Hello, I am Amina. I placed an order (order number [redacted][redacted]) on October 20, [redacted], with Professional' Shaver Store. Despite waiting several months, I have yet to receive my order. After contacting the seller on the site, they acknowledged the delay, agreed to a refund, and assured me I would receive it in 10 to 15 days. However, after waiting a month, I saw no refund in my account. When I reached out to the seller again, they advised me to open a dispute. Unfortunately, I discovered that Aliexpress had already closed the dispute, preventing me from escalating the issue. I am still without my order and seeking assistance in reopening the dispute to proceed with the refund process as the seller is willing to refund me. I recently noticed my AliExpress account was removed as I was reviewing my shipped items. When I log in, a different platform under Alibaba or Hubsan appears, however, I use the Chinese version of AliExpress. I've been a loyal customer since January 27, [redacted], and I am a platinum member. My account showed a history of around [redacted] orders. I use the email [redacted], with Lotetta as the name associated. It's crucial for me to be able to confirm orders, provide feedback, and rate sellers. This isn't the first time this has happened; previously, I had [redacted] shipped orders and 30 pending. I am concerned about my sellers not receiving payment without access to my account. It seems I have been able to place orders without entering my password due to not recalling it. I urgently need assistance to locate my missing account as all my messages and details are inaccessible.

This happened four months ago after ordering at night and finding everything gone the next morning. I've been a Platinum customer since January 27th, [redacted], with a history on AliExpress. I need to confirm today's deliveries to ensure my sellers get paid. Although I forgot my password, I could order without it, but now I can't. Unexpectedly, Abliba and Hubsan are showing up on my account even though I have not shopped with them. My AliExpress account is associated with Chinese sellers, not Alibaba. Recently, my account was removed while I was trying to access it. Hello, I wanted to share that I placed an order on May 19, [redacted]. Although the screen indicated that my order "timed out", the payment went through to Aliexpress from our account. When I reviewed "My Orders", the order was not there. This is concerning as we are out over [redacted] euros. Any assistance with a refund would be greatly appreciated. Hello. I made a purchase from the Homfun Official Store a few months ago. Unfortunately, after the initial 15-day dispute period, I reached out to the seller to seek a replacement for a diamond painting kit I ordered. The item I received was subpar, with 18 bags of one color being unusable and the canvas itself covered in wrinkles and bubbles. Despite being promised replacements since January, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. The seller claimed to have sent a replacement in March, but the tracking stopped in early April. Upon contacting them again, they insisted the canvas is usable, even though I provided pictures of the issues previously. It has been nearly two months since they acknowledged the problem and agreed to send a replacement, leaving me unsure of how to proceed without the option to file a dispute.

I ordered a Street Fighter Chun-Li Figure that was listed as "In Stock," but the seller informed me it's actually out of stock. I requested a refund, but haven't heard back or received my money. This is causing me distress as I need the refund promptly. It is concerning that sellers can list items as available when they are not. Order ID: [redacted][redacted] I received the TV box with a 1-year English-only package, but to my disappointment, it's all in French. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times to have it corrected to the advertised English package with no response. Additionally, when I went to dispute the issue, the Reason and Photo evidence buttons were not functioning. The video quality is poor, the audio is garbled, and I am only requesting a refund for the channel package, around $50-$55. While I have been a satisfied AliExpress customer in the past, this recent experience is the second significant letdown. Another recent order mix-up with a different store has left me disheartened. Despite recommending your products to many others, I now feel disillusioned by the discrepancy between advertised items and actual products received.

I am in the process of opening a large store and beauty school in Canada. Recently, I placed orders totaling $[redacted] across three different stores, with the expectation of fast shipping as I paid extra for it. Unfortunately, all three orders were consolidated and shipped by a single entity under slow shipping, elongating the wait time to 37-58 days instead of the 16-29 days I had anticipated. Despite contacting the sellers and emphasizing the urgency of the situation, they apologized and assured me of a refund. This delay has put me in a difficult position as my classes are about to commence without the necessary supplies. Simply reimbursing the shipping cost does not account for the financial and time losses I am incurring due to these errors. I am hopeful that the seller will rectify this mistake promptly and expedite the shipping using the agreed-upon method.

