The agent I dealt with is not responding to my calls or messages, even though they are reading them. I agreed to work from home starting 31/03/[redacted] based on the promised installation date. This delay may impact my job and salary. I need you to address this promptly to avoid further problems with my employer. Please provide a solution quickly, or I will have to escalate this issue.

Hello, I submitted my application for an Airtel broadband connection on March 21, [redacted], through the Airtel Xtream Fiber digital application form number [redacted]5. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, a representative from Airtel ([redacted]), visited my residence, completed all the necessary paperwork, and I paid a subscription fee of Rs. [redacted]. I was informed that the installation would be completed within 24 hours, but unfortunately, no one followed up. Despite multiple calls to Mr. Ranjit, he did not complete the installation as promised. This has caused inconvenience, especially during the lockdown when working from home is essential. I am requesting immediate action to be taken and a refund of the amount I paid.

Dear Airtel Team, I encountered an issue with a failed recharge worth [redacted] Rs on 17/4/[redacted] via the Airtel Thanks app using PhonePe for the payment. The transaction remained "Pending" in the PhonePe app without any confirmation message. Upon contacting [redacted], an Airtel customer care representative informed me that the refund might take 7-10 days. Recently, I received a call from a suspicious number, [redacted], claiming to be from Airtel regarding my refund request. The individual asked me to install the "Team Viewer" app, provide my Team Viewer ID, and perform certain actions in the Airtel Thanks app, ultimately resulting in an unauthorized deduction of 23,[redacted] Rs from my account before abruptly ending the call. I urgently seek assistance in recovering the deducted amount and addressing the actions of the fraudulent customer executive. I am an Airtel user, and I have been facing issues while trying to recharge my Airtel mobile number using the Airtel Thanks app. Despite having sufficient funds in my Airtel wallet, the recharge transactions have been unsuccessful. When attempting to recharge from my account, the payment is transferred to the Airtel wallet, showing an error message that the recharge was unsuccessful, with a note promising a refund within 8 hours. Additionally, when using Amazon Pay or linking my Airtel wallet to PayPal, the transactions fail, and discrepancies are noted regarding the available balance in the wallet. I am unable to successfully recharge my mobile despite the funds being present in my Airtel wallet.

I am an Airtel user in Kerala. I recently activated the free voicemail service following the instructions provided by Airtel. The service is active, and the welcome message is set up. However, when I asked a relative who is also an Airtel Kerala user to call and leave a message, the call did not go to voicemail. I tried setting up voicemail on my relative's phone, but it still did not work. I am using a OnePlus 5T handset with a sim card that was ported from Idea to Airtel. I also have an unlimited calling pack from special offers. I would appreciate a prompt solution to this issue. Thank you.

My mobile number was disconnected without reason. There was a billing error in the past which was fixed, but now my phone is cut off due to the same problem. It's frustrating as I might need my phone urgently. I switched to Airtel for better service, but I'm disappointed. I've been trying to contact customer service, but no one is answering. My Airtel numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], have had outgoing calls and messages blocked for the past three days. This issue arose due to an outstanding balance with the Vodafone operator. Despite clearing this payment via the link provided by Airtel on May 9, [redacted], and receiving confirmation from Vodafone, the services remain blocked. Even after visiting the Airtel office and lodging a complaint, the situation has not been addressed. I have also recharged both numbers with Rs.[redacted] each, which is now going unused. I kindly request for this matter to be resolved promptly and for appropriate compensation to be provided. If this matter is not resolved, I will have to escalate it further.

I recharged my phone number, [redacted], with Rs100. After receiving Rs.72 talk time, I didn't make any calls or use data/messages, yet my balance is now zero. Additionally, I recharged today with Rs.10, adding unlimited validity and Rs.7.52 talk time. Immediately after recharging, Rs.5 was deducted, leaving me with a balance of around Rs2.52. I'm puzzled by these deductions and tried contacting customer service but only received unhelpful IVR assistance. Can someone clarify why these deductions occurred without any usage on my part?

I topped up my Airtel line with N1,[redacted] from my bank account on Tuesday morning. Although my bank debited the amount immediately, the credit has not shown up on my Airtel line yet. I double-checked at the bank today, and they confirmed the transaction was successful. I've attempted to reach Airtel's customer service on [redacted], but none of the options address my issue, and there's no way to speak to a representative. Dialing [redacted] was also unhelpful as I was informed I couldn't use that number. I'm frustrated as I need to purchase data, and this delay is inconvenient. My Airtel line is 0[redacted].

I am unsure about the type of service you aim to provide, but it seems that it's not meeting expectations. Over the past three days, I have repeatedly attempted to contact Airtel customer support regarding my Airtel number [redacted]3. Despite recharging with [redacted] rupees on June 3rd through Paytm, my internet connection remains inactive. After numerous calls to Airtel, I finally connected with a representative once, who erroneously claimed my data pack was depleted. However, my Airtel app displays zero data balance post-recharge. The lack of effective customer service is frustrating. I am unable to reach assistance either via phone or the app, rendering it ineffective. A prompt response and resolution are urgently required. My prior complaint was closed without any solution, indicating subpar support. This level of assistance falls short of being helpful.

I'm involved in virtual airtime top-ups. I sent [redacted] MTN airtime to [redacted]5, but the recipient did not receive it because the number has been ported from MTN to Airtel. I've already been charged for the transaction. MTN customer service said they can't assist because the number is now with Airtel. They advised me to contact Airtel customer service to resolve the problem.

I recently purchased a one-month data bundle, but unexpectedly received a notification after just four days that my data was depleted, despite minimal internet usage. I then decided to subscribe to a 14-day bundle, receiving a message 20 minutes after the purchase stating I already used up half of the 500MB allowance without using the internet. This situation seems like fraudulent activity. I would appreciate it if this issue could be promptly resolved. Thank you.

I received a message yesterday about recharging my number offering a discount on the Rs598 scheme. However, after recharging through the given link, the validity shows only 56 days and 3GB per day instead of the promised 1.5GB per day for 84 days. I contacted the service provider, but they have not resolved the issue yet. I want the validity to be 84 days with 1.5GB data per day as per the original offer or a refund of my money. If this cannot be resolved, I no longer wish to receive such misleading messages and will not recharge with Airtel.

I am Ajit Kumar Nath, and I am quite disappointed with the Airtel mobile recharge service in Bangalore. Today, I lost Rs [redacted] during a prepaid recharge attempt. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge was not processed. This has been a recurring issue with your service, and I have never received a refund for failed transactions. The technical problems you have are extremely frustrating. I have already contacted my bank with proof of the failed transaction and will take this matter to the consumer court if I do not receive a refund promptly. Furthermore, I am considering cancelling my mobile and Digital TV subscriptions due to the poor quality of service provided. Hello. I acquired an Airtel prepaid SIM card (+[redacted]75) last March while in India. I traveled to Europe in November and facilitated international roaming in December to continue using my Airtel prepaid SIM. However, in March, I realized my SIM was no longer receiving messages from India, including bank OTPs. After recharging my Airtel prepaid SIM with Rs.[redacted] using a friend's bank account for international roaming, outgoing calls to Indian numbers are functional, but my SIM still doesn't receive OTPs. When calling my Airtel number, a message informs me that my number (+[redacted]75) is temporarily out of service. I am puzzled by how outgoing calls are possible in this scenario. My ultimate goal is to resume receiving bank OTPs on my number. Assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
