I need assistance with 6 items that Ali Express closed disputes for in favor of sellers. I strongly disagree with this decision. The return process is challenging as items either did not fit or were not as described. Providing photographic evidence seems excessive; in a physical store, this would not be required. The total for the items is £29.97, which I cannot afford to lose, especially considering I am disabled. I am requesting a refund and a straightforward return process.

Order Number: [redacted][redacted]. I recently received a notification stating that the payment did not go through due to AliExpress risk control, and the funds were refunded to my debit card. However, the money was originally deducted from my debit card when I placed the order. I am concerned about the status of my purchase and the refund process. During checkout, I opted to use Paypal and expected to receive the promotion advertised. Despite meeting all requirements, the promo was not automatically applied. After reaching out to customer service, I received an email that was not helpful and felt disrespectful. The email I received lacked clarity and did not directly address my issue. The promotion started on May 1st and ends on May 31st, clearly not a limited-time offer from the dates provided. At this point, my experience with the site has been disappointing, and I haven't even made a purchase yet.

Hello Team, I am interested in a job handling listings for manufacturers and sellers on AliExpress. My goal is to improve the overall quality control standard on AliExpress and increase sales by 40%. Key points for improvement would include: 1. Clear and high-quality images 2. Eliminating grammar and typographical errors 3. Creating easy-to-read and concise listings 4. Enhancing chat and messaging effectiveness 5. Addressing seller packaging issues for better presentation and uniformity 6. Implementing faster shipping to the UK within 10 days maximum I believe that these changes will greatly benefit both drop shippers and customers by providing a more reliable shopping experience on the platform. To perform this role effectively, I would require an encrypted Dropbox for receiving images and text from sellers, access to AliExpress accounts, and communication via WhatsApp or another direct messaging platform. I am proposing a salary of 25k USD, which would also cover flights to China for bi-annual meetings. Could someone please acknowledge this request or forward it to relevant parties in China? Alternatively, could I be provided with manufacturer contact details? My objective is to manage 20+ listings daily once I have the necessary information from manufacturers or sellers. I made a purchase through Zatooly Store on AliExpress on 15/03/[redacted]. The item was confirmed as shipped on 11/04/[redacted]. Despite being told there were customs charges, I didn't receive it. I contacted the seller on 25/04/[redacted] and customs on 26/04/[redacted] to clear the charges. Parcelforce then said I'd get it on 29/04/[redacted], but I haven't received anything as of 05/05/[redacted]. After contacting Parcelforce again, they said the delivery was sent back to the seller. I'm very disappointed with the entire delivery process and can't open a dispute as it's past the confirmed date. I'm unsure if I'll get a full refund for something I never received.

Upon receiving the device and connecting it to the power near my TV, it failed to function. I confirmed the power supply was working at 220V, yet no LEDs lit up, indicating a defective system. Despite providing photos and a video as evidence to the seller, they doubted whether the device was receiving power. I later sent additional proof with an extra protection device showing the electricity supply, but the seller ceased communication. Aliexpress' response to the dispute was disappointing, with a decision based on incorrect assumptions and lack of understanding. The seller's claim that the device was connected to a non-operational power source was false. I am willing to provide further evidence and follow Aliexpress' guidance for a fair resolution and a refund. If the seller covers transport costs, I am prepared to return the faulty device. I expected better from Aliexpress buyer protection, as their current judgment seems unjust and ill-informed.

I purchased hair extensions from a seller named KL on AliExpress on April 23rd. The item was shipped via FedEx to Delhi, but I live in Mumbai. There was an issue because the account was under the name Sini Gole instead of my real name, Sonali Gole. I was asked to provide a declaration letter and KYC documents to rectify this. I submitted my part, but the seller needed to do the same. When I requested a proper declaration letter with the correct details, the seller's response was inadequate. Despite providing a format, the seller did not make the necessary effort. I paid [redacted] INR for the order and after numerous delays, I opened a dispute on May 6th, but the seller has four days to respond. I am frustrated and anxious about getting my money back or receiving the product.

