Hello, I bought a watch from the Global Watches Store for 22.58 euros. I really like the watch, but after 5 days, it won't turn on, only the back blinks. I contacted the seller, and they asked me to email them and record a video, which I did. Days passed without a response. Finally, they replied saying they couldn't download the video and asked me to resend it, which I did. More days passed without a response. They didn't reply to the email they provided or on AliExpress. By now, I can't open a dispute since 15 days have passed. Finally, they messaged me on AliExpress asking for a 5-star rating before sending me another watch. I did so, and now they don't write back, even though I know they are reading my messages. I feel scammed because a new watch shouldn't stop working after 5 days. I also feel mocked and powerless due to the limited contact information for AliExpress. I hope you can assist me. Regards.

Order Number: [redacted] I recently purchased four items from Sunnym1 Crafts Store, but unfortunately, all four arrived damaged. Initially, AliExpress offered a refund for all items and requested their return. However, before I could respond, they retracted the offer and only offered £8.48 for one item with no compensation for the other three. This left me still owed £25.42. Despite providing detailed photos of the damages to the seller, my appeal has been disregarded. I had two chat interactions, one on September 8th with Geayan and another with Marvs, where disputes were supposedly initiated on my behalf, but no disputes are showing on my account. I have not received any further communication regarding this issue. This experience has been disappointing and has led me to take my business elsewhere. I urge AliExpress to thoroughly reassess my case, review the evidence I've submitted, including photos, reviews, disputes, and chat logs.

Subject: Complaint Regarding OKUDO Supplier IAN LI on AliExpress I need to report an issue with the behavior of the OKUDO supplier IAN LI regarding my order # [redacted][redacted] for chandeliers. On September 18, [redacted], I decided to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but IAN LI from OKUDO did not honor my request. Despite my clear cancellation, IAN LI proceeded to send the chandeliers to the postal office against my wishes. This has caused me significant stress as it amounts to a total of [redacted].81 US dollars. I am concerned about the lack of customer respect exhibited by OKUDO and worry about the quality of the products they offer. I no longer trust them and seek assistance in getting my order canceled. I am facing issues with two suppliers. The first order with ID [redacted][redacted] was for a dress priced at £70.1. The quality was very poor, with parts of the top coming off before I even tried it on. Despite attempting to return it for being unfit and paying £18 for the return, I haven't received a refund yet. The second order with ID [redacted][redacted] was for £[redacted].49. I explicitly requested delivery by the 15th of September or cancellation before being reassured by the supplier. However, they failed to send it by the 16th, sent a subpar product late, and are now refusing a refund. I require assistance in resolving these matters promptly.

I ordered [redacted] bracelets in 20 separate orders of 10 to avoid paying taxes for bulk shipments in my country. Despite explaining this clearly to the seller, they packaged all [redacted] bracelets in one box, causing me to pay €80 in taxes upon arrival. I contacted the seller but have not received a response. Order not yet received. Order Number: [redacted][redacted] I placed an order for seven items in a single purchase, but I have only received some of the items so far. I have reached out to the seller regarding a wrong item and received no response. One of the items received had its packaging damaged. I am still waiting for the Nvidia Quadro fx and the missing items. I am also requesting a replacement for the broken backlight lamp and the correct VGA USB port & cord for an HP 8540W. I prefer not to escalate this to a dispute but to have my order corrected and delivered promptly. Thank you for understanding and assisting in resolving this matter.

Before purchasing this product, I engaged in a conversation with the seller to clarify details as it was a significant investment for me. I designed personalized materials with individuals' names sized at 1cm by 2cm, repeated on each sheet for making hairbow clips. With a variety of name lengths, I had distinct sizes for each, resulting in slightly different photo dimensions. I sought confirmation on whether I needed to label every name with its specific size, like "2.8cm by 1cm," as this could clutter the images. My intent was to have each name consistently sized on the material, rather than the entire photo.

I have been experiencing an issue with a package I ordered on August 5, [redacted], with Order ID [redacted][redacted] and tracking number RP[redacted]84CN. Despite contacting the seller, I have not received my order. The seller initially mentioned delays in delivery due to weather conditions, but now they say the parcel was returned to them and they will provide a solution upon receiving it. I'm extremely frustrated with AliExpress for not updating my email address to the new one. I feel like I'm going in circles with their customer service, being directed back to the help desk repeatedly without any resolution. This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time now, and it's frustrating that they are not addressing it effectively. My old email is no longer in use, which is causing problems with verifying my identity. I have reached a breaking point with this situation and really need their assistance to fix this email problem promptly.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with AliExpress not resolving my email problem. Every time I seek help, I am redirected to the help desk or sent to irrelevant pages. I am frustrated as AliExpress claims I haven't specified what actions I want them to take regarding my email address. I have received requests to rate their service, but why should I do so when my original issue remains unresolved? This will be my final attempt to address this matter with AliExpress. I have reached my limit with their lack of assistance in resolving this email problem promptly.

I placed an order for hair two days ago, paid for it, and the money was deducted from my account by AliExpress for $[redacted].48. When I realized the mistake, I canceled the order to get a refund. I have been trying to reach customer support for two days now to resolve this issue caused by your error. My birthday is on October 12, and I am concerned I may not receive my hair on time because of this situation. I noticed there is an option to appeal, but it seems like it will take 3 days to review, which won't leave me enough time to reorder. I urgently need answers today to avoid further problems. I purchased hair from a company that had false advertising. Upon realizing this, I requested an immediate refund and returned the package as instructed. The company agreed to cover the return shipping costs but has not refunded me yet. They keep responding with generic messages like "Okay" and keep asking for my PayPal information, which I have provided multiple times. I even contacted the number provided during the ordering process, and they are now claiming they will not cover the return shipping expenses, which was the entire refund amount. All evidence of their promise to cover the charges has conveniently disappeared. I am frustrated and considering involving my bank if I do not receive a full refund soon.

Dear Support Team, I recently returned home and unpacked a parcel that was delivered while I was away. The item is an Ulefone Power LCD Display+Touch Screen Digitizer (order no. [redacted][redacted]) from the seller MW MobileParts Co., Ltd. Unfortunately, upon connecting the screen, I noticed that it does not work properly. This morning, I accidentally clicked the "confirm items received" button on the Aliexpress app before actually receiving my order. The item was shipped out and appeared to have arrived at the AIR-hub in China when I checked it last. Unfortunately, I can't track the item further as the tracking number isn't working, and I can only track it through the Aliexpress site. I already messaged the seller about what happened. I'm worried about not getting my order now. Is there anything more I can do, or should I just wait and see if it arrives? What are the chances I'll still receive my order?

Hello, I opened a dispute on August 30 and we agreed that I would return the item. I shipped it with tracking information on September 6. I contacted the seller on September 30 to confirm receipt, but haven't received any feedback. It's been a month since the dispute and I still haven't received my refund. These duplicate orders are no longer visible in my AliExpress order history. To address this issue, I can provide my bank statement, although it's split into multiple transactions, making it difficult to share here. If needed, I can email it to you directly. The total amount involved is significant to me, approximately $[redacted] USD out of a total of around $1,[redacted] USD worth of orders placed on August 29 and 30, [redacted], for which I paid about $1,[redacted] USD. I have encountered an issue while attempting to make a purchase on Aliexpress. Upon clicking the "pay now" button, I received a notification stating that the payment had failed, accompanied by error code CSC_[redacted]. I previously underwent verification with Alipay and received confirmation of this via email. As such, I am unsure why additional verification is necessary on Aliexpress.