Dear AliExpress, I encountered an issue after completing my order without having an account set up. I provided my email as [redacted] and filled in my details as follows: Name - Norbert Pal, Address - Litlagerdi 2, Husavik, Iceland, and Phone Number - [redacted] [redacted]. However, upon trying to log in to my new account after payment, the system indicated that my account did not exist and my email was not registered. I suspect an error in entering my email address during the order. I re-registered, but my order does not appear in my account. Although the payment was successful and deducted from my bank card, I am unable to track my package and unsure about the order status or if the seller has received my information. I submitted a dispute for Order Number: [redacted][redacted] as I received a vape that is malfunctioning. I just wanted to return the defective item and receive a replacement. I found your process to be overly complicated, frustrating, and a waste of time. I am now stuck with a faulty vape and out $35. I am incredibly disappointed with your service and will not be a returning customer. A smooth return and replacement could have made me a happy customer. Your dispute procedure is extremely frustrating. I had to fill out numerous forms and provide video evidence. I believe Aliexpress should have simply replaced the item.

Hello, I am disappointed by the email I received from AliExpress regarding my order. The email states that my order was delivered and signed by someone I don't know. Despite contacting the seller and local Post Office, the tracking number is invalid, making it difficult to trace the order. I have opened a dispute due to the lack of resolution. I encountered issues with two orders on Alibaba Apps. The first order, with number [redacted][redacted], includes two items that I have not received. I initiated a refund request through a dispute process. Only one item was partially refunded at $9.72, yet the second item, priced at $8.87, remains unprocessed. The second order, number [redacted][redacted], supposedly dispatched, has not reached me. The seller responded disrespectfully, advising me to involve the police. The missing item costs $6.14. On Thursday, May 23rd, [redacted], I placed an order and paid with iDEAL, a popular payment method in the Netherlands. After the payment went through in my bank account, an error message popped up stating, "You haven't signed, or your previous session has expired please sign in again." I was confused as I had already made the payment, so how could there be an error? When I checked the order page, I noticed a truck icon indicating the order might be ready to ship, but looking today, there are no further updates. I haven't received a confirmation email since placing the order. I'm reaching out for help because the website doesn't provide the assistance I need to clarify the situation. Hello, I'm Laquetta Brunson. I have an account with your company and currently have an ongoing dispute. The dispute was initiated when I received a dress from the seller, which did not match the photo at all. The seller initially stated they could only refund if I changed the reason to a delivery issue. Reluctantly I agreed, but later they said I had to return the dress before receiving a refund. Additionally, in the dispute, they mentioned only refunding $65 out of the $[redacted] without any prior agreement. I have kept records of all our conversations from the start. I encountered problems with AliExpress last night when trying to place orders. The Managed Orders section did not display the person's name and showed an "Unhandled error while connecting to m.aliexpress.com" message. When making payments, after the Visa payment goes through, an error page appears stating "Didn't sign in or Expired sign in" despite having signed in just before through Oberlo. Previously, I could check Managed Orders and Sync Orders without any issues. However, last night, this error message appeared on both current and previous orders, hindering my ability to contact a Customer Rep. I urgently need this matter resolved to proceed with placing orders.

I encountered an issue with my recent orders on AliExpress while using my Mastercard for payment. On May 8, [redacted], at 10:33 pm, I processed transactions for 8 items from 5 different stores. Despite being charged $93.24 by AliExpress at the same time, I did not receive any payment confirmation and the orders remained unpaid on the platform, eventually leading to their closure. As a result, I never received the items I ordered, but the payment was deducted from my Mastercard. I kindly request a refund of $93.24 from AliExpress for the unfulfilled orders that were closed due to payment issues. Your prompt assistance in processing the refund back to my Mastercard would be greatly appreciated.
