Clean up big tree limbs please!*A crew came out Wednesday night*Thursday morning to replace a transformer in the city alley behind our house. A large bucket truck came up our drive and extended the bucket to reach the pole. They cut large limbs off our trees to get to the pole. The large limbs fell as they were cut and are in our yard. Please send someone out and clean up the large limbs just past our driveway. We are older, and husband just had knee surgery. We would have to hire someone to do this. We do not get service from this pole, the crew just used our drive and cut limbs that are NOT close to the pole.*We are at **** Kendall Ct. Homewood, *****. account number******-******Joan Mezzell

Give up on GetHuman and call the customer service number. After waiting an hour for a call from GetHuman, I was pleased that the lady I spoke with at customer service could deal with the issue
