The issue in GetHuman-hsevere's own words
Rental conf***********COUNT*I arrived at airport and was told that in order to get the rental, I would need to provide the address of where I'm staying. I respectfully declined and I was told by manager Alex Quinones that I would not get the rental unless I provide an address. I don't understand this rule because I've never had to devolve my address in order to get a rental. Why do they need my address? How can I trust that they won't try to steal the car with a spare key. In the end I had to have a friend provide them an address to get the rental. I paid for this up front and being told that I can't get it. I'm disappointed in this service and I will not rent with Alamo in the future nor will I refer to friends and family. That rule is destroying your reputation and someone needs to find out why car rentals in Puerto Rico created this rule when it's not done anywhere else in the United states. After all this is a US company. I need someone to call me to further. I want a full refund. I am extremely upset over the disrespect that came from the manager.
