Hi, I am having trouble with the boot at customer service. I have recently bought menu stands, after * weeks or so, since item was not received, i have opened a dispute, seller has informed that there was some kind of security issue and the package was returned to the seller. Seller has requested from me to cancel the dispute and he will refund me the money in return. So i did. Seller has not provided me a refund since. I have asked him a few times to do so after I cancelled the dispute, but he didn't comment. *I am trying to resolve the issue with customer service boot, Eva, but every time I chose the item I'm about to complain about, Eva tells me that the item is on its way and I should wait, and will not allow me to continue with my complain or will not direct me to a real live chat. I also can't reopen the dispute and there is no way to speak*chat with any real person since only miss Eva is to decide if you get throw to a real chat and it won't let me throw.

GetHuman-kfirzale did not yet indicate what AliExpress should do to make this right.
