Dear Customer Services Alaska Airlines, **As you are well aware of current situation CORONA VIRUS and it's speedy spread globally. I am resident of Qatar and have booking to USA on **th Mar ****, as I am travelling with my family including * kids, due to the threaten of CORONA VIRUS I am doing postpone my plan to travel to USA. I had booking with ALASKA on *th April **** from San Francisco (SFO) to Newark-Newark Intl. (EWR) of * passengers. Flight confirmation code: JGCPFQ.*I request you to cancel and refund my booking or at least open the ticket so I can reschedule my travel plan. *As I am travelling with kids and I can not take any risk to travel under the prevailing situation. *I hope you will consider my request and will respond me with the best solutions of this.**Best regards,
