Good afternoon, I am Ogunlade Sunday Sope reporting from Igboho, Oyo State. We have been facing ongoing issues with poor Airtel network service in more than half of Igboho, the headquarters of Oorelope Local Government in Oyo State. The Airtel network coverage in the town is extremely limited, resulting in unreliable service. While my Airtel signal shows no bars, my Glo network has stable four bars on the same device. Many customers in the town are experiencing the same problem and would greatly appreciate a timely and effective solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello everyone, I need some guidance on how to link phone numbers purchased for my underage children who do not have National ID cards due to the NIN requirements. Additionally, what should we do about the phone lines bought by our younger ones who used their names, considering they do not have NIN either? Can these phone numbers be linked to mine for security purposes, or should we discard them?

I switched from Mtn to Airtel recently, but I've been encountering issues. I no longer receive instant SMS, face call drop problems, and even get a "number busy" message when my line is free. This morning, I received a message warning that my line will be disconnected tomorrow due to a KYC update, even though I just upgraded my SIM from 3G to 4G last December. Is it wrong to port my number? My number is [redacted]4.

Hello, I'm currently residing outside India and have noticed that my Airtel number, +91 [redacted], is not receiving any messages, including important OTPs. While the SIM appears active, I no longer receive messages from my bank or Airtel. I've also noticed that the "R" roaming icon that used to display is now missing. Although I successfully recharged my number online through the Airtel website, I did not receive a confirmation text. Can you please investigate this issue for me?

I have an Airtel 4G MiFi and usually subscribe by the month, but sometimes I also make additional 24-hour or 48-hour subscriptions for longer video conferences. I have observed that my additional subscriptions are not being executed properly, and Airtel is charging me from my monthly subscription instead of the daily one. When I check my data balance using the Airtel app, the daily subscription does not show up, but my money is deducted nonetheless. My phone number is +[redacted][redacted]. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

I recently noticed that my Airtel account balance was lower than expected, even though I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years and maintained a good balance throughout. I attempted to contact customer service to address this issue, but was unable to do so as the toll-free number was not allowing me to file a complaint. I have a yearly plan with unlimited calls and 1.5 GB of data per day, so I did not expect any additional charges to be deducted. I have not used any extra services from Airtel, so the decrease in my balance is concerning. My previous balance was INR [redacted]+ and now it is showing as INR [redacted]+. I added a $[redacted] card with the *[redacted]* pin for the bonus offer. After adding it, Airtel sent me a message stating that I received $[redacted], but when I checked using *[redacted]#, it showed $0.00 in my account. I only need Airtel to refund my money back, even if they can't provide the bonus. This is not the first time they have done this to me, and it's impacting my life negatively.

I misplaced my phone with my Airtel number, which happens to be my first-ever number, +[redacted][redacted]. I am Giwa Taofik Abiola, and the line is registered in my name with my biometrics. It seems the line has been reassigned without consulting me. This number is linked to my BVN and all official correspondence. I would like Airtel to reassign my line to me as they should not have given it to someone else without my consent.

I wanted to share the inconvenience I experienced recently. When I contacted Airtel customer care, I discovered my account had become dormant due to prolonged inactivity. This happened because I lacked knowledge about using Airtel Payment Bank and conducting transactions. Although money, including Indhan Gas Subsidy payments, kept accumulating, I couldn't utilize my account for activities like paying bills or transferring funds. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue, contacting customer service over 15 times only left me feeling disappointed. I felt frustrated that I couldn't access my money after providing all the necessary details.

However, I am encountering an issue on the app where it indicates a discrepancy between my name in Aadhaar and PAN. Please note that my Aadhaar and PAN details are linked with the Income Tax department. 2. I am experiencing difficulties transferring my BSNL mobile number to Airtel. I'm having trouble with my mobile internet for the past two days. The bank's customer care isn't picking up my calls. Even after continuous attempts, they are not responding. My net pack is valid for 30 days, so where did all my data go? I just recharged it for 3 months. Is this how it works? Shouldn't the internet be working? I've been so frustrated for the past two days. Are you not able to assist customers who can't reach customer care? They take your money and refuse to talk. I've been calling for two days, but no one answers my calls.

I would like to clarify that the SIM card is registered under my name. I have submitted my documents to Idea initially and later during the porting process as well. Hello, I recently received multiple calls from an unknown number playing a song by Sia called "I'm Still Here". After blocking the number, I continued to receive calls from a similar number that seemed to be from Uttar Pradesh West Telephony. Despite ignoring the calls, I eventually answered one to hear the same song. Just now, I received a call from a new contact number, only to find out it was the same song from the previous calls. This situation appears suspicious, and I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

My outgoing SMS service has been deactivated by AIRTEL since this month of June. I registered my email address as [redacted] as instructed by Airtel through the Airtel app on my phone. Despite this, Airtel keeps prompting me through emails to contact [redacted] for assistance. I have successfully registered on the Airtel app. Kindly, urgently rectify the issue and ensure that both my outgoing and incoming SMS services are operational for my prepaid mobile number [redacted]. I currently use the prepaid mobile number [redacted], and my registered email on the Airtel app for this number is [redacted] Despite informing the Airtel Management team about this, they still insist that I visit the store to complete the registration process. Unfortunately, my outgoing SMS service has been stopped from this month onwards. I kindly request for the outgoing SMS service to be restarted promptly, ensuring that both incoming and outgoing SMS functions are active on my phone. I submitted a service request with the reference number REMUR5BLR[redacted][redacted]. I was asked to confirm my email Id within 48hrs by replying to [redacted], however, my messages are not going through to Airtel. I have tried reaching out through their Facebook, email, customer care, and Airtel Thanks app, but I have not received any response yet.

I recently purchased a 1GB data bundle for my line, and within 10 minutes, I received a message stating that my data had been used up. This is unacceptable, as it's not the first time I've purchased data with my Airtel SIM. I demand an immediate refund for this issue. If not resolved, I will have to share my negative experience with your service online. I believe others may have faced similar problems, and I will ensure that this issue gains attention.

Hello, I'd like your help to add the following information to my message. Please send once done. Thank you for reaching out to WhatsApp. My concern is why is it that when I purchase data with my own money, it lasts longer, but when I borrow data, regardless of the amount, you charge me 15% and the data doesn't last as long. As a loyal customer in Nigeria, I want the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to be aware of this issue. Additionally, I'm frustrated that I can't easily check my data balance. Two days ago, when I tried to use the internet, my network was disrupted until I borrowed data again. When you messaged me my data balance, I noticed inconsistencies between the remaining 315MB and my usage after a weekly subscription. This situation feels fraudulent, and I may report or inform Airtel users of your practices. Unlike MTN, please clarify this discrepancy. Thank you.

Hello everyone! I want to share my positive experience with Airtel's services. Airtel has been my go-to network provider since day one of using a phone. I am such a fan that I have three Airtel SIM cards in a row! I believe Airtel is the best network because of the assistance it provides to individuals in various ways. I suggest promoting Airtel in forestry areas where other networks struggle to reach. I work in the timber industry, and Airtel is crucial for our communication in remote locations.
