Hi I ordered ebike kits and seller send me damage motor I contact him and he told me if the motor is not working it will be the controller and he will send me controller, him I told him it could be the motor it'self or the hall inside. Seller says no it will be the controller. I open dispute aliexpress judge invalid for my dispute and seller also told me to close the dispute. I told him I have checked online what could be the problem of the motor and I told him motor is bad. He insisted that it's the controller that's the problem. Ok, he send me controller after changing controller to new one motor still don't work. He told me to check all wiring and i check but motor still don't work then i decide to take the motor to and engineer and the engineer confirm that the motor coil is bad that the moyor need to be replace. I contacted the seller but the seller said he can't replace motor and I can't also open dispute now I'm stuck now motor is not working is bad and I can't open dispute to get a refund and buy from another good seller. Ali express please help thank you.
