Product: Veikk drawing tablet A** from "graphic tablet drawing store". **I'm new to aliexpress and made my first payment yesterday using a visa card. I followed all the procedures. But right after I put in my card details and clicked on pay now, I was directed to a blank white page. I went back to check my order status and it was on "awaiting payment". I did the same thing twice more but i got the same result. I want to know exactly what I did wrong. And if it's okay to cancel that particular order and make the same order over again. I also want to know if there's a chance I might get debited more than once for trying multiple payments although I'm yet to receive any debit alert from my bank. Thank you.

I visited aliexpress official site and clicked on the customer service where I had a live chat with an agent. I was made to know that I hadn't paid at all. I went back to my orders and canceled it. I made the same order again, paid again and this time it was successful. I was debited just once. I figured it was connection issues the first time
