AliExpress is just a typical capitalist company, totally uninterested in providing any service to their customers. In the end, Amazon will take over the world market if they continue to provide quality customer service.

I managed to get a real person via the chat, but they had absolutely no interest in providing compensation for the promised discount. I suspect that they regularly cheat in this way. ... I placed multiple orders to AliExpress companies this morning and paid for them all in one go using my credit card. By paying for everything in one go I was given an important reduction. However, apparently the payment didn't work, but all the companies received the orders and asked for payment individually (which would me no overall reduction!). I have just paid for the unpaid order page by page on their website, but of course I still don't get the overall reduction for one large payment (over *** euros) as there were five pages and it wasn't possible to pay for all five pages in one go, only one page at a time. I would like to benefit from the promised big reduction (around ** euros). Thank you
I won't be purchasing via them again.
I asked to receive compensation for the amount not discounted when I tried to pay for multiple orders together or to give me a voucher to use at a later date. They refused and hid behind their supposed 'coupon' system.
I have been a customer for * years.
I've given up. I don't blame the individual sellers, only AliExpress.
