I placed an order with 2 suppliers on 20th September [redacted], totaling $[redacted].19. However, I used an email account that is not mine to make the purchase - User ID ae[redacted]87yciae with the email goo***@aliexpress.com. Due to this, I am unable to track my orders as I cannot access this account. My actual AliExpress account is under the email [redacted] I kindly request your help in tracking my items, as they are scheduled for delivery this week.

Order number [redacted][redacted]. I spent a lot of time trying to install the product, but it was damaged. I provided evidence with a video and photos showing it doesn't work. I expected a full refund, but I received no explanation. The product is faulty, and I want my $50 refunded. There is ample evidence on the dispute. I am frustrated with this situation and disappointed in the lack of customer service. I also tried to leave a review but was unsuccessful.

Hello, I made an order under my wife's name, order number [redacted][redacted]. Out of the 12 items in the order, only one will be delivered as the rest were marked as closed for security reasons. I reviewed the information on your website, but I am having trouble understanding why only one item is approved while the others are not. I am disappointed as all items were paid for. Hello, I placed an order on AliExpress with Backpack Guy Store on 20.09.[redacted] and made the payment. On September 23rd, I contacted the seller to inquire if the order had been shipped, and he informed me that it hadn't. We discussed canceling the order, and I proceeded with the cancellation at the seller's agreement, who assured me that I would receive a refund shortly. However, I have not received the refund yet, the seller is unresponsive, and the order appears completed. The buyer protection period has also ended, and only 13 days have passed since I made the order. I am concerned about not getting my money back as promised by the seller. How long does it usually take to receive a refund in this situation? Your assistance is appreciated.

I ordered 18, 20, and 22-inch hair from ABIJALE OFFICIAL STORE on AliExpress on August 9th. The vendor messaged me claiming they sent it to the wrong address despite me confirming it was correct. They promised to resend but it never arrived. In September, tired of waiting, I opened a dispute for a refund. Initially hesitant, they eventually refunded only £0.01 on September 3rd out of the £68.25 I paid for the hair to close the dispute. I am determined to persist until I receive the full refund.

The seller is not responding to my messages at all. I have reached out multiple times regarding my order. After I initially made the purchase, I received a notification stating that my order would be shipped within 24 hours. However, it has been four days now, and there have been no further updates on the status of my order. Consequently, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in contacting a representative from Ably to expedite the cancellation process. According to their policy, if my order has not been shipped within 8 days, I will receive an automatic refund. However, I would prefer not to wait the full 8 days and would like to receive my refund promptly.

I recently purchased two pairs of earrings from your website and unfortunately, they seem to be causing irritation to my ears, suggesting they may not be hypoallergenic as advertised. The seller offered me a 50% discount, but as I do not have a PayPal account, I decided to purchase two more pairs and asked for the discount to be applied to this new order. However, the seller mentioned that the earrings were already discounted which, in my opinion, does not align with the 50% discount they promised me. I find this situation quite frustrating, which is why I am reaching out to you for assistance.

I purchased 3 bundles and a closure from the "ALIMICE Official Store" for $[redacted] for a special date. I needed the order shipped quickly, but the seller informed me of delays. Hello, I'm having trouble tracking my order because the seller, or whoever provided it, gave me the wrong tracking number. The tracking number provided shows that the item has been delivered, but it was not delivered to my address. I reached out to the seller four days ago but have not received a response yet. My order ID is [redacted][redacted], and the incorrect tracking number given is RU[redacted]77NL. I need the correct tracking number as the current one shows delivery to a person named Rober Punjavic, which is not me.

I purchased a [redacted]-foot hose but received a 75-foot hose in a [redacted]-foot bag from the seller. After presenting clear evidence, the seller acknowledged the mistake but failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Despite my requests for a resend with a return label, the seller offered only $1 as compensation. I initiated a refund case with AliExpress, which was converted to a return case. However, the cost of returning the incorrect item to China from Denmark is prohibitive. I sought assistance from AliExpress customer service, and although initially promised a refund, my appeal was later rejected without explanation. I am frustrated with the platform's handling of the situation and am seeking a way to escalate my concerns to the higher authorities at AliExpress.

I purchased a wig from AliExpress, but the seller sent me a poor-quality one that wasn't even the correct length I ordered. Instead of 14 inches, I received a mix of 6, 8, and 10 inches. When I reached out to the seller, they asked me to return the wig for a refund, but they refused to cover the return shipping costs. I escalated the issue to AliExpress, and their proposed solution is for me to return the wig for a refund. The problem is I can't afford to pay the return shipping for a product the seller intentionally misrepresented. I just want my money back so I can buy from a different seller. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently purchased rubber boots after receiving a link from a friend. Unfortunately, the seller later requested additional shipping charges after allegedly checking my address, even though my friend did not encounter this issue. Consequently, I opted to cancel the order when the status indicated "waiting for cancellation." However, upon recent inspection, it appears that the order has already been dispatched, contrary to my wishes. At this point, I no longer desire to receive any items from this seller. I recently received an email from AliExpress informing me that a compensation for order number [redacted][redacted] has been approved and a refund of $82.35 was processed back to my account ending in [redacted] on September 14, [redacted]. The email stated that the refund may take 3-20 business days to be fully transferred but should be received no later than October 11, [redacted]. However, I have not yet received the refund. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?

I made a reservation on September 17 on AliExpress for a Dell screen priced at $94.53. I believe I used my email [redacted], but I no longer have access to that email. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the account tied to the reservation; however, I remember the amount I paid, the date, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used ([redacted] Visa). Locating my order using this information would greatly help me as the product is significant to me.

I am experiencing issues when trying to make purchases from my cart. An error message appears, and my credit card is not being charged to complete the transaction. I have already checked with my bank, and they confirmed that everything is fine on their end. I have submitted an appeal two weeks ago, and it is still processing. Can someone please review my account promptly? I am eager to make purchases, but the site is not allowing me to do so. A few weeks ago, there was a purchase made on my account that I did not authorize. I contacted the seller immediately to cancel the order, but they refused. I reported it to my bank as a fraudulent charge. Since that incident, I have been unable to make purchases on your site.

Unfortunately, the screen was not functioning properly, so I contacted the seller and provided proof of the issue. The seller agreed to issue a refund via PayPal, but after multiple attempts, the money did not reflect in my account. The seller then requested a different PayPal ID, which also did not work. Upon contacting PayPal customer service, they confirmed there was no issue with receiving the refund. I opened a dispute with AliExpress on October 1st, as advised. Despite the seller's assurances to assist, the refund process has been delayed with claims of PayPal holding the funds, which PayPal has denied. I recently purchased a costume that unfortunately doesn't fit well. I am seeking a refund as the item is unusable to me. My dispute for the return wasn't approved, so I was unable to get my refund. I wish to resolve this issue so I can return the costume, get my refund, and repurchase the same one in the correct size for Halloween. My friend even bought the accompanying sword for me, and I don't want to let them down. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Just a friendly note to share some insights on parcel logistics when ordering from AliExpress to Sweden. In the past year, my AliExpress shipments have often been routed through other European countries like Estonia or Germany before reaching me and have consistently ended up in customs, resulting in additional import taxes. It seems that simply using a European sender address does not prevent Swedish customs from flagging the packages. In contrast, Banggood ships through the Netherlands using a different service provider, and I've had smoother experiences receiving packages in Sweden that way. On October 3, [redacted], I placed an order for hair, but due to technical issues on the website, I had to cancel the order the same day. Even though I canceled it, the order was still processed.
