Im hoping to get some information regarding my most recent claim. I’ve tried calling for several weeks to no avail. When I filed, I indicated the last day I worked was March **. On March **, I was medically quarantined pending the results of a COVID ** test. On March **rd I got my test results, which were negative, and informed my employer I was available to return to work. I was then informed I was no longer needed in my contract role. The first week showing on my claim is March **. The claim tracker indicates there is a problem with a response from my employer that should be resolved by April **. There is still no resolution, and I have not been paid. Would you please give me an explanation of the delay on processing and payment?
