N)*************** --- Customer service claim N* *****************Hello*I am terribly disappointed in the handling of the above order and claim by your supplier and you !,( short resume of dispute)***) Order received,no damage, given to my garage to be fitted to my car, the garagist said in did not function**) Open a dispute with supplier requesting to return non functioning item for full refund**) Supplier requested photos of item which i sent to them, and requested a return address ro send part (no answer)**) Aliexpress intervened and i accepted your arbitration offer of return & full refund**) Insisted with supplier for return address at this time online order showed refund in progress**) After insisting for return address supplier messaged dispute closed no refund ?????**) i appealed this decision through your online chat system with a certain Brianna,she raised the above CS claim number**) I was told i would get an email answer to this claim for which i'm still waiting** So i would like some strong action & reaction from you and this so called supplier who for me not commercial business mind nor any common business sense ** * I have been dealing now several years with Aliexpress nd this is the worst situation i have ever encountered* Looking forward to your clarification and favourable reply* Best Regards* Brian
