Make phone calls ... I am getting msg that says "time is almost about to expire and to refill acct asap". I am a lifeline govt acct and I have abided by ALL the rules to stay eligible for this acct to remain active with no service interruptions. This error has happened before and is an Airvoice error as I we told by the rep in the corporate office, who fixed the issue at that time. So I thought. Again, no matter what your systems says, it is incorrect if shows that I have not made calls, texts, internet connects, every single day.
This has happened before and it was on a Saturday after bus. hours when I discovered my service had actually been cancelled bcuz Airvoice Wireless system error. And I couldn't even contact anyone until the following Monday @ ****am. Eastern time. Meanwhile I am in the Pacific time zone * hour difference.
I want it fixed permanently.
At least four years.
Nothing else to try, need customer support or escalate to team lead, supervisor, or manager.
