I put in an order to ALI EXPRESS. Order * ***************, All the items states FREE SHIPPING. So I selected the items (hats) which added up to only $*.** and put in my credit card *. It seem to be all in order when I submitted the order. THEN I GOT A "FRAUD ALERT" FLASH on my INCOMING EMAIL from my Citi bank Visa card about an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $***.**. I called my bank and THEY BLOCKED THE UNAUTHORIZED charge. Then I got back on the ALI EXPRESS site to customer service and all the USA number. LEFT * PHONE MESSAGES and NONE was returned I tried the CHAT room feature...DOESN'T WORK..it gives me ONLY * selections of TOPICS for discussion, mine was NONE of the above. *! WHAT IS THE ACTUAL CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAILING ADDRESS TO SEND IN MY COMPLAINT. ??????? **. And who else should I sent in a complaint to that is located in the USA?????
