The issue in GetHuman-yakendal's own words
I ordered *** Blonde * Bundles with Closure Brazilian Straight Double Weft *** Human Hair Weave. The length of the hair was **,**,** with a ** inch closure. The day I ordered was October **, **** at **:**pm. The Order ID is ****************. I orders the hair from ALOT bundles. They instantly took the money off my card. I had to text them (because I wasn’t given a contact number) the following day which was October **, **** at **:**pm asking them why I haven’t gotten an email or tracking number yet for my order. They replied at **:**pm saying something was wrong with the system and that they were processing my package and would send me a tracking number soon. I finally got the tracking the next day which was October **,****. UPS said that my order should’ve been here October **,**** between the hours of *:** and *:**pm (I called them). My package never came and when I went to my order on the AliExpress app, the date of arrival changed but they date doesn’t show. So I texted them again yesterday October **,**** and asked if I could just cancel it and get my money back because they said if I didn’t get my hair within * days that I would get a full refund. They didn’t respond to my text but they read what I said. So I texted them again asking if they had an contact number so that I could contact somebody and talk to them instead of texting but it was getting no where. And again, they just read my message. The tracking number for this package is *ZAR************** . I just want a refund back. I paid $**.** and I would love to get ALL of my $**.** back. Please and Thank You .
