I opened a dispute on July **, **** for a product that arrived defective (Order* ***************). My first proposal was to return the product for a full refund and for the seller to pay the shipping for me to return it. *AliExpress responded on July **, **** with two proposals, the first is a partial refund of $**.** and the second to return the product for a full refund while I pay for the shipping to return it. *I was advised to either accept the proposal, reject it or add a new proposal. I wanted to add a new proposal but did not see the option to do that. As a result, I edited my proposal to reflect what I wanted. **On July **, ****, I edited my proposal for a partial refund of $** as I didn’t want to pay for the return shipping since it’s not my fault that I want to return it. *That same day, the seller contacted me and requested that I changed my proposal to a partial refund of $** and that she would agree with this proposal on the dispute. I went ahead and edited my proposal to reflect this, so I changed my proposal to a partial refund of $**. *I have not heard from AliExpress since that day and I’m worried that my dispute proposal which was agreed upon by the seller is not being attended to. I want to make sure that AliExpress sees my new proposal after my negotiations with the seller and grant me a partial refund of $**.
