I recharge *,*** via my bank account yesterday, expecting to be credited with the normal voice and data bonus on smartconnect. Instead i didn't get any bonus just the *,*** i recharged. Please i want my bonus both the data and voice call bonus for airtel to airtel calls and other network. It's so disheartening. I will appreciate if you can help me fix it as soon as possible. Thank you. The number is ***********.
