I placed an order for beard oil from "Daily Make Up Store" on June 2nd. The tracking message continued to show "Item in transit, retained due to DG" well past the delivery date. The seller extended the delivery period, but I decided to open a dispute requesting a refund when I didn't receive the product. The seller insisted I wait 10 more days before contacting them. Even after doing so and opening another dispute, they rejected my requests. I haven't received the product or a refund, and AliExpress has automatically confirmed the order. The seller claims the product has arrived in my country, but my local post office says otherwise. I've tried reaching out to AliExpress customer service through live chat without success. I encountered an issue with a duplicate order. I tried to purchase a $[redacted] item on the website and after entering my credit card information, I got an error message about the login session timing out. Thinking the first order didn't process, I tried again multiple times in different browsers, eventually triggering a fraud alert from my bank. Although my card is unblocked now, I still have four pending charges. I managed to cancel two, but need the seller's help with the others. I am concerned about possibly being charged $[redacted] if they don't accept my cancellation requests. What should I do if they decline?

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my elderly father regarding an iPad case he ordered on April 27, [redacted], from the DOWSWIN Official Store with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, he has not received the product yet, even after attempting to communicate with the seller through the message center. The seller provided a tracking number (RV[redacted]12CN) for us to check with the local post office, but they have confirmed that no package with this number has arrived. We have also checked with Customs without success. Recently, the seller has stopped responding to our messages, and we have decided to give up on receiving the product. Initially, we simply wanted the product, but at this point, we would prefer a refund to resolve the issue. I am having issues with my greenhouse pipe clips order being declared invalid. Despite not receiving the order and Royal Mail confirming it got lost, the seller requested further evidence from me. I complied and resent the order, assuming I would receive a refund for the first one. Disappointed with the customer service from AliExpress, I had previously praised their site to family and friends who have also placed orders. Unfortunately, after reordering the pipe clips, I received the wrong size. After waiting for months, this experience has been frustrating. I wish there were sellers offering white greenhouse connector clips in the UK to avoid such hassle.

Every time I attempt to log in to my account, a message indicates it's suspended due to suspicious activity. I follow the prompts to retrieve my account but still can't get in. When I try to speak with an agent, the system requests me to sign in again. How am I supposed to sign in when that's the issue? The system seems flawed, sending me emails to check if my problem is resolved, yet overlooking my responses. I'm stuck in a loop of email inquiries with no resolution in sight.

I made two orders yesterday, but while one was successful, the other is still showing as "awaiting payment," even though I paid for both at the same time. I'm unsure of where my money went or if this is a system glitch. I really need the item, so I hope this can be resolved promptly. I've even placed another order for the same item. Can the pending order please be processed? I'll save it for when the first one is worn out or lost.

I returned an item for a refund, and after winning a dispute with AliExpress, they agreed to the refund. The item was shipped using Fedex, but the seller provided a restricted tracking number. As a result, the package is currently held in customs. The seller claims the number is correct, but Fedex is having trouble reaching them. I'm concerned the seller might be avoiding receiving the item to prevent issuing the refund. What should be my next step in this situation?

As a longstanding customer of AliExpress in Canada, I have always had positive experiences with my orders. However, there has been a recent issue with several orders not reaching me. Despite using the Dispute process and receiving refunds, the frequency of undelivered items is concerning. I wonder if the current strained relations between China and Canada are impacting the delivery process, particularly at the stage when the package arrives in the destination country. I am hopeful that as a large company, AliExpress can investigate this issue further. By reviewing my account, it will be evident that there is a pattern of orders not being delivered as of late. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this ongoing problem.

I attempted to purchase 3 cross stitch kits, but each time I proceeded to check out, there was a security issue preventing me from completing the transaction. After checking my order status, I noticed that all my orders were cancelled and did not go through, which is acceptable. Hello, I placed an order on AliExpress with a seller named PARTY DIRECT CO. LTD. for curtains. I selected pink (#44) and Gold (#18) colors, but I received orange and pink instead. I reached out to the seller about the issue as I needed the correct colors by August 31. Initially, the seller assured me it would be resolved by the due date, but later they insisted that the colors they sent were correct. I am disappointed as this mistake has caused me stress. I am willing to return the item for a refund of $[redacted].57, with the seller covering the return shipping costs. I wish I could show you the color selection I made and the incorrect item received, but unfortunately, I am unable to do so.

I placed an order for an Original Nokia E52 Unlocked Mobile Phone Bluetooth 3G WIFI GPS Russian Keyboard Support E52 Phone five months ago for 36.89 Euro but have not yet received it. I have been in communication with the seller, and despite their assertions of successful delivery and extending the shipment time, I still have not received the phone. My attempts to follow up with the post office were inconclusive. The seller stopped responding after closing the tracking file. My repeated messages have not yielded results, with the seller making various excuses instead of resolving the issue promptly. I urge AliExpress to intervene and facilitate either the delivery of the phone I purchased or a full refund. I have been a loyal customer of AliExpress for years and have informed my family and friends about this experience. If this matter remains unresolved, we will cease to do business with the company. Hello, I hope you're having a good day. I recently purchased a wig from one of your sellers named BEAUDIVA for $87. Unfortunately, the wig tore after just two days. When I contacted the seller about the issue, they insisted that I leave a 5-star review before discussing any refund. I reluctantly posted the review as requested but was only offered a $5 refund out of the $87 I paid, which I find unreasonable considering the poor quality of the wig. Despite my efforts, the seller continues to focus on the $5 refund rather than addressing the fact that the wig was defective. I have attempted to open a dispute with AliExpress but have not been successful. After being a loyal customer for three years, this experience has been very disappointing. I am seeking a full refund of $87 and hope that measures will be taken against sellers like this to maintain the reputation of your platform. I recently canceled some orders, but they were still sent out. Also, my payment was declined due to Card Guard, and when I tried to re-pay, my items disappeared from the cart. However, there is a $24 charge on my card. I have an account with your company and make frequent purchases. I would appreciate a quick resolution to refund my money and expedite shipping. Items from China shouldn't take two months; I usually receive items in two to three weeks. I would like $38.11 refunded as it was charged after canceling an order with three sellers. I intend to repurchase items totaling $24.90. Could you please investigate this issue with my orders and clarify why payments were taken for canceled items? Thank you.

I purchased an amplifier from ByJoTeCH, but it started having issues shortly after and broke within a week. Despite informing the seller, they are only offering to send replacement parts for repairs. I do not want this and have been trying to return the amplifier for a refund for the past two weeks. I have repeatedly expressed my desire to return it but keep getting the same response about spare parts. I am not interested in finding an electrician and spending more money to fix it.
