Hello, I ordered a jacket with tracking number LW[redacted]64CN over a month ago. I am concerned because when I try to view the item, it shows as unavailable. I have ordered other items after this one, and they have all arrived except for this particular jacket. The tracking information states "shipment ready for dispatch," but I noticed the deadline for reaching out to support is far off. I would like to know if my package is on its way or if a refund is possible. Thank you.

Dear Alibaba Group, AliExpress, I am writing to express my disappointment with the business practices of m.dashumiaocoin.com, a company affiliated with your group. I no longer wish to be associated with your companies due to the unethical methods employed in coin trading operations. I hereby renounce all rights and claims to any money owed to me by AliExpress and m.dashumiaocoin.com. I refuse to engage with individuals who profit from unfair practices. I have experienced various issues as a customer, with approximately 15% of my orders failing to be delivered. Despite numerous attempts to address the situation, I was met with dubious responses and demands to confirm receipt of goods which had not arrived. It is frustrating that customers are left to resolve delivery issues independently after payment has been made. I call on your group to reconsider these questionable tactics and aim for fair treatment of customers. Hello, I'm starting to worry about experiencing more issues receiving products from AliExpress lately. Despite buying frequently from various stores, I've had to file a dispute for one item that didn't arrive, and now another package seems to be in the same situation. This trend is troubling for both me and the sellers involved. Maybe enhancing the visibility of the address on parcels could be a solution. I purchased Haylou GT1 Bluetooth earphones on October 6, [redacted], with order ID [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the order was canceled due to a transaction failure. I contacted the seller immediately, who confirmed the cancellation and mentioned that the refund process would take 3-15 business days. It has now been over a month, and I have not received any updates or refund yet. I am curious to know when I can expect to receive the refund for the canceled order.

My name is Loretta Jones. There's a misspelling on my account, Lotetta Jones, from the SZFR Store. They deleted my confirmed orders without caring if I received them. I noticed the removal of USB rechargeable lighters from my account and messaged them to rectify and re-add them without success. Despite ordering a total of ten lighters, they kept confirming additional orders that I didn't approve. I couldn't dispute as they were already confirmed without my consent. The SZFR Store charged me $17.28 for ten lighters, not counting the four defective ones I initially bought. I asked for a refund or the lighters to be delivered, but they refused, claiming they don't refund to cards. I've been in contact since the defective lighters stopped working after my additional orders. I hope for a proper resolution as a loyal customer.

I have attempted to reach out to Aliexpress through multiple departments via voicemail on November 6th, 7th, and 8th, [redacted] but have not received a response yet. I urge for this order to be stopped to prevent any financial loss. I also request information about where and to whom the shipment is being sent as I intend to involve the FBI due to the severity of this bank fraud. I noticed unauthorized charges in my bank account totaling $[redacted].71 from two separate transactions - one for $[redacted].59 and another for $[redacted].12 on my bank debit card for a purchase on Aliexpress, which I did not make or authorize. The transaction date was 11/06/[redacted], following an unsuccessful transaction attempt from Gautier, MS earlier the same day. Due to this fraudulent activity, I have already taken the necessary steps by canceling my card and initiating a dispute with my bank. They have informed me that they have forwarded the dispute to your end, but it may take up to 45 days for any resolution. This timeline is unacceptable as I am not responsible for these transactions. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges and urge Aliexpress to rectify this situation promptly by reversing the charges and assisting in locating the perpetrator through the shipping address of the purchased items.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased a full set of Honma 06 4star Beres golf clubs, a Kas putter, and a Honma Trolley bag in Black from your store. However, instead of the Trolley bag, I received a Honma Caddy bag also in Black. As an 81-year-old, I am unable to carry the Caddy bag, so it remains unused in the box. Additionally, three of the Honma golf clubs have broken since my purchase in March. I reached out to Honma and provided them with the numbers on the shafts and ferrule as requested. Today, I received an email stating that the Honma golf clubs I received are counterfeit. I opened a dispute with the seller regarding a damaged item. The seller said they would check with their engineer. AliExpress customer service intervened and decided on a refund only. The seller requested I return the heavy package, but I explained the shipping cost would be high, and I shouldn't bear the expense for returning a damaged item. Despite informing them of the high shipping cost of [redacted] NIS (about $79), which is half the item's price, the seller insisted I cover it. The dispute closed due to timing, leaving me dissatisfied. I reached out to ILIFE for a solution without success. I am frustrated and seeking a refund, including the shipping cost, as I have already invested time and money in a faulty item.

A few months ago, I encountered payment issues on the Aliexpress app on my iPad. Consequently, I resorted to making payments through the website. Unfortunately, during the 11/11 deals, I faced problems making payments on my iPad, leading me to make payments through the web instead. Although the web interface indicated all payments went through successfully, I recently discovered that several were not processed and are now closed. This has prevented me from repurchasing at the discounted prices since the sale is over. The experience has left me incredibly frustrated with the system's shortcomings: the app's inability to process payments and the web falsely confirming successful transactions. As a loyal platinum member, I regularly make purchases on Aliexpress, but this incident has made me consider exploring alternative providers. I hope for a resolution to this issue soon.

Order Number: [redacted][redacted] I received my order in a damaged condition and currently have a dispute open. I am requesting a full refund. The return process requires me to ship the item back to China, which is significantly more expensive than the original order. The original shipment was from New Jersey, USA, which makes the return process seem unfair. I am unable to respond unless I cancel the return or use a secondary site, which is concerning. I am reaching out because I recently purchased wireless earbuds and noticed a problem. There is an annoying soft static noise when no music is playing, which is disturbing. I tried to get a refund by filing a dispute, but I've been rejected due to lack of adequate proof. It's challenging to prove a noise that's only audible while wearing the earbuds. The character limit for the dispute makes explaining this even more difficult. The seller is no longer offering the product, and I feel like I might have been scammed because of the product's obvious flaw. The BMS (Battery System Management) is designed to charge lithium elements in a single pack. I have charged each battery pack separately as recommended. It appears that due to the missing house number on the address, the items are being returned to the senders. I have reached out to the sellers, who claim they are unable to assist, and I have contacted the post office, but they are stating it is not their responsibility.