Dear Customer Service, I apologize for reaching out this way, as I couldn't find a direct contact method on aliexpress.com. Despite contacting Eva, the automated service, I haven't been able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. After spending over $[redacted] on AliExpress with my wife, I encountered problems with a Lepin [redacted] order (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]) placed in August [redacted]. Despite the item being out of stock, the seller failed to provide a solution. Eventually, a different product was proposed (Lepin [redacted]), but it hasn't been shipped. When I opened a dispute, the only option offered was a minimal refund, which doesn't address my main concern - receiving the product I've been waiting for, not just $0.01. Even after stating my preference for the product over a refund in the dispute reason, it was closed without a proper resolution. Despite numerous attempts, the orders would not go through. Determined to get the items, I created a new account and successfully placed orders. However, when I checked my original account, I found that AliExpress had processed all the orders that initially failed, charging my card for each one. I cannot afford these unexpected charges. This situation arose from your website glitch, which first hindered the orders and later processed them after I had reordered through a new account. I purchased 3 "[redacted] Summer Kids Dresses for Girls wedding Dress Toddler Girls Elegant Princess Dresses" from seller Kitty-Baby in March [redacted](Order ID[redacted][redacted]). Upon receiving the package, I noticed it had a double label. The top label indicated it contained the dresses I ordered, but when I opened it, I found a pocketbook instead. After contacting the seller and sending photos, they accused me of cheating and threatened to blacklist me. This has never happened to me before, despite being a loyal aliexpress customer with numerous orders. I paid $34.16 for the dresses and would like to return the incorrect item. I am eager to see how this situation will be resolved as I believe the seller should be held accountable for their actions.

I find this unfair as the fault is not mine, and I shouldn't be liable for shipping costs. The seller insists on only issuing a refund once they receive the product back. Order: [redacted][redacted] I've had a difficult experience with a reseller who tried to deceive me by charging extra on the bill for customs in Thailand. Even though I was willing to pay the regular import tax and the 7% local tax, the customs authorities wanted an additional $67.16, which was not my responsibility. DHL, wanting to return the goods due to the unpaid charges, and customs threatening to destroy the items, put me in a tough spot. The seller requested I pay the balance upfront to receive the goods and offered a partial refund of the extra charges. Despite my disputes and the seller's promises to cover the costs, they only refunded me $18 instead of the owed $45.83. The seller now demands a 5-star review for the rest of the refund, a promise I can't fulfill due to the time limit. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, the seller is avoiding payment. I urge for a thorough investigation into my situation, as I will pursue further action if my refund is not processed promptly. It's disappointing to encounter fraudulent behavior from such a reputable company. My bank is also looking into the matter.

Hi there, I'm R.D. and my email for AliExpress is [redacted] I recently had a dispute on AliExpress regarding the return of a jacket with order ID [redacted][redacted] to a seller in China. Even though I sent the item back and paid for the return, AliExpress has proposed 0 pounds for a refund and is requesting additional proof of the item's return which I no longer have. I have not received my package containing three silicone cases. The product is called 'Nephy Silicone Soft [redacted] Degree Full Body Protective Case for iPhone 6, 6S, 7, 8 Plus, 5, 5S, SE Coque for iPhone X, XS Max, XR cover'. The package is lost, and the seller refuses to send a replacement or issue a refund. I made the reservation for the cases back in January, and now it's May, yet the seller is not cooperating with a refund. This is unacceptable for a company like AliExpress. I missed the 60-day window to report non-receipt of the package, but waiting four months for resolution is not acceptable. It seems like the seller may be doing this to other customers as well. I demand a refund. The seller has terrible communication. Thank you.

I bought two pairs of shoes for my little sister's birthday on April 19th, totaling £[redacted].41. Unfortunately, the payment was deducted twice from my bank account instead of once. To make matters worse, they sent me two black pairs of Nike Air Force shoes instead of a black pair and a green pair as I ordered. I am very disappointed with this mix-up and the delay in receiving my order. I want to file a complaint and request the second payment of £[redacted].41 to be refunded promptly into my account. I had two disputes with seller JAZZEVAR, which I won, but now they have blocked me. The first coat I bought never arrived, and the seller was unresponsive. After a refund, I purchased the same coat again, but it was larger than described. I got a refund for that too. I want to buy more items from the store, but they are unavailable to me now.
