Hello, my name is K.NATARAJAN. My Airtel account number is [redacted][redacted]. I recently received a bill dated 18/11/[redacted] for Rs.[redacted].92. I added an extra connection and requested to have the same package as my main connection. However, I am now receiving a more expensive package without my consent. I only watch a few channels from the existing pack and do not wish to pay for channels I do not view. Please review your recorded calls to confirm my request for the same pack on the additional connection. I urge you to correct this error promptly and adjust my bill accordingly. Hello Airtel Team, I have been a loyal Airtel customer for 7 years, relying on Airtel SIM for data and call services. While the internet speed used to be satisfactory, I have been experiencing connectivity issues since September [redacted]. This problem has persisted for the past 2-3 months, and as I depend on Airtel internet for working from home, the situation is becoming increasingly difficult. I am currently disappointed with Airtel's service as compared to other providers. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to consider switching to a different network. As reliable internet is crucial for my work, I cannot afford to compromise due to the unsatisfactory service being provided by Airtel.

Good evening, I am looking to lock my Airtel SIM card just like my alternate line. I tried to do this through the security setting, but I encountered some issues. After entering my PIN and PUK code, I was prompted for a new pin or code, which I provided multiple times without success. The more attempts I made, the higher the risk of my SIM being blocked. I am confused about which pin they are actually asking for.

I visited the Airtel center on Anand Mahal Road in Adajan, Surat to obtain a new SIM card. The employees there seemed to be treating me poorly, implying they were doing me a favor by not providing the service. They repeatedly refused to issue the new SIM card, claiming the system was not working. They kept transferring me between employees, making me repeat my request multiple times. I have been using the Airtel 5G WiFi network for the past 1.5 years. Recently, I changed my plan, and since then, every month I experience connectivity problems. I lose connectivity for two to three days each month, despite paying the full bill. I have complained about this several times, but the issue persists. I've been using my prepaid number, [redacted], since [redacted]. However, suddenly on December 3rd, I received a message on my phone stating that the SIM is not registered, and all calls and messages stopped. I was informed at the Airtel customer care office that my number has now become a premium number, and they are asking for an amount to convert it back. Previously, when I worked at Airtel in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, this number was provided to me without any issues. Even after submitting the required documents, there has been no resolution as of the 20th. I urgently need that same number back as it is linked to all my banking and Aadhaar details. Please help me get my SIM back quickly.

I misplaced my sim card recently and have been unable to reach Airtel for assistance. Despite my family informing me that the sim is being used, I cannot locate it. I had bought an international roaming pack priced at INR [redacted] before leaving India, and I suspect the sim went missing about a week later while I was in Saudi Arabia. My attempts to contact Airtel have been unsuccessful so far. I hope this time they will be able to respond to my issue.

Hello team, I am Ronak Vyas, and I used to have an Airtel prepaid phone number, +91-[redacted]. Since moving to Toronto, Canada in [redacted], I have relied on this number to receive OTPs. After not using the prepaid number for seven months, my father recently recharged it from India for a smart recharge of around Rs. [redacted]. Unfortunately, the Airtel prepaid number is not activated, and I am not receiving any OTPs which are essential for financial transactions with Indian institutions. I am experiencing issues with the network signal at Vengata Ramannagudem vicinity, Doctor YSR Horticultural University. Despite calling customer care multiple times, the problem has not been resolved promptly. The network and signal quality are inadequate, affecting the services. AirTel phone numbers are provided for assistance nearby; however, a quick resolution is lacking. I am seeking better service in this area and hope for improved assistance.

However, I typically use over 10k of data monthly and have never borrowed data. I am unsure about the details of this package and expected to be notified before accumulating such a bill. My number was recently ported to Jio. I hope you are enjoying Jio's TRUE 4G Network. According to the MNP regulations, all dues with my previous operator should be settled. If I was a postpaid user with Airtel, I will check for any final unpaid dues and settle them with Airtel promptly. I used Airtel prepaid before porting to Jio. What seems to be the issue here?

As a student attending online classes on YouTube from home, these connectivity problems are hindering my studies, directly impacting my education. I attribute all my problems solely to Airtel's network, and I firmly believe that only Airtel can resolve these issues. Hello, I have a humble request. Yesterday I had 40GB of data remaining, but shortly after, the data stopped. I recharged with 65 and only used 4GB. This issue keeps happening to me. I had 50GB data, used only 10GB, and now 40GB are missing. Where did the data I used go? I request a refund to my account number and phone pay at [redacted]. Please call me back at [redacted]. Hello, I'm Pratik De from Cardiff, United Kingdom, an international student. My dad in India accidentally switched my Indian number from prepaid to postpaid online after my move to the UK. Previously, both the SIM card and number were prepaid. After 90 days, my father visited the Airtel shop, where he was advised to switch it back to prepaid using the app. However, when trying to do so, I encountered an issue with receiving the one-time password for verification. Despite attempts, the OTP did not arrive through either SMS or email. I am unable to visit India to resolve this. Kindly assist me in finding a suitable solution.

For the past three years, we have been using the Airtel network in this area. Unfortunately, the network quality has remained consistently poor despite multiple complaints made to customer care and through Airtel's apps. We are facing issues such as call drops, muted calls, and extremely slow data speeds ranging from 10 to 20 Kbps. Even users with 1.5 GB data are unable to utilize it fully due to this slow speed.
