I know you probably hear a lot of complaints, but I would like to give out a compliment to one of the employees at the airport at the Birmingham Airport. I picked up a car on Monday night *******. The worker, Cheryl was really busy (seemed it was understaffed - she was having to run to the back to check on cars). I rented the car - no issues .... until I got to the car. It did not have cruise control. I had been traveling all day and still had a * hour drive in front of me. I went back to Cheryl asking if I could get a car with cruise, expecting to get the run around (I was honestly a little agitated, but striving to be nice). No issues - Cheryl took care of it and got me into a different case with cruise. She made my night and drive so much easier. She was very professional and accomadating. Thank you, Cheryl. I will be using Alamo again. *Respectfully,*Marinell Carrothers
