It said on the screen that my order "timed out", but the money successfully transferred from our account to Aliexpress. I went to check "My Orders" and there is no order showing. AliExpress did not give us an order number or a confirmation email, so there is no record of the transaction. Yet AliExpress did take our money.
Giving us our purchase, and if the order failed (as it said on the screen that it indeed "timed out") then give us our money back.*Please let us speak to a real human customer service representative and not a bot.
