and then I would receive a refund. However, the seller did not honor this agreement. After selecting the free local return option, I was informed that I needed to pay for shipping to return the dress before receiving a refund. When I inquired about the free return, they stopped responding altogether. This behavior is deceptive and harms the reputation of Chinese sellers. I expect to have my refund processed accordingly. I am having trouble paying for some items I ordered on Aliexpress. While some purchases went through smoothly, others are giving me an error message stating that my payment information is incorrect. I tried keeping my bank tab open to verify easily, but for these specific items, it still won't process. If I close my bank tab, the website tries to verify the purchase using an old phone number that I have updated. I attempted different web browsers, retyping my payment info, and using incognito mode as suggested by Aliexpress's support line, but none of these solutions worked. I am stuck not being able to pay for these specific items while the rest are already being processed. Would using Paypal or a gift card possibly resolve this issue for me?

I recently made a purchase on AliExpress and unfortunately received an empty box. I provided evidence with a video, and AliExpress offered me a full refund. Now, the buyer is asking me to go to the local post office to obtain an official letter. I'm confused why the video evidence I submitted is not sufficient. I completed my order, adding items to my cart. When I returned with my ATM card, the seller had removed all the items, claiming they were sold out. Earlier, they indicated only [redacted] items were left. I am unsure what happened to the item, but I am eager to purchase it. I can supply the seller's name if needed. I purchased hair for my cousins from New Star Hair, a company I have been ordering from for years. They installed the hair into wigs, but unfortunately, it was tangled, did not match the ordered pattern, shed a lot, and was very thin. I have used their hair before and noticed immediately that the quality was not up to par. I received the hair on 31/10, contacted the seller on 14/11, and have not received any resolution to this day. They have been ignoring my messages and only offered a $30 refund when I paid nearly [redacted] Swedish kr in total.

Hello, I filed a dispute several weeks ago for an order I have not received. Despite my attempts to settle this with the seller, they have not refunded me, and I still do not have my item. I'm having trouble reaching the seller through the app to update my shipping address. When I ordered the item, my address got autocorrected incorrectly. I've messaged the seller multiple times but haven't received any response. Part of the order has been sent to the wrong address. It's frustrating not being able to communicate with the seller. I purchased 4 watch straps for my handmade watches from "Onthelevel Watchband Store" for a customer order. However, after 3 days, they informed me that one of the straps was out of stock. They suggested sending half of the order first and the other half later, but I declined and canceled the order. Despite my cancellation, they proceeded to send half of the order and mentioned that the other half would be shipped later when available. This situation is concerning as I needed all the items together to fulfill my customer's order promptly. I am disappointed with the seller's actions and wonder why AliExpress allows such behavior.

I placed an order for a Cubot R9 screen touch pad with order ID UR[redacted]63CN on AliExpress mobile Android application. After updating the app, I noticed the order was no longer available. Despite the Global order tracking showing the packet was arranged for dispatch, the package has not been delivered, and I have not received a refund yet.

I purchased a watch valued at INR [redacted] on September 3rd. Despite not receiving the product, I opened a dispute at the end of November, just one to two days before the buyer protection period expired. I requested a full refund, but my dispute was closed automatically two days after the protection period ended. The order status falsely shows "successfully delivered," which is not the case. I believe a signature must have been taken upon delivery. This was my first time shopping on AliExpress, and I am truly disappointed. I tried contacting the seller after the dispute closed, but my messages were ignored. I suspect the seller received the payment. I urge AliExpress to investigate this matter, please assist me, and arrange for a full refund. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I encountered an issue with an order I placed on 11/16/[redacted] while using Google Translate for translation. The order included TWS5 TWS earphones from the Edifier online store for $63.99 USD. The payment was processed via credit card and shows a debit on my card and a credit on www.aliexpress.com in London at 2:40 PM (Italy time). However, the orders are not showing up under "my wings Express" in "my orders". I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.
