I’m TRYING to get my money back, ... I have sent back order *************** lace jacket to Ming Li Store, as I am a med size, & I ordered an XL for a lace jacket for a wedding & it was to tight round the arms, I contacted the seller & he said to return it by recorded delivery, which I did that cost me another £**.**. *Tracking number. RN*********GB. On the *st July they tried to deliver the jacket back and didn’t get an answer so they left a card. I found this out from the tracking number. I’ve contacted Lou many times, But the Ming Li company say they haven’t received it & are obviously not wanting to give me a refund. I have sent them photos of proof of the recorded delivery note with the tracking number on it, the proof of trying to get them to receive the jacket back, and photos initially of the jacket to tight on my arms. I’m really fed up now as I’ve paid out £**.** in total for this jacket. I said I’d received it on feedback but I didn’t say I was happy with it. Thank you so much for your help in anticipation. I order a lot from AliExpress and always give confirmation and feedback as soon as I receive my items. I’ve been loyal for quiet soon time now.
I’ve tries contacting the seller for ages now but feel like he’s just trying to delay giving me a refund. So your my last hope. But find this ERY hard to do going through your site.
