I am trying to find out what "certain employers" means in the Cares Act and the requirements for employee pay during this time. We had one truck driver that has been out since ********* and is due to return to work this week. He was in isolation due to his wife testing positive and when he went to get his test to return to work, he tested positive. His last day of work was ********* and he is due to return to work now with a negative test result. We have two employees. Am I required to pay him during this time or is he eligible for unemployment?*Want to comply with the law. *Please advise
